MARCO handled a four person crowd at 10:00 opening. With no pressure and absolute understanding for each person. Assisted first with a claim, she left with a smile and please when she left. Next was a woman looking to have yet another phone set up, this guy guided her through the process so for future troubles. She can handle and be self sufficient. While in between helping her he jumped to me, my phone crashed. While he helped me pick out and pay for a new phone. Person number four was a return customer from the day before. Handled his transaction while we waiting for system to finish processing my transaction.Im confident enough to say EVERYONE of us walked out of this location feeling valued and appreciated to be AT&T customers.This Guy is Phenomenal!!

This was my first interaction at an AT&T store and the customer service was top notch. Max helped me and my father immediately. We were able to purchase a new IPhone and add a line in a small amount of time. I greatly appreciated that Max told us our options and gave recommendations, but he did not try to take advantage of my father who doesn’t know technology as well as we do. During this time, my father and I chatted with Max and the store manager, Marco about our jobs and other things. They were extremely polite but also very down to earth. I felt very comfortable. After dealing with Verizon for the past ten years or so, I was totally surprised by the pricing options and the customer service at this store. Everything I ever did at Verizon cost much more, and many of their employees would act visibly annoyed at doing their jobs. Most of our time was spent with Max and Marco, but there were also two other employees helping an old man who was confused about how his phone worked. These were very nice ladies, very delicate with this older gentleman and so friendly. I’ve just never had an interaction like this with my cell provider before, and I’m really glad that my dad recommended we try AT&T. I’m happy with my phone and service but these employees were so helpful, I’ll be going to this store specifically whenever I have an issue or need to make a purchase. These employees make it clear that AT&T still values customer service in 2021 when many other companies don’t. Highest possible recommendation.

I was sick and tired of T-mobile over charging me for service that didn’t happen. I walked in and Marco welcomed me with open arms as well as the other employees. They made the switch process look and feel effortless. Walk out with great service got great deals and my service is EXCELLENT. You want quality customer service go here, you won’t regret it!

Very poor service. I went there to remove myself from a multi-line account and after 20 minutes and all my information taken, the guy tells me he couldnt save it on the tablet he was using, he asked the lazy guy there that supposedly is his boss for help, and the guys answer was...just tell her she needs to call customer service he showed no interest at all to help us...he rather chose to stay playing on his cell phone....If I knew this was gonna be like this, I wouldve called customer service in first place. I came home, called 611, it took me another 20 minutes to get a hold of a customer service representative, but he was great...he made an effort to accommodate my needs and I was satisfied.Dont waste your time going to this store, its not worth it 😠😠😠😠

What a great experience we had at this location !!! Domonique was so helpful with showing us all our options with my prepaid account . Also her co-worker located the phone I really wanted I Cannot thank him enough! The staff their was so knowledgeable and caring they stayed with us until my new phone completed the data transfer and I must say it was after closing time 😎 ! Never a bad experience here. Staff are always friendly to me. The kiosk is generally free for me to pay my bill, plaza is nice. I appreciate this store.Update as of 2/21. Store is under new management that took the time to tell me Im due for a free upgrade on my phone, and with new data plans my bill will be the same. Switching phones, and staying with A t and T. Theyre good to me.

I tried to help an elderly friend of mine sign up for AT&T service.She needed to Port her number over from an AT&T retailer.The store associates struggled for an hour and kept getting the run-around. And was unable to Port the number over. We waited over an hour and watch this cycle of frustration mounting.The manager did nothing to try to help usFinally when I strongly requested him to make the phone calls instead of his associate he flatly refused. His unwillingness saying there was nothing he could do.His refusal to get involved and do whatever it took to resolve this issue was disgracefulI will never go into that store again

Max was a rockstar! I came in with a broken phone and we had issues validating the upgrade because the system would only allow a text to my old broken phone. He attempted multiple solutions. When none of those worked he got on with retail support.. While on the phone with retail support he was multi-tasking by taking care of me and doing a three person new line phone plan. I overheard him updating those three customers. He got me my new phone and multi-tasked like a champ!

Ive been here before in the past and they were great. But I had a Galaxy Note 9 and there was a trade in special in September to get the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. I ordered it online and signed up for the trade in. I went to the store picked up the new phone and they guy said yeah AT&T will email you about it and gave me a box to mail it in but no shipping information. Turns out the employee at the store was supposed to take the phone/setup the mailing in of the phone for the trade in. So now Im stuck with a phone that was supposed to be traded in and no $1000 discount on the Note 20. Great job!

My experience at the Poughkeepsie Arlington Square store was 10/10 amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about my (many) questions, attentive to my concerns AND helped me pick out a case, screen protector + (matching) pop sockit. I walked out of the store with my new phone completely set up (with all of my old pictures, contacts, music, etc.) in UNDER 30 MINUTES! I still cant believe it!

