I have sent a few emails over the past couple of weeks, my husband sent in his order request a week before my birthday on December 6th but there has been no response yet. Need better communication method.

My husband has been using this company for a few years now and we have never had a problem.

My son is incarcerated in Illinois state prison. He received the 2020 catalog. He placed his order for my birthday on June 13 with is money order of over $100. He asked me in the middle of July of I have received my late birthday gift. I had not. So he have written Jaden Moore and they have not responded to his letter.Im not sure about this company and Im Disappointed on the lack of communication to a paying customer. Just because the men and women are behind bars doesnt give anyone the right to misuse their money and lie to them. I understand the COIV is happening but in Jesus Name dont cheat an lie to anyone for some money.God doesnt like ugle.
