Went late Sunday afternoon to Prattville 9/2021 to look at some different car lots. Their lot needs more lighting especially with some uneven walking surfaces. No contact with others since business was closed.Cars have detailed breakdown of cars options & price which I like & appreciate. Aggravating to look at cars who show on paper the cars options/info but no price posted (only on vehicles I liked LOL) which is gimmick to call or seek salesperson for every one u have interested in... I personally prefer to shop alone & will find employee if & when I need them. Average selection compared to other used car lots. Prices were considerably higher than other very similar cars Ive been looking at for past month.

Never answer calls, never answer emails, never sent us our proper paperwork and mileage statements for the vehicle. Worst automotive experience ever. The list goes on with everything that they did wrong and did not do right, then months later we get contacted saying that they accidentally overpaid for our vehicle by $1000?!? and they want us to cut them a check to make up for the difference, even though all the paperwork was DONE and the bank is the one who sent us the payment! Unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe our experience with this company.

I went yesterday to test drive a vehicle. I was told three times before arriving that the vehicle would be there and ready for me to test drive at the time I requested. I even called from the interstate to let them know I was stuck in traffic and was told again that the car would be ready. I got there and was informed that the car I was looking to test drive had been sent to auction that morning and was never available for test drive. They got my phone number and told me theyd text or call if the car sold or came back to the lot. As of right now, 1:15pm, I have not received any contact. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and advise anyone else looking for a car to do so as well. Bottom of the barrel customer service all the way around.

Make sure you take vehicles to your own mechanic. Unfortunately, we found out there was many things wrong with it (some pretty major)....and they of course were asking a premium price. When we told them we were not buying it for these reasons, they called the mechanic that WE paid for an inspection trying to (and succeeding because we didnt think it all the way through) in getting the report. Bad business, Mr. Pigg.

This was my second purchase from Pigg and my experience was just as good as the first time. The staff members make you feel at home. The sales team does a great job in not making you feel pressured in any way, they toss you the keys to the car youre interested in and let you look it over how you want, they dont stand over your shoulder and make things awkward. All of there vehicles on the lot and very clean and look well maintained so that inspires confidence in what youre about to purchase. They also gave me the best deal in town by a long shot. First of all...They gave me a great deal on a Mazda3 Hatchback that I just couldnt pass up. Arsenio was awesome! He made it happen for me. Avoid this place. Went in to trade my car and was low balled by the manager. My trade in value was just over 14k and they offered 10k. But guess what? Roosevelt at Capitol Chevrolet got me the 14k trade in for my 370z. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic with 19k miles for right at 19k. Pigg wanted 18k for a 2016 Civic with 30,500 miles. Pigg preys on people looking for next to nothing on a trade in. Go see Roosevelt at Capitol Chevrolet if you’re looking for an amazing deal.

I bought a 2008 Mercedes Benz with 54,000 miles. The vehicle runs great so far. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I didnt feel pressured to make any fast decision and they were really knowledgeable about the product.They also try to get you the lowest possible price without losing money themselves. And my total was suppose to be about 21,000 but i ended up paying 19,832.because they had to different prices on the vehicle at the time and they honored the lowest price, Absolutely awesome, I recommend this dealership to anyone.

Started off not being a bad experience. Went in to look at a car and decided to see what they would do on it. While sitting in the office trying to decide on what to do, the other sales members seemed to be discussing a game or something and was very loud and Obnoxious. Made it very uncomfortable while trying to decide on an important decision. After all said and done we was approved by our bank, (max) on said car. We decided not to get it in the end, while the extra vehicle would have been nice it would have made things to tight on the finances. About a week later I received a letter in the mail saying after further review they was not able to finance the car. Witch was not the case. Rude, petty, and spiteful. Will not shop or recommend.

Looking back at the 12 vehicles my wife and I have purchased over the years, this definitely was the most stress-free and enjoyable transaction ever. Jamie walked us through the car and then allowed us an extended test drive (on our own!) so we could check the car on the highway and on neighborhood streets as well. Meanwhile, they were evaluating our trade-in so that when we returned and said we were interested, he gave us a breakdown of the deal. It was a very good initial offer, but we had a number in our heads and counter offered. Jamie consulted briefly with Wes (I believe), and returned with even a better offer than we hoped for. Finalizing the paperwork with Wes was quick and easy, and we were out the door in our new 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe in less than two hours!

I work in a bank and every time I pre approve someone for an auto loan, I tell them to go to Pigg Enterprises if theyre looking for a good car. He was helping another customer but he took the time to ask if anyone was helping me and told me he would be with me as soon as he could. He escorted his customer into the office and ran back to help me. JD was very honest and up front with me. He did not try to pressure me to drive or purchase a vehicle in any way. He answered all my questions and let me drive the car I was interested in.I returned to Pigg Enterprises the next evening around 4:50 pm and asked for JD Davis. He was not working that evening so Pat Holena assisted me and my husband. He gave us the key to the car we wanted to drive. When we returned to the office Mr. Holena helped us with our purchase. He was courteous, helpful and efficient. I requested additional warranty information and Wes Allen assisted us with adding the warranty and closing the purchase. Wes was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and fun to do business with. I would recommend Pigg Enterprises to everyone. The dealership and people were great!

I had researched a wide variety of dealerships in the Montgomery area, and came upon Pigg Enterprises website. After navigating their easy to use inventory search, I emailed the dealership asking about a particular car. I received an answer in short order and an offer to test drive the car. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, and I was able to take my time inspecting and test driving the vehicle. Instead of the aggressive sales tactics and annoying antics I have experienced at other dealerships, Joel Raley was the epitome of courtesy and patience. I never felt pressured and very much felt like I was visiting with friends. The financing portion, with Path Holena, was pleasant as well and straightforward. All in all, from the time I walked in to the time I had the keys was a mere two hours. This has been the seventh vehicle Ive purchased in my lifetime and easily, hands down the best experience.
