I was looking for a very specific truck and Auto X had one. Being from out of town I asked if they could transport the truck to a local dealership for a pre-purchase inspection that I scheduled/paid for and they accommodated that request without issue. When I was ready to buy the process went quickly. The financing they offered was through a reputable credit union and the rate was slightly better than the rate I came in with from my own credit union. The truck has been flawless so far. Very friendly staff and I would not hesitate to deal with them again in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from them. After my mini van stopped working on me, I was in desperate need of a vehicle asap, being a working mother of two children. However, I have had to go back numerous times to their location to get my vehicle repaired, they have always been nice about it, but it has been a huge strain. Then after they got it fixed, the very next day the check engine light was on again. Im a working mother, they knew I needed a quality vehicle that was dependable. They apologized and we told them Id up my loan for so much more money if they could find me a dependable vehicle. They have yet to return my call with any updates what so ever. Im just so upset, I bought my first car all by my self and its a complete lemon. I dont even expect to receive a call from them, I dont think they care anymore since Ive had so many problems with it, they just want me to keep it and be done. Its so disheartening after they have seen the strain this has put on me. Im so upset and Im now having to look for another vehicle with a lemon to trade in that no one wants.😭

They provide quality customer service prior to purchasing your vehicle. They offer a great warranty on used vehicle. They dont repair body work prior to selling unless you pay for it. They dont put gas in the vehicle nor do they remove any stickers from the vehicle when picking up.

AWESOME! My wife and I were in need of a new vehicle and not having the best credit in the world made the process difficult. After finding a vehicle we liked at Auto X we called and spoke with Frank. Frank was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He listened to our needs and was able to work up a deal that we could afford. We decided because of the Amazing Customer Service, as well as the Great Deal they worked up for us, my wife and I made the 2 Hour trip from Pell City, AL to Pratteville to purchase our new car. Frank even got their before they opened to get everything ready so we could get in and out quick enough so we wouldnt miss seeing my nephew play in a baseball tournament. They sell a better car than most used car dealers. They are helpful by answering any questions on your mind.

Someone in my family purchased from here. And someone I know, transmissions went out within 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Because of the oversized rims and tires they put on the trucks and fail to regear the differential. My uncle had to spend over 2 grand on a rebuilt transmission, and then went ahead and had the differential rebuilt so he wouldnt have to keep on forking out money on transmission all in all he paid over 3500 after purchasing a 15 thousand dollar truck. Business shouldnt put oversized tires and rims on a vehicle to try and jump the price 3 grand. Then make the customer pay another 2-5 grand for transmission being rebuilt. I would not reccomend purchasing from them. They are nice at first but after you give them their money, they are cruel and wont stand behind their word.
