Ulta has the perfect layout. Shelves are no more than eye-level height for the avg woman so you can see everything without feeling boxed in. You can run in for a quick grab of essentials or take a stroll through the aisles to discover something new. Their rewards program is more than worth it and their app gives deals daily. This store always has pleasant employees who are accessible without invading your space.

Fast, friendly service. I forgot my color and thought it was the end of the world. My experience was the very opposite. The young lady that assisted me found an exact match that I love without even putting it on to test it. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Rude. had to call customer service while I was there to get them to put the money that I used back onto the gift card I purchased items with. and I had the receipt. She just acted like she couldn’t do but the person over the phone walked her thru it in 5 minutes. Very unhelpful and lazy. one of the managers snatched a receipt out my hand bc I guess she got mad that I called the number she suggested I call when they said they “couldn’t” do it. Very ghetto. 1/10 would not recommend. The one in mgm is way better

I guess this Ulta makes up their own hours. I went at 8:15 and they were locked up and counting the till. Hours posted on the door say 9:00. Oh well they lost a pretty large sale and I will just chose to purchase the items elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars to give a review I would!!Terrible customer service!!! It is sprinkling and I ordered something for curbside. I just had surgery and was excited to get my product this way as I tried to order for curbside a few days ago and the website glitched. They refused to bring my order out because it was raining. I have video it wasn’t even sprinkling. They refused so I had to meet them at the door after almost an HOUR!!!! Never will I purchase from this company again!!!

Every Ulta I go in is organized differently. I cant find my usual items easily when I travel. In this particular store, no one asked me if I needed assistance. The girl closest to the door demanded, in a not very polite voice, that my husband put his mask on. It was clear to see that he almost had it completely on already. Well go to a different store next time.

Ive ALWAYS had a good experience shopping here! I used the Salon today for the first time and I was so happy I did! 😊 Skyler did my “signature” haircut and style and she is AMAZING! She did exactly what I wanted. She is a genuinely sweet person.

Made my first visit to this brand yesterday looking for beard care products, and was very pleased to find a really good selection of products. They also had a Mens section with shampoos and conditioners and different gels and creams for styling your hair.

Staff has to be sought out for assistance. They arent very knowledgeable about anything other than makeup

I always have a good time at Ulta. Stacy is a great hair stylist and the service is usually phenomenal. The atmosphere was great and theres a wide range of products from hair, face, skin, lips to makeup. If you have the money, because it is pricey a bit, its a great cosmetic place to venture to.

The staff, particularly Michelle, my hair stylist is great.. I have gotten so many compliments because of how she cuts and colors my hair. The sales staff knows their products which is makes my shopping easier.

Its clean and the girls there are nice. Theyre usually pretty well stocked and have what ever it is that Im looking for. The customers are a totally different story, lol.

My wife absolutely loves ULTA. As a man I have to say the staff is super helpful and friendly. They are especially helpful when you need to find that great gift for your wife. They will ask you questions to drill down to the ideal item or items you should buy. Ive taken my daughters there also and they love getting beauty tips from the staff as well.

I made an appointment with the salon to get my hair cut and a blow out. Received a text message confirming the day and time, and I showed up about 5 minutes before my appointment time. There was only 1 person working. They originally couldnt find her when I got there, but when they did find her, they realized she was still working on an earlier client. So I waited. I waited until 30 minutes passed my appointment time and left. The reason I left, was because this same exact thing happened to me here almost exactly 1 year ago. Showed up for my appointment, had to wait 45 for it to even begin, but then when it was my turn the lady working on my hair didnt even blow dry it all the way before she began to straighten it. It looked pretty terrible. I shouldnt have even tried to go back, but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that a lot can change in a year. Obviously not here. Definitely will not go back to this salon ever.

A lot of people dont realize that you can go in there and pay $15 and the lady will put eyelashes on for you individual or strip and thats all you pay. I absolutely love mine when she put mine on. I also enjoyed shopping in there. however I did want to see the watermelon blanket that they were advertising but the ladies just would not pull it out and let me see it. I was going to come back and purchase Ulta products to get that towel. I just did not want to make an extra trip for a towel but I was not going to like.

I went during the Christmas holidays and it was pretty much picked over.

Some of these reviews are unbelievable. But my experience every single time I go is excellent especially today. I had a hair dye crisis to the point I needed my hair redyed. I made an appointment online got there on time, waited a little but that’s not a problem it was a last minute told the lovely hairstylist my problem he knew immediately what I needed. The new color came out great!! Thank you again Micheal. He was definitely patient and getting the job done with it just being him in the salon. If ulta does employee of the month or any spectacular things for their employees Micheal deserves it. Definitely will go back for hair services and of course buying make up. Again big thanks to Micheal.

Had an appointment at 6 pm for a simple trim, came in 20 min early and told them not to worry since I was in early. Waited till 6:40 before I got service. The delay is not only the problem but the lack of acknowledgement was worse. They acted like we are 40 min late so what is your problem. Well, my problem was that I respected an appointment and showed up early and they did not respect their end of the appointment by being 40 min late.

They are attentive the moment you walk in the door. Help you locate what you want, friendly service, and Im done. This is what I want from a retailer.

I take my wife here frequently to shop and the customer service is what it should be. Fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for beauty products.

Ultra is a great place to go for all your beauty supply needs. They have a vast variety of cosmetics from from Maybelline to your top cosmetic lines. The cosmetics are a bit pricy. The staff is friendly but could be a little more assertive in helping customers.

This location does not deserve to be rated even a one star .. but i could not submit a comment without rating .. I got a chin wax at the brow bar at Ulta. They would not allow me to get it done in the salon, like I had done many times before . THIS is NOT Customer service !! And the chin wax did not last and I wasted the money doing it .. the wax only lasted 4 days before my hair started coming in . That is not normally how long chin wax last with me ..normally lasts a month or longer . I will never return to ulta for this service or for the products they sale that i can get at other retail stores a lot cheaper . Peace out ulta !!
