Dr. Brown was excellent. He’s very knowledgeable and got the perfect prescription for me, I have astigmatism so this has always been tricky at other places. Dr. Brown also made my appointment enjoyable and fun compare to other places where doctors give you an attitude! Will definitely come back here and recommended it to others.
The ladies are great. Couldnt find what I wanted.... showed them a sample of something I liked and they were able to find similar in one of their special hiding spots. Dont see what you like, just askand they will make our appear.
We were so grateful for the ability to walk in and have my daughter’s glasses fixed at the last minute. The staff was friendly, helpful and fixed her glasses in no time. Thank you!!!
Dr. Inouye is quite possibly the best eye doctor out there. Took the time to educate me on everything eye related during the exam. 10/10 or should I say 20/20! #DadJokes

I dont think there is anything negative to say. My experience was fantastic. Both my husband and I were helped by Marlena (not sure how to spell it) and she was amazing. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly to both of us. I never thought a trip to get glasses could be fun but it was. Even Dr. Inouye, the optometrist we saw was great. He went through everything quickly and efficiently, while answering any questions we had with detail. The other staff I encountered checking into our appointment and while picking up our glass were also very polite. This was our first time coming to LensCrafters. We would definitely go back to this location.

I had a wonderful experience with Dahlia in the Poughkeepsie Galleria location today. Our eye records had been forwarded to them after Sears Optical closed approximately two years ago, and my husband and I were at a different doctor for the first time since then. We placed a call to LensCrafters requesting our old records, and Dahlia was right on point. Although we had never been seen at LensCrafters, she located our records immediately and I picked them up the same day. I appreciate her time, courtesy, efficiency and the fact that she considered our request just as important as a regular customer. Came in with sunglasses that had been completely bent out of shape and unwearable. Islese was awesome and attempted to correct my current pair and when she was unable to get them to the shape I had requested, she rectified the situation by replacing them for me! 10/10 excellent experience and outstanding service! This is a personable place. All though they are in a mall you forget that when you are in there and the staff is helping you. 5 stars from the doctors side to the retail side. Couldnt be happier with their service, compassion.They truly do all they can for you to leave happy. Our family of 4 look forward to seeing them regularly.

Daliah and everyone at Lenscrafters were just fantastic. Dr Inoue was very kind and explained everything about the eye exam. My sons glasses were ready in under 48 hours, and they were very thorough in making sure my glasses were right, when we discovered the lenses I ordered had been discontinued. They will treat you right!

Had a great experience at this store. Missed my eye exam in 2020 & had broken my good pair of glasses. Paid out of pocket for an exam, frames & lenses. They were ready for pick up an hour after I picked them out. Everyone that works here really took care of me.

I had an excellent experience just last week. The store was very clean and organized, very safe. Dr. Inouye was detailed in his exam and so personable.Dalya was amazing on the service end! Very friendly and patient while I tried 100 glasses on. She fully explained prices and options.Overall great experience, great caring service.!
I have honestly never had a worse customer service experience. I would submit this review with zero stars if I could. I called in March to order a year supply of contacts. Nestor submitted my order, but when I requested the receipt for my FSA account he informed me it was too late, and I should have told him I needed that upfront. He could offer me no solutions beyond cancelling my order. It was only when I asked if we could cancel the order and resubmit it that he decided to put me on hold to see what could be done. When he came back he assured me that he could email me a receipt. He did not. When my order arrived, it was a two year supply for my right eye and no contacts for my left eye. When I called to report the error I spoke with someone who was able to email me a receipt, and assured me that she would order an equal amount of lenses for my left eye for the inconvenience of the situation. I asked to have the order mailed to me but she said the store manager would not approve that. When I went to the store a second time to pick up my lenses I learned that they again, had ordered incorrectly. This time it was the incorrect brand and not the correct amount of lenses. I was given more apologies and assurances that this would be made right. I again asked to have the lenses mailed to me so I wouldnt have to visit the store again. I am pregnant, I work from home across the river, and we are in a pandemic, I would prefer not to visit the store. This time I was told she would ask the store manager and get back to me, but asked me to call the following week to get a tracking number. I called today, and imagine my shock when I learned again, that my order was placed incorrectly. Instead of the equal amount of lenses for my left eye that I was promised on two occasions, I found out they only ordered 12 months. I was finally connected with the store manager Marlene, who had a sales rep call me back. The sales rep put through an order of 12 months of lenses that will be ordered to my house. Great news finally? No, now they are requesting that I return 12 months of lenses to the store to exchange. I am not sure what the point of mailing me lenses is when I still have to visit the store, AGAIN, or why this brilliant solution wasnt offered back in March. I will never shop at this location again and highly recommend that you avoid it. Update: I just received the correct prescription strength lenses for my left eye.
Perfect comfortable kind
The employees there are very nice, knowledgeable, and caring. The doctor who performed my eye exam was super informative. The employee who helped me pick out a frame was great. They were very honest and super friendly, highly recommend.
The manager of this store was so rude when I walked in and barely acknowledged our existence, didn’t ask to help although I was interested in purchasing sunglasses. I took my business elsewhere and will not go back!!!

