Amazing tofu and other items too many to count. (Shout out to the sesame balls!) This place is on my every other week shopping must haves. Best tofu I have found in Portland. Friendly and efficient staff! Love this place.

Everytime I go to Portland! This is a must have! The Eggrolls 💯🔥❤My favorite is the sticky rice with chicken and Chinese sausage!! Ya gotta try it!Plus the fried tofu with meatball is really good too. Everything is awesome!!

Incredible place to stop by for a cheap, healthy, and quick bite! I looked at the reviews before going and they were on point! The veggie spring rolls were incredible as was the lemongrass tofu. The real surprise and star of the show though was the steamed banana cake! I have never had anything quite like it and it is truly one of the best desserts Ive had. Packed with flavor and the perfect texture its incredible that this is not a more popular dish.

Great place for fresh tofu and their other deli items are delicious as well. Recommend the onion tofu as well as the lemongrass and meat stuffed versions!

This place is simple and amazing! One of my favorite things to get here is their deep fried ball that has meat/egg/piece of Chinese sausage in it. Think of your normal hum bao, but deep fried. This is the ok..not place that Ive been able to find this and it keeps me coming back for more. They also have a variety of fresh tofu products that are wonderful and tasty. My other favorite is the fried tofu with meat in between and cut up in triangle pieces.

Varied selections Vietnamese street food! Get there before noon for the best selection! Fam Favorites are: sesame buns, both veggie and shrimp salad rolls, egg rolls (call to order before 10 if you want some later in the day) small fried tofu, lemon grass tofu and the toasted coconut juice in the cooler! There are many more options but.... it is getting so much more popular every day with a line out the door, if you arrive at 4:30 (closes at 5) your choices will be seriously limited, they sell out of everything pretty much each and every day! The same gals that have been serving me have been there for years! Great and efficient customer service! Love

I dont eat tofu! However, my friends got the spring rolls oh, I tried them and love them! It wasnt until Id eaten about five that she told me it was tofu, LOL. Very good tofu from a non tofu eater.

This small unassuming shop carries some of the best vietnamese food products in Portland. A lot of other restaurants source them for items like spring rolls. I live fairly close and anytime I’m not sure what to eat Bui Natural Tofu is one of my go-to spots.

Great selection of food items! Some things are only available on certain days. Slightly irritated because today I called to put a hold on food that is only available on Friday and Saturday, they told me that they had in abundance of that item and that I didnt need to put any on hold. I show up 10 minutes later and they were completely out of it 😞😞

Everything is so fresh and delicious. Their sausage stuffed tofu is the best. I have gotten their rolls at grocery stores around town but picking them up fresh here is 1000x better. Their lemon grass tofu is cheap and delicious and goes with everything.

These are the must-get items !!!Steam banana cake and hamburger buns!!! Their soy milk is life essential. Love it so much 🥰

Everything is good here. They have added pictures and names on the dividers so I can order without juat pointing or asking dumb questions. Try something new every time you go, its all good! The staff are always efficient and helpful.

Great tofu and a variety of other Vietnamese snacks and treats.

The shrimp tofu salad rolls and the plum peanut sauce was delectable and left me wishing I bought more. The skin was chewy and fresh, the tofu delicious, the lettuce and shrimp fun and the sauce very mildly spicy with a delightful tart plum or hoisin favor. I got the lemongrass tofu which was texturally nice as well and Im excited to try the coconut jello. New fave place for delish eats!

A multitude of tofu products made and offered. Along with all firmness of tofu--fresh, fried, savory, sweet--Bui offers soy milk, salad rolls and other ready-to-eat items. If you dont see a product, or it looks like they ran out, ask one of nice folks behind the counter. They are usually making more in the back.

This was a weekly visit when we lived in the neighborhood, and now its a must when anywhere near Montavilla.The salad rolls (with sauce) are the best in town, IMO.Love trying all the offerings here, and there always seems to be a new Vietnamese offering to try. What a fabulous way to try new foods along with really good standbys like the salad rolls, sausage tofu, sticky rice, and banana tapioca pudding! So good, and the women running the front counter are fabulous.Grab a chocolate cream horn while youre there ;)

We love coming to this friendly neighborhood market. They have the BEST tofu. We buy the lemongrass fried tofu, spring rolls, and french rolls (for Bahn mi sandos) They also give my kids a special sesame treat when they come along. Im always greeted with a smile. Everyone is so friendly!

Great shop for picking up well prepared food and snack items. We always go there to pick up fresh spring rolls for parties and events and everyone loves them. Its always very busy but they are very fast and efficient at getting people through the lines quickly.

Just because its got Tofu on the sign doesnt mean everything is vegetarian. Trust me, as an almost carnivore I was very hesitant to walk in this place but Im glad I did. Everything here is amazing. What I suggest is to just grab a few things and try them its fun and super cheap! Also their tofu salad rolls are most definitely the best Ive ever had. Theyre amazing!

Delicious, authentic, healthy, Vietnamese food. Some vegan options. Its not a restaurant and not a grocery store. Maybe it could be described as a grab-and-go specialty market. Staff are friendly and helpful. At least one speaks fluent English. Besides an assortment of tofu preparations (fresh or fried, seasoned or plain), they sell half-gallon jugs of fresh soymilk. Be patient with the Vietnamese customers who have different customs for waiting in line. They are focused on getting the good stuff before its gone, and maybe you should be too! ;) My favorites are the mung bean paste balls covered in rice, and the salad rolls with peanut sauce.

Wonderful place. I have bought tofu, salad rolls and other Vietnamese specialties here since I moved to Portland 10 years ago. The owner is lovely and always willing to tell you about different dishes and the fresh green onion tofu is delicious!

I have to stop in here every time I go to Fred Meyers, which is also on NE Glisan Street. Tofu isnt the only thing they have available, but their different varieties of home made fried tofu are something I must have in the refrigerator at all times. Especially the deep fried onion tofu.

This is located near our house so we go here often but would go even if it was farther away because the Todd is cheep and nice and firm. They also have premade items like spring rolls that are delicious and also many interesting sweet bean and rice items!

The Best Healthy Food Ever and Extremely Delicious and Very Addictive. Far from my house but I make a trip at least twice a month to stock up on their great treats.

Bui Tofu is the best and only place that makes good dishes from soybeans. They make good soymilk, tofu ( fresh or fried or pork stuffed ones), sweet tofu with sweet ginger soup, stick rice dishes, and many other dishes. I really love this place!

Best authentic Vietnamese spring rolls in town. 2 veggies for $3.25 or 2 shrimp for $3.75. Excellent peanut sauce included and they give a generous proportion.
