Took my car in to get the mirror replaced - these folks are awesome! They were able to get it painted and changed in a timely manner, at a great & reasonable rate. We have used them twice in the last month now. My car battery died in a parking lot and my daughter and I were stuck! They sent someone to come help and when they couldnt get the car running they had a driver take her and I home and went back to get my vehicle. I was SO grateful to them for fixing the car and also helping us out of a jam. We also had them replace a headlight recently, scheduling is easy and they are super communicative and priced very reasonably. I will absolutely be using them again and would recommend.

I would highly recommend this place. After bringing our car to another place, and getting a quote for 3x as much, we brought it here and they recommended fixes that made sense. I got a loaner car and my car was fixed the same day. They were courteous and have very helpful and friendly staff. The team at Pro Service is exceptional. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for the last few years for all my service and repair work. They get me in on time, communicate fees before work is done, do quality work, and get me back in my vehicle when they said they would. I highly recommend them.

Nick got my vehicle in right away, found the problem, replaced the battery and did the appropriate tests to be sure the pry was solved.

I ran over a screw and popped my tire. I called over at about 11:30AM and they said they could get my car in right away and have it done for me by the end of the day. Sure enough I had my car by 5 and at an incredibly reasonable price. I will for sure be coming back whenever I run into car troubles.

Have been going to Pro Service since they opened. Purchased new tires, oil change, and overall vehicle inspection. An issue came up (not due to Pro Service) and they (Pro Service) bent over backwards to resolve the problem immediately. Wow. I am so incredibly impressed with this business. I have been looking high and low for vehicle shops that service and do maintenance on government vehicles (and it is NOT easy to do). The person that I called was super nice and was more than willing to jump through the hoops of my annual vehicle inspection. We set up an appointment over the phone and they were prompt and on-time when I arrived. Last week, I called Pro Service Automotive Repair to schedule an appointment for a coolant system flush on my Ford Focus. They were able to schedule me for the next day and also provided me with an approximate cost estimate for performing this service.I brought the car in at the appointed time and they were ready to go to work on it. I left it there to run other errands. I promptly received a phone call when the work was completed and the car was available for pickup. The entire process was very quick.This is the second time that these folks have serviced one of my cars. They are very professional, technically competent, courteous, and friendly. I recommend them.

Needed help putting on my trailer ball hitch on a older rusted receiver. A gentlemen from service dept came out and pounded it. I ask what did I owe him. He said nothing have a great day. I offered to buy ice cream for the shop he declined. It’s rare to have a genuine shop that will take 5mins of their time to help out a neighbor. Kind hearted people who go the extra mile. Brought in for oil change, and level 2 safety check. Via the check, discovered steering linkage issues, tie rods etc. Which they showed me using a video of each issue. This was late in the afternoon, so was able to leave vehicle overnight, they got all parts ordered and had me completed by noon the next day.Thank you Jon and Andy

My 2016 Jeep Wrangler with 34k miles needed head gaskets. This was a significant service and I am glad I chose Pro Services to do the job. The repairs solved the problems and now I can get a long life out of my vehicle. Pro Services was on time and on the quoted price. I hope to never need this type of repair again but I would trust Pro Services get it done right.

It was an overall great experience. I dropped my car off before leaving for vacation and they called me to update me every few days on the condition of my car, the cost to fix it, and where they were at with the repairs. Right when you walk in the lobby is very inviting and welcoming. The fireplace and free coffee is a perk. The service was done on my car in record timing and with quality service by Ronnie. I appreciated the amount of knowledge and experience and felt like they were very honest, which is hard to come by these days being a women in a car repair shop. I would highly recommend!

They are absolutely top notch. Done a couple of alignments here and they have the best equipment, are quick, provide print out, and just great service. Have also used them in the past for affordable general inspection for pinpointing problems areas. They let you know exactly what is wrong with pics, video, and written report. Also no pressure to have them do the work, you take care of it, or go somewhere else. Also hear them talking to other customers and they are very honest, affordable, and non pressure. Anything that we can’t tackle will be brought here for sure. We appreciate you helping us keep our family cars on the road. Great shop just up the road.

Ive been here about a few times for different repairs over the years with my car, each and every time the staff has gone above and beyond. The staff at Pro Service is friendly and my car leaves running great! Anytime I need work done Pro Service is definitely my go to car shop.

I love my 2003 Honda Accord. Great car except the brakes have always been a problem right off the showroom floor. Initially they were very sensitive than developed a grinding sound after a year or so. Ive had them replaced several times by various shops including the Honda dealer with no big improvement. When I got my car back from Pro Service after replacing the front brakes that were worn down to bare metal, I could not believe how smooth and quiet they were. Great job.

