Took my car in for service today. Logan was my service advisor. Technician did a through check out of my car. Logan did an excellent job at communicating what was done and what was found on my multi point inspection. I feel he and the technician were very honest with me. I will be back when next service is due.

Really appreciated the techs attention.The reason I said I would probably not purchase another vehicle from Lamb, is I believe the salesman took advantage of my being a single woman who wasnt knowledgeable about buying a car. Didnt realize until later how much more I paid for the car than I should have. My fault -- but his too for not being forthcoming and above board and just doing whats right.Very happy with my latest service call.

I highly recommend the sales staffTheyre beyond wonderful and helpful. They helped us get 2 wonderful cars. The service center is the reason for the 1 star review. Dropped off our car for breaks at 8:30am. Was told on the phone it would be 2/3 hours. So after 4 hours I called to see how it was going and they hadnt started on the car at all. They said they didnt even have the parts in yet (we scheduled 2 weeks ago) and around 1pm we went back and they still had not started and said they just got the parts in. We decided to take the car back. We cant wait a whole day for breaks. If they had been honestly and told us they didnt have the parts in we would have gladly rescheduled. Or call and let us know. Communication was very bad with service. Ill be back to buy another car but I am done with service.

After a totally horrendous experience at East Valley Nissan is purchasing the vehicle, (I tried here first but you didnt have any,) it was a refreshing experience working with Jared OConnor and Logan. They were very pleasant to work with, told me the cost up front for what I wanted done. They were truthful about everything. This extended into the showroom. As I was waiting for the work to be done on my Rogue, there was a new Rogue on the showroom floor. I went over and was checking it out and the salesman there came out to talk to me. I asked him if the sticker price was the out the door price and he said No he said it would probably be around 8-9K more when its all said and done. I was amazed at how honest he was. This honest quality about your dealership will never be forgotten, and I will highly recommend your dealership to anyone I run into looking for a vehicle. All I can say further is Thank you for the honestly. Thats all I ask of a dealership and they are few and far between.

The service department, Michael and Jared were awesome. So was the tech the tech that worked on my Pathfinder. After 2 months of another place in town not being able to figure out the issue, I finally got the company to allow Lamb Nissan to be covered as in network for warranty. And within 3 days my vehicle was repaired. The original place had it 2 months, created more oil leaks after fixing one. Created a new transmission after not needing one... Only got to drive my car 10 days after buying it..The whole time it could have been fix cheaply and correctly the 1st time, in 3 days by Lamb Nissan service department..

Brought my car in for a check engine light, ended up needing a new transmission. The process took a little longer than I liked, and after the new part was put in, the vehicle hesitates when put into reverse. This issue was brought to my attention and they had me test drive it to see how it felt. Vehicle drives nice and no issues so far. I am disappointed that this is the second time now Ive taken my car home only to find parts of the car still disembled, like the mechanics forgot to reattach certain things. Also, this is the second time Ive brought up a noise issue thats coming from the right size of the car that the mechanics havent figured out. This is a noise I hear constantly when driving about over 50. Just seems like something they should be able to figure out. Also twice Ive complained about a leak in the back that they also cant find. Jaredwas my guy during the whole thing and he was amazing. I give him five stars for friendliness and communication. The rest was just mediocre typical dealership run around.

I bought a Nissan Murano from Reed and he was great. He was very kind and took great care of me. Of course, I was overwhelmed by everything, but I am trying to get used to the car. Reed said that if I ever needed anything, I can come by anytime and he will help me. I am so glad of that !!!! We also met Michael Bennet, Michael Collon, Guy & Leon. This was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had! Mark just handled everything for us, which is what I wanted. He asked what we were needing to accomplish - in my case it was to have payments in a certain range, have a compact SUV or crossover or.... And NOT BLACK or GRAY!Mark took care of it all. While I was looking at cars, he went and found what I wanted. Then he handled all of the paperwork. Just as I asked. I got exactly what I asked for, and - as I asked - he handled everything. I love the car, a Nissan Rogue. Im very happy. Ill definitely go back to Lamb Nissan and to Mark for my next car!

This is my 4th Nissan lease or purchase...every experience has been wonderful, however this one tops them all. I felt very cared for, and have not regretted my purchase, at all. Simple no haggle deal. Bottom line is they gave me top trade-in without going back and forth and the deal on the new vehicle was great as well. Simple and straight forward paperwork was appreciated. Most dealers have additional expenses built into the sales contract but Lamb Nissan was refreshingly simple and much lower than other dealers I have worked with.

I thought Sharon was a wonderful service person. She kept me aware of what I need to do for my car.Although I was surprised at 25,000 miles, my transmission needs to be replaced really surprised me, she explained what was happening and was ordering the necessary parts.Fortunately, I did buy the protection policy and it will cover the problem.I will be returning next Thursday to get my car fixed and was disappointed that this dealership doesnt give out loaners. A part of the original protection package they no longer do.

This is the second time I have had my Rouge serviced at Lamb. During this time of social distancing I was so impressed with their scheduling of service to keep customers and their staff safe. Excellent customer service! They discovered a nail in a tire that could not be repaired. Mark has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the course of 2-3 weeks, providing pictures of the vehicle we had our eyes set on. Id also like to give a positive review to Mike Bennett in Finance as well, he was very kind over the phone, thoroughly explaining all the options for financing available. Ive been coming to Lamb Nissan since I purchased my Maxima in 2011. We were so impressed with the brand and the service after 120k miles, we traded in the Maxima for a Murano Platinum in 2017. Plus, we loved Mark Woods.When I had issues with the radio on the Murano, Jeremiah and the service team worked tirelessly to get to the root of the problem. Looking back,I wish I would have made my appreciation and my trust in them more vocal.My recent service on 12/22/2020 was a totally different experience compared to my last 13 yearsUpon arrival, Ben said he will do a oil/filter change and tire rotation. I told him these are new tires (have less that 5000 miles) and shouldnt need it, he said hell measure them. He never came in to tell me the measurements, he just did the tire rotation without my consent.At check out, he starts telling me all the service items my car needs, he didnt seen them done on the records....did not show me my car service records, just recommended almost $200 worth of service. One of which is a battery service of $29.95. Maybe I was spoiled, but Jerimiah would always show me proof of his concerns and the recommended service guidelines. (In my inspection, one battery terminal has some corrosion that my husband cleaned up in 5 minutes.)For the next service Ben is recommending almost $300 worth of service, $250 for a fuel service. (which isnt not even in the recommended service guidelines and once I got home, I cant even find what in entails.) At that point I asked, where is Jeremiah, only to find he is no longer with Lamb Nissan.In all the years I have been your customer, I have never NOT TRUSTED service suggestions and advice. I do now and dont think Ill come back.

Brought in my car to Lamb Nissan for service after a local mechanic could not figure out what was going on. Lamb quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the car. Evidently, the problem resided with the catalytic converters. Unfortunately, Lamb Nissan service opted to cut the heat shields on the car while installing the catalytic converters. I expected more precision workmanship from the dealer and was disappointed because I was not told the heat shields would be cut.
