Absolutely the best! I suddenly found myself in quick need of another set of wheels and Joe set me up and negotiated a price that was more than fair within half an hour with a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer that runs more than perfectly. Its not just clean --- it looks brand new, particularly the interior. So 150K on the odometer is a real surprise and actually looks out of place! I could not be happier with the whole crew at Laires.

I stopped their after hours to look at used cars in the lot.. All info was on the building clear direction and useful information. Laid out much better than most lots I have been to... Seems as though they have a service center right there on the property.. Easy to get to and easy to get back to the main drag. Definitely worth taking a look at their inventory if you are looking for a quality vehicle. They have nice vehicles and are priced fairly. Not the average lot full of garbage auction vehicles. Stop in there... youll be glad you did!

This is in reference to the Gentlemen with the used unit review. We give customers the options for any repair. You sir were explained by our staff that if you were to put a used unit unless the facility you purchase the unit from gives you a part & labor warranty and the unit fails you will need to pay to remove the failed unit. Unfortunetly the warranty only covered the unit itself. The customer refused to pay to remove the failed unit which was supplied by customer

Awesome work on my silverado transmission Joe fixed some things I didnt even ask for great guy I would recommend to anyone who needs mechanics work.

Clean and efficient, food was standard, average, no complaints, nothing to set them apart though.

Bought my car here and couldn’t be any happier. It was a smooth process and the guys were very helpful! Debi in the office was also very helpful and efficient with the whole process. I will be back for my next vehicle

The owner Joe told me I needed a new transmission. Got a used one tested with 2 year warranty. He puts it in. Come to find out the car still has the same problem. Never needed a transmission. After I drove the car to my house, I realized it was missing the cover shield and the heat shield was hanging down with tons of transmission fluid leaking on my driveway.Spent over $2200 and still have a broken car with missing parts. Do not bring your car to these guys.

My only regret is that I didnt know of the place so much sooner. After going to the chain shops for so long, I was referred to this place by AAA. They do excellent work, quick, right the first time...and at the fraction of the chains cost. Highly recommended!!!

Very professional. Great owner. Helpful with info. Their repair prices are accurate for Kelly Bluebook labor estimates, but I need backyard mechanics for my meager budget so I had to pass. Thats the only reason why I held back a star.

Told them exactly what the problem was, that my truck has a technical service bulletin (tsb) alert explaining the problem and how to diagnose it. Ive been loosing antifreeze putting a whole jug in a month and changed the oil and found antifreeze in the oil. I have a power train warranty to cover repairs. They decide to tell the warranty company they cant find a problem probably because they did a pressure test checking a head gasket which doesnt diagnose the cracked head per the GM tsb alert they had my truck for 1 week doing a test that takes a few hours and never did what tsb says to do or drain the oil to see the antifreeze like I asked, they probably only checked dip stick if at all. They marked antifreeze reservoir tank and told me to go back if it drops a lot which it did in less than a week. I went back and they made another mark and sent me on my way... so then they tell me my warranty wont cover the claim until the engine basically blows, which the warranty company denies. Sorry it wasnt a brake job. Nothing but pad changers and tire rotators here, dont go if your vehicle needs a real mechanic. Waste of time.

I purchased a used 2007 Toyota Corrola at NADA trade-in value. Car runs great, good clutch, new tires and brakes, great gas mileage, AC, etc.

I bring all my vehicles to laires . Honesty and Good old fashion hard work always pays off.

Issues were never resolved and the van was there 9 weeks and paidBut when I asked for the money back cause the issue was never fixed they did with no problems. Joe is fair and honest
