Very helpful staff . Had what I needed and found it for me

Gregg was so helpful! Went above and beyond! Got a check engine light on my way to the beach and found a corroded spark plug. Gregg stepped out to diagnose further problems and made recommendations on how to fix. He even listened to the engine to make sure the new parts sounded like they were working correctly. Without his expertise, the spark plug would have failed due to a second issue. So impressed with the service! Was fearing I would have to delay my trip and wait until a mechanic opened in the morning, but stopping here got me right back on the road.

I just called the store in Prattville Al to see if they could assist me with obtaining an alternator to hold for my fiance to pick up this afternoon....the gentleman muffled the phone and began making derogatory comments about customers, then said let me regain my composer and came back online... I told him that since I was such an inconvenience to him I would use another company.Never again will I EVER use Advanced Auto.Thank you to AutoZone for the great service without the hassle.

Went into the Prattville location to get parts for a vehicle the girl Courtney was so rude and disrespectful and when I was asking her about a parts she was like we have a couple and I was like are you going to check to see if you have them she was like I guess I wasnt there to inquire I was looking to buy part will not be back to this store due to lack of training and customer service

Some of the rudest people work here called several times some girl answer then hangs up if u go in they act like u ruined there day just go somwhere else this company could care less about customer service

I needed a headlight for my vehicle. Went to Advance and when I walked in one employee was on the phone, one was outside and another was in the back. The phone rang so the person on the phone called the one from the back to come up front. The person from outside came in and answered the phone and the person from the back came to the front then turned around and went to the back. The whole time Im standing there and no one even acknowledges that Im there. I stood there a little longer then walked out. If they were busy they could have at least said they would be with me shortly or something. I went to OReillys and they waited on me as soon as I walked in the door and even changed my headlight for me.

Problem with the order. I paid for the part and they for some reason couldnt find it even though it was supposed to be in store. So they canceled it and give me my money back without notifying me of such. Well at least I got my money back but I still ended up having to buy the part, which WAS in fact, in stock.

The alternator on my sons truck went out on Saturday night. Called the store on Malcolm Dr and talked to Bill. There were 2 different amp ratings and we werent sure which one we needed. He sent the driver to the warehouse on Sunday and got both of them. We put the right one on Sunday afternoon and got him going again si he wouldnt miss work Monday. Thank you Bill for going the extra mile.

Had to buy a battery. It was 3 months past the warranty. Guy was nice enough to discount battery $25. Plus he informed me I had a $20 coupon on record, plus Im getting a $15 rebate card. Want God do it.

If they would pick up the pace a little they would be better.

If I could give no stars at all, that would be ideal. Ordered online, got the wrong store in my order. The guy tells me theres nothing he can do even though he has the parts in stock. I called their corporate line to cancel the entire order and reorder fron the right store, and the lady at corporate informs me that the guy couldve just pulled the order to his store. It also took a week to refund the hundreds of dollars I had spent ordering. They lost my business permanently.

Ordered a replacement air filter to replace my stock one online. Even though I ordered it specifically for my vehicle it was the wrong one. I take it to the local store and they exchange it for another one, but unfortunately it had to be ordered. They assured me it would replace the stock one and there would be no problems. Once it came in and I tried to installed it I realized it wouldnt work as a stock replacement. It will only work if I spend another $240 for a air intake. These guys are idiots. Go anywhere else....

Terrible, they sold me the wrong tail light bulb, i went back in the store to ask for help because it didnt work, he told me he couldnt diagnose it without even looking. Went to pep boys, they sold me the righr bulb, went in with no problem. So I went back to the store to get my money back, bout 30 min later, with my reciept, Some young blond hair guy, told me i needed the package it came in which i had digarded. So after getting pissed by their incompetence, i said a few choice words, which i was told to leave (his) store and never come back. I have shopped here for 20 yrs, but never again.

Called in for manual transmission fluid capacity specs on my Maxima SE and I knew it was approximately 2.5 qts but I wanted to know specifically. The team members said 6.4 quarts. I asked repeatedly if he was sure that wasnt pints and that he was looking at manual transmission specs he assured me it was 6.43 qts. Well he was wrong. Heard many getting wrong parts from here too. OReilly is better.

I ordered and internet pick up in store. It seems then everytime I go there is a crowd and I have to wait for a good. Of time. I get my order once I get to the register but it takes a lot of time.

I went in the change out my brakes and I didnt have the receipt cause it been a year. I was told if I brought them in and the look at them and said if it was their the will change it out. Well the only look at one set of brakes and say it wasnt theirs. I look online and they have 5 sets of brake online but they only look at one. They didnt wont to look it up or trade it in. I have a lifetime warranty on it but they wouldnt do anything for it
