Still waiting to hear fro m them about the second key fob for the used Rav 4 that I bought from them.UPDATE:. Two months later, and Im STILL getting the run around. Its a simple key and fob, but it is a reflection of their customer service.... A poor reflection it is.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this company. My sales person was bill Tibbetts. Bill is Always as good as his word very friendly honest as the day is long. You dont have to negotiate with bill because he will always give you the best price up front but most of all they have a service department to back it up. Whenever I take my vehicle in for service, anvil walks by he always fans 5 to 10 minutes with me finding out how things are going Insert anything he can do to help keep up the great work bill
I sent a request in online for a quote on a used pickup on the Lamb website. Steve Secor called me within 5 minutes and we pretty much agreed on a price right over the phone. We went to meet him at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, they made an offer on my trade-in which we accepted, and we were out of there in a couple hours driving an almost brand new vehicle at a very reasonable price. A very pleasant experience and everyone at Lamb was great. This is our fourth vehicle that we have gotten from Lamb in the last 15 years. Always a pleasure.

Well i stop in just to test drive the Colorado v6 4x4 crew cab. Boy does get 7p and move. My sales advisor was Daniel Zarbok and his product knowledge was top notch. Answered every question i throw at him. The ones he didnt know which wasnt many like two he didnt guess. He responded by saying i dont know but ill find out. Lamb Chevrolet good hire, Daniel also informed me it was his first day couldnt believe it. Ill be back as soon as my tax returns come in and im definitely ask for i think hands down the most knowledgeable advisor ive worked with. Im 57. Thanks Daniel for a great demonstration.

The sales men are nice but have trouble letting you just look at cars alone. I suggest going on a Sunday when they are closed to look at cars first and then go back when you are ready to discuss purchasing and have a better idea of what you would like.The cars are really nice even the used ones and the pricing is good.

Lamb Chevy is a friendly, helpful car sales company. I have bought 2 beautiful, used cars from them, and had absolutely no problems, with the cars, nor the sales folks. They will find what you really want, and work with you to put it in your driveway. I go to Lamb first when Im looking for a vehicle. Nobody tops Lamb!

Horrible service center, rude reception, got car back unwashed, most dealerships wash every car after every service. Not here. I had a seat switch replaced 300$ and oil changed 45$. Then when I went to pick up car theres a truck in handicapped parking so me and my 83 yr old father in law had to walk about 75 ft farther than if the 1 (one) Handicapped spot was available, then the service person said to other customer he parked his truck in front! THE EMPLOYEE OCCUPIED THIS SPOT FOR A NON HANDICAPPED CUSTOMER, BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT TO WALK? great service, NOT!!!Ill drive to a phoenix dealer before going back
Well 1st day was good going and talk about a car filled out the application and never heard back from anybody but places keep checking my credit my scores going down so Im not very happy with them

This place is special. I purchase a new truck every few years and usually dont have much in the way of mechanical problems. But I have had multiple issues with my current 2016 Silverado. I have a home in Phoenix and Prescott. I first started working with the service department at Midway in Phoenix and was disappointed in their efforts to resolve a steering gear issue. Switched to Lamb and explained the situation to Heath the service manager and he assured me that he would stick with me until the problem was resolved. 3 steering gear boxes later the problem has been fixed. They certainly earned my future business. The small town personal care was impressive.

I came in for a routine oil change with an appointment. I was 10 minutes early they said it would be done it in less than an hour. It took over 3 hours to get it changed because they forgot me. They left oil on my door and on my hood of my vehicle. My truck still leaks oil.

Terrible service at parts counter. Under staffed for small volume of clients. Need a plan to get people helped and processed out. Fixable. 35 minutes just to get to me with one person ahead of me on a prepurchased and paid item. Another older lady was running out of her oxygen tank so o let her move ahead of me. She was same as me. Paid in full.