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with at&t. So Christmas morning my husband phone would not connect to internet or cellular service. Found out there was outages in my area for days! I called the 1-800 number Sunday morning. They did a diagnostic test and said the SIM card was not registering and that we needed a new one. I asked if I could go to the closest store for a SIM card was told yes. So I head to dutchess turnpike location. Called once I was outside and they said come in. Once I was in the store told them my phone has been down since Friday morning since the tower was down and I needed a new SIM card. The first thing that a man named Dre told me was he was not aware of any phone outage a d his phone was fine. It was about 5:15pm and the store closed at 6pm. Dre continued to stare at his watch. I was charged for my SIM card and was told because there under new management and as the reason for the charge of the SIM card. Mind you the towers were down in my area. I found Dre to be very rude saying that my phone that is barely a year old was beat up along with advising me towers were not down although I told Dre that at&t customer support said towers were down in my area. Dre changed my SIM card did a test call but forget to reset my network settings so that the cellular service worked as well so I had to come right back once I realized phone was not working fully. I told Dre I will never return and he apologized and said others felt differently. Dre did not make me feel welcomed and was rude by looking at his watch as it got closer to 6pm. My experience was that Dre acted as if I was lying about the tower outage I was informed about from customer service and said my phone was beat up although there was jot a scratch on my phone and protected by a tough case. Dre said he replaced the SIM card and could not help me further. I reset my network settings myself after I remembered what customer service did this as a trouble shoot on the phone earlier Sunday morning. I felt rushed and Dre appeared to be lacking knowledge. I will never return to this store location again. I have been a customer for over 20 years and Never Had And Experience like this ever!

Female associate who welcomed me yesterday definitely was not enthusiastic about being at work. My phone screen went black after 2 months so Samsung replaced it and I needed assistance w set up. Especially since any type of push notifications got sent to phone w black screen. She just kept telling me she cant do anything, dont have right machines. Dont know what to tell you with a sarcastic tone and eye roll! I again slowed down and explained my issue and that I couldnt get past the 2 step verification. She again said I dont know, but we dont do that and then asked if I got the phone there? Needless to say this employee did nothing to assist and seemed clueless.

If I could give 0 stars I would, however leaving a review here does not allow me to do so. My sister went into this location yesterday to switch her service from Verizon to AT&T. Due to an error caused by the staff, a process that should have taken less than 30 minutes complete took a bit longer. As my sister was working with one representative to resolve the issues, Damian Calvin interrupted and demanded that my sister leave the store without service (on Verizon or AT&T) because it was passed his bed time and he had better places to be. Rather than provide additional support or another solution to the problem, Damian called the cops!. This call to the police was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. Damien wanted to go home, and the conversation my sister was having with the other representative was an inconvenience to him. To rectify that inconvenience 5 police officers reported to this location to investigate a disturbance; the police department is suppose to serve and protect, not get Damian into bed on time. As I end this review, I want to encourage those who are reading this to try Boost, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket, Spectrum or any other service before going to AT&T.

A rep at this store named Robert C. did a great job setting up my phone and I was able to get the information I needed to make the best decision. The staff at this location were very friendly. They are doing great during these unprecedented times. I cant say the same for Juan Rodriguez. Juan Rodriguez is a manager who is responsible for handling the business lines. I actually wanted to get a business line but after multiple calls and text to Juan Rodriguez, I was unable to reach him. Also none of the store managers or staff were able to reach him concerning my business line phone order for 3 days. So I ended up going with a regular line. I gave a 4 star because the in-store experience was so good that it almost canceled out the poor performance of Juan Rodriguez. If hes not up to the task of being a manager please contact me and Ill gladly show him how its done. The in-store staff actually saved the day in this situation. Juan Rodriguez Ill do your job better than you anyday. Its a shame how people will squander an opportunity to be a great company representative. Shame on you Juan Rodriguez.

If you are considering switching sercive to AT&T, I strongly recommend that you reconsider. A friend of mine went to this location to switch her service from Verizon and due to a system error, the process took longer than anticipated and the store closed while my friend was already being helped. One of the customer service representatives, Damian Clavin, felt inclined to take over and call the police on my friend for not leaving when the store closed, and when another representative was already handling her case. This call to the police was completely unwarranted and unjustified on Damians behalf, especially when my friend was already being helped before the store closed. As a result of Damians actions, my friend had to leave the store without cell service. Never in my life have I heard of such a terrible customer service experience and this situation has made me even more secure in my decisicion to remain with my cell provider, Verizon Wireless. Needless to say, if you come into this store with a service problem that inconveniences Damian in any way, he will probably call the polce on you instead of treating you with respect and common courtesy.

The associate that helped me was terrible. She had no idea what to do, and lied to me about what my new monthly bill would be. We spent about 2 hours here trying to get a new phone and add a line to our account. It was obvious from the beginning that this associate had no clue what she was doing, and now I have spent several hours of my own time over the last 3 weeks trying to undo all of the changes that she made to the account. She kept disappearing to the back room to do who knows what, then would come back and seem extremely confused. I finally told her after two hours, since my wife was irrate because it was taking so long and my two kids were going out of there mind, that I needed to leave. I like AT&T and love my new phone, but I will never deal with this store, or this associate again.

The cell reception for AT&T in this area has deteriorated extremely over the last year or so. My calls are constantly dropping and cutting out. There are numerous dead spots popping up everywhere that didnt use to be there. I dont recommend this service provider if you live in the Hudson Valley.The staff in the store are great and extremely nice...Its the service provider that is pretty terrible in this area.

It was horribly disappointing. My phone isnt brand new, but not old by any means...No one had any idea how to fix it, change the icon, or get rid of the screen overlay- which was the ORIGINAL PROBLEM. They actually made it WORSE, & directed me to another store; which I do not have the time to goto today & probably not for a week or so...And, my phone will be a headache until then!!!

Top notch customer service, a breath of fresh air! I had purchased an iPhone 8 at AT&T in Florida, for my brother in NY. Took the phone to Dutchess Tpk AT&T when I arrived in Poughkeepsie, for assistance with setting it up (Im not an iPhone user, so needed help with the even the basics). I dealt mostly with Nancy, but ALL of the reps were courteous, knowledgable, helpful, respectful, understanding, and patient with me every step of the way. Not only did they set everything up for me, they made sure I understood what they did, and how to change it if I chose to. DEFinitely provided the remarkable customer service!
