Very poor customer service! Im just gonna try my luck going to Birmingham if I need anything done to my car. They just dont take their customers serious. It took a long time for my key to come and they still couldnt get it to work. And they wouldnt give my money back. Huge disappointment my favorite car business has pisspoor service like this.

Service was unable to communicate and I could never get a straight answer from them . They lied to me to obtain my business and i am extremely disappointed . I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else if they want their car to be fixed, you will most likely get frustrated. Seriously, how they are still in business baffles me . Im guessing, of course, sales is the only thing keeping them alive because if they were a mechanic shop they wouldnt even last a month .

Excellent service, drove from Atlanta to buy a car here and was not disappointed. Larry and Jerrod were excellent people and eager to help.