ARIK IS THE BEST!!! HE IS FANTASTIC!!! He helped me with my purchase, listened to my request and was very focused and attentive. On a scale of 1(worse) to 10 (best)...I wish I could give him beyond a 10.
I drove to my appointment today and found out that it had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. Im there and ready, actually early looking to see if they had an opening, but I was told that I have to come another day. No apology, no consideration that it was not my fault that they messed up my appointment so perhaps the person who was scheduled after they cancelled my appointment could be called and asked if they could come another day. I mean I get that it would be an issue for them as well, but ... I did not cancel my appointment and Im standing in the store, ready to buy my glasses.I get that its a different time and everyone is on edge, but last time I had an outstanding experience with kind, engaged and helpful personnel, and the great and caring doctor which made me want to back.Now, I will, of course, take my business elsewhere.
I went to pick up my glasses and they were blurry to look out of. I told the sales person and he said I had to check with my doctor to make sure I had the right prescription. I said I can but cant he check the prescription that I brought in and make sure they were made right and he said no that I would first have to take them home and check them against my prescription. I called the doctor and he said the prescription I gave to you was correct. Also the sales person told me when I was in there to pick up the glasses to go home and check the prescription against the specs he wrote down for me and to call him when I got home at the number on the business card he gave me. No one answered that night and I left a message and its been two days and no one has called me yet. So now, with Covid I have to make at least two more trips into your store. Not happy about that at all. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. Another time you made glasses for me they were blurry when I put them on and the sales person checked and found that they were made incorrectly. So, obviously, I am not happy. Its too bad because I have gone to your store for several years now.

I have a difficult prescription and it often takes a couple of tries to get my glasses right. Everyone from the doctor his secretary and the staff up front were extremely kind professional and accommodating.I so highly recommend them!!

I come here often if I need a minor repair to my glasses, like putting a lens back in if it popped out and ive never been charged, and today they tried to tell me i have to pay for something ive never paid for before...
Amazing experience... from the minute you walk in the door someone is there to greet with a smile (Dalya). From assisting with hand sanitizer, then helping to get a perfectly fitting pair of glasses (Steven) very succinctly run through insurance and payment. Glasses were ready earlier than expected (Arik) Upon return to pick up the glasses service again was spectacular! Never have I had a pair of glasses fit as well as when Bruce assists with the fitting! great service, well done, kudos. Customer service in this store is over the top! The staff is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. With a very busy schedule and after being told I would be fit in for an appointment with the doctor, I drove over an hour for my appointment only to be told that I was not scheduled and the doctor would not see me. The doctors are terrible, lazy, and inconsiderate of your time. Do not go here. I would recommend going anywhere else before going to this eye doctor.This location treats their customers like scum, and as a member of the armed forces I am especially offended by the way that military personnel are treated here.If I could give this place zero stars I would, I am so unimpressed and frankly appalled by this LensCrafters. I will do everything I can to make sure that everybody knows just how terrible this LensCrafters, the doctors, and their supporting staff are.