Love the online system they have where they clearly communicate recommended repairs with videos through text links. Very convenient!I worked with John and he couldn’t have been more professional and polite. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

First visit: Service writer John did extensive legwork to find tires that suited my desired mix of performance/wearability. We discussed options, I did my own research, and we went back and forth several times, and arrived at a solution that, at least so far, Im very happy with. The tire mounting was performed on schedule, while I waited, and Ive had no issues whatsoever. Particular props to John for tirelessly (pun intended!) going above and beyond!Second visit: one Tire Pressure Sensor was not reporting-this had happened intermittently before the put new tires on, so it wasn’t related to their previous work. They re-programmed the TPMS system, test drove it, and turned the car back over to me...no charge!3rd visit: Brought my old (highly modified 1968) Pontiac Firebird in with a significant fuel leak as well as slight transmission fluid and engine oil seepage. I sourced a new fuel pump, which they installed. The other leaks seem to have stopped-apparently some seals had taken a “set” from sitting for a couple years, and running the car has caused things to take the proper shape. Whew! Another reasonable fee, no more leaks, and I know they were very mindful of keeping my precious old Firebird inside and protected while waiting for me to get my hands on the replacement fuel pump. Free loaner car through it all. Top shelf service!4th visit: Cadillac Tire Pressure Sensors stopped reporting again, both front wheels this time. Jon squeezed me in for a quick reprogram of that system, which fixed it, at least for now. Again no for no fee. I’m confident that we will get to the bottom of this issue, should they fail again. Intermittent problems are tough to sort, so this was the correct action. And my confidence in this shop continues to grow!

Went to get an oil change and a tire rotation. 1st they could not find my tire lock key. Stated the place I got my tires from must have kept it. So I go to tires plus, where I got my tires, and they found the lock key right away where it should be. 2nd, tires plus stated Pro Service automotive over filled my oil and left my break fluid cap off. Will probably not be going back.

Asked for evaluation of transmission and got a thorough inspection or the trans and other components. Very professional. Great turn around. Will use their services in the future.

Because my Acura mileage turned over 100,000 miles I needed a very detailed service done. I researched many auto service dealers and chose Pro Service because of their professionalism, reliability and knowledge. I would highly recommend Pro Service when servicing your car.

On Monday we called about an opening to take a look at a brake issue on our vehicle. Scheduling was extremely easy and we had an appointment for a diagnostic review of the issue on Wednesday morning.Dropoff was simple and we decided to wait around for the diagnosis and estimate to be complete.The waiting room out front was clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came in under the estimated time (less than an hour). We had a detailed write up of the issue with pictures and even a video demonstrating it. Very informative and they were able to explain exactly what the issue was and the recommended fixes. They even found a couple things we werent aware of (screw lodged in a tire).A detailed work order was put together and a quoted price that was fair for their time and parts. Expertise as well! That is something I think a lot of reviews forget - Im not an auto mechanic, but I am thankful that there are knowledgeable people like the ones at Pro Service who can do the work that I cant.The work was done quickly and after signing off on it, the vehicle was ready to pick up in about 4 hours. Quick turnaround for a time that they seemed really busy! When I arrived to pick it up, the vehicle was right out front ready for me to drive away.All in all, Im very satisfied with the work and the price for their services. Well definitely be back with future auto work.

I brought my car in after installing new suspension parts, botching a couple and giving up on the tie rods. Jon from Pro Service sent me a handful of videos showing what parts would need to be corrected in order to align the wheels, then called me and talked prices. They fixed my F-ups, installed my tie rods, and aligned my car for a fair price. My car is very rusted I’m surprised they did all that using so few labor hours. I’m normally skeptical of chain shops, but this one won me over. The only thing I didn’t like is they replaced the rack and pinion bellow clamps with zip ties, however those parts are uber specific to each vehicle, I’d hope a suspension shop would have them on hand.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. I had trouble installing a bed extender. They were able to fish out the broken bolt from the truck bed and complete the installation. I was able to easily get a hold of a service representative during my lunch break over the phone. They also had time for me to come in and explain the issue with my vehicle same day. Estimate for work performed seemed fair. Would consider them again for future vehicle enhancements.

Service was professional and fast. They sent photos and videos of all diagnostics and were very transparent through the whole process. I felt comfortable with their recommendations and will use their service again.

Took my Subaru in to have the brakes checked. Discovered they were worn to the point of requiring replacement. They shared pictures of the worn pads and rotors and fully explained the services needed. They were able to get the car in immediately and took care of the brakes promptly. I typically do most of my own auto repairs, but when I am short on time or specialty tooling is required these guys are my go too. Have brought a few vehicles here now. Pricing has always been very transparent, always know exactly what it is going to cost before vehicle is dropped off and if any issues arise am contacted before any additional work or costs are added. The service team has always been great at finding and diagnosing issues and potential problems, while being honest on prioritization on what needs to be addressed right away and what can be done at a later time.

Ive brought my vehicles in to Pro Service several times for routine maintenance, diagnostics, and to fix worn parts. Ive always had great experiences working with Adam, Nick, Jake and the rest of team. Theyre great at explaining issues and I really like the reports they provide along with pictures. The transparency provided in this type of reporting really allows customers to feel comfortable with the service being provided.

They charged us $4000 and there was no improvement with the issue the car was having. Tried to charge us more a few weeks later when we brought it back saying the issue wasnt resolved. They either lack technical knowledge or lie in order to charge more.

I trust them 100%. Its one less thing to worry about. I know when I take my cars and truck in I dont have to do a bunch of research to make sure what theyre doing is legit and if Im getting a good price. Even for oil changes, they give me a full diagnostic report, that has 3 sections, whats good, what you should keep an eye on, and what needs to be done and they take pictures of everything that needs to be done, so you can see for yourself without having to crawl under the car, and then they explain everything in detail and theyre not pushy.
