The people at Pearle were supposed to send my recent eye test to DMV for my license renewal 3 months ago, and never did. I received a message from DMV that my license is about to be revoked. I had to call the store, and an associate told me that they forgot to send it in. This is a very important matter and they are just simply irresponsible. They were always my go to for all mine, and my family’s eyeglass needs. I will not ever be returning to them for anything.

Very pleased with the service I recently received. I was in and out. While trying on some new frames I asked the woman who was helping me to be brutally honest about their appearance... She was very upfront about whether or not they looked good. It was very helpful and everyone was so friendly.

My glasses (not purchased from here) malfunctioned because the screw that held the lens fell out. They took one look and fixed it right then and there! They noticed that I had a sharp lens and even dulled it down so it wouldnt cut me. This was done all at no charge (broke college student miracle). I would recommend this place to everyone!