Went to shop for new glasses Sunday. Chose two pair of sunglasses to be made into my prescription. There where two women there, neither knew what they where doing, could not find the eye measuring tools, or use them once they found them!After an hour of them wasting my time I was told the total amount, $600.00 +The manager needs to return to the CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING COURSE for an update on how to treat folks.The following Monday I was called and told they cannot make my glasses, they are too big!!!!!!Dear God. Returned next day for return of my credit card payment, there was NO WAY I WOULD GO THROUGH THAT BS AGAIN, so when I arrived @ 11:00 a.m. manager had an elderly couple inside, I was left on the other side on the gate, standing outside, was told that she had to finish helping the other folks but she could have allowed them to continue to be seated as she did my return/ cancel. Truly a nasty human.They told all customers on Sunday that there was a broken machine and no lab folks to make or repair glasses and yet I saw the man in the lab on Sunday and again Tuesday because he walked right past me at the gate, lifted it, pushed the boxes inside that came from UPS seconds earlier never said a word....Go to Pearle Vision!
I went to see about getting new glasses. The rep from the door trying to help me was extremely rude from the start. Very condescending to me. I usually go to Woodbury Commons but decided to see if I could price out frames. I provided my information and he didnt give me an options rather but told me what to do with out asking if it was convenient for me. Sent me over to make an appointment for an eye exam instead of trying to assist me properly and assumed that I could do it next day instead of asking what I was comfortable with. I waited for a few minutes then walked out. Never again!!! I would give them zero stars but its not possible. Horrible service for my first time.
First time ever going there, the manager greated me at the front door, went inside and talked to the person behind the counter. I explained that my lens popped out when the frame was bent when someone stepped on it in the pool. She quickly fixed the frame and put the lens back in no charge. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

I’ve been a customer for lens crafters since I was young. The customer service from the optometry is just below average. Had the pleasure of being on the phone with kehlani even though she may be doing her job, The quality of customer service was absolutely terrible. I would never go to that optometry ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know and my whole family wears glasses.
Price of lenses doubled when I told them I have my own frames.

Have been going to LensCrafters Crafters for years for my glasses. Most recently lost my prescription glasses went there to try to replace and was told I needed another exam..hmmm well NO and secondly I cannot see..he didnt seem to care. ..I asked for my prescription cocky little man there gave it to me.. I refused the exam and was told they would not replace my glasses unless I had the exam..well no...got talking to a woman there and she asked so what are you going to do?..as I couldnt see..order online. Cocky little man says be careful they have to fit perfectly when their progressive..I said no worries I can measure..needless to say I bought online at glasses USA and they are perfect. And much cheaper with great deals..you can just snap a shot of your prescription and voila pick a frame. Buy one get one etc..Im impressed. Will probably visit LensCrafters just for the exam as it covered and tell them my experience and take my script and go online for my glasses..they can kiss my ;!?!;**they wont get my business anymore..its a scam to charge the insurance company for unecessary services..I can SEE again😂😂😂 best part insurance will now reimburse me..win win!!!

I had a bad experience with the clerk Steven. Although the store manager called me to resolve the issue.
I had an appointment for 10 AM on a Friday, and had taken the day off from work. I got to the store just before 10, and tje woman working there said none of the doctors were in yet. I asked if I should go get a coffee and come back, she said thats fine. I then got back to the store about 15 minutes later. She let me know the doctors are in. I went to the doctors counter and the woman told me I was late and she was booked and would not see me. I tried yelling her what happened, but she cut me off and said she was there at 9:50. No she was not. And she then said I would have to come back the next day, and here are the forms we need filled out.Since I was pissed off but not in a mood to explode that morning, I opted to leave and go somewhere else. Pearle Vision took me right in and was terrific.My mother was planning on going to Lens Crafters, but not now. Service is horrible. Tell a person to leave, come back, and then say theyre late and too bad?I posted this on their Facebook page and got a canned response from someone named Butch. I wonder if he works with Cassia? At least use a serious name.
Not interested in seeing the doc here, but getting glasses here is the best around imho. I just stepped on my eyeglasses at 9:05pm, called the store to see in I could bring them to have them fixed. She looked up my information, (thank God I got the Insurance when I bought my frames last year...) checked to make sure the frames were in stock (they were) and I was at the store not 10 minutes later getting new frames for $27.03 (co-pay) I was out before they closed at 9:30. Lol, forget Zenni. 😁 Ill be getting a new pair of lenses next month, maybe sunglasses too. Hopfully I dont kill my frames again, insurance runs out after a year. Ill be using my case for now on. LOL. 👍👍👍
The doctors office that is in this place has no concept of customer service (Rude reception and lack of customer courtesy).
Very great staff and even if your late you still go in for your eye exam faster then you think and also they staff honestly cares for there customers love them!!!!
This place is THE BEST!!!! Huge shoutout to my girls Dalya and Angelese! They took amazing care of me and treated me like family. I love the doctors too!! My only regret is not coming here sooner. This location gets a 10/10!!!
