My daughters friend was having her car fixed here on Saturday and my daughter wanted to be dropped off to her friend so she could sit there and wait with her. I dropped her off at the shop and on the way home, my brakes went on my car. Not having a particular mechanic I go to for my vw, I decided to give them a try since my daughters friend had a positive experience there. I had my car towed to them on Tuesday at 9am. By 1pm they called to let me know what exactly they were going to fix and make sure I gave the ok. I expected them to have to keep my car atleast over night to get the job done, because thats just what other mechanics usually do. Not this shop... I was called at 5pm and told my car was all set! But it just keeps getting better.. the price they charged me was a price that brakes SHOULD be with labor. THEY ARE VERY FAIR WITH PRICING. CORREA AUTO REPAIR KNOWS HOW TO TREAT YOU RIGHT. I will most certainly bring my car here in the future and spread the word to everyone I know about this shop. They deserve the business.-one happy customer

Left my car there overnight to replace alternator. Picked up the next day and my car rear right bumper was badly damaged. Correa and the mechanics said nobody done anything to the bumper. Very disappointing and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

Made a same day appointment to get my car inspected. Very accommodating staff. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I went to victor all the time.He did well on all my cars and priced me reasonable UNTIL I bought a jeep truck this summer July 2020 my car was overheating and antifreeze boiling . I got it towed by aaa to the shop .I left the car for 2 days he called to come back and get it. The cars allset.I drive it away I only get to Cranston st the car overheats again. I leave the car again after I just paid $320 . I come back days later. Still overheating only getting to the end of Cranston st near 7/11 so I start to get upset again I said and when I got back to the shop 4 of the mechanics including victor were yelling at me like I did something wrong when I came right back from them and his wife was even saying ohh omg miraaa! and didnt even help at all just went back into the office like she didnt know what I was saying, I wanted my money he wouldnt do it. He fixed my serpentine belt and power steering fluid part(which didnt need fixing btw, and also didnt mention he was fixing that) and also said I needed a water pump but didnt do it .i called the BBB and we just argued online on messages. I had a guy from a friend hes from the military and he loves jeeps he told me I needed a new thermostat and a water pump which I did do and my car has been fine ever since . Thats really sad to say someone I didnt even know could tell me and help me out so quick for only 75$ all I had to do was buy the pieces for my car I paid triple aaa 2x victors fee and my own to get back home in lyft and buss and you took and argued with a single mother of 3 during covid-19 it shows when u come down with a problem with them its going to be all ur fault c and they dont have any human decency to give me at least half my money back even on better business bureau he said its my problem not theirs lol I hope they remember Karma works in Wonderful ways cant even get a apology look at this two thumbs up smh karma has no time limit

Excellent place....went there when my car was making an odd noise. They checked it out, quoted me a very fair price, did the work and I was gone in 45 minutes. Great shop. No amenities like a waiting room with free wifi and cable TV, but good work, honest pricing. Highly recommend.

Victor Correa is a crook. A fraudulent business person. He sold me a 2007 Chevy Equinox without a title of bill of sale. He claimed the car belong to his daughter and that the only reason he was selling is because the daughter bought a new car. I have known Victor for about 10 years. He operates a repair facility out of 57 Bucklin Street in Providences west end. Prior to him acquiring the facility, it was owned by one Mr Candy and the it was called Ponce Auto repair. I was a friend and good customer to Ponce. So when Ponce closed up and Victor took over i continued going to the same facility because it was nearer my home. Thats how i met Victor and became a customer and friend. I continued bringing in cars for repairs until July 5th of 2019 when i bought a car from him and he claimed he was busy that i should come the next day for the paperwork and title. Came back the next day, the story changed to car being his daughters car and that she will look for the title the next day and call me. Meanwhile i have paid several visits to his garage still no title or paper work. Not only that, i decided to warm up the car and run it around the block, car immediately died on Cranston Street!!! It was heavy duty oil that was used to suppress the tickling noise in the engine. Now the engine completely knocks!!! This is from a man i trusted for almost 12 years and thought he was a friend. I went to him to ask for money and he said no...even still without title or any paper work. So now, im in the process of litigating this matter according to acceptable laws and provisions. Please warned everyone. Stay of Victor and his business. He is a rugged dishonest man. I have contacted the necessary authorities. Justice is about to take its course.

Late to doing this per their request, but I didnt forget guys! :)I work Uber/Lyft and came back from my vacation to work, only to find out my Alternator and Battery died while I was out of town. I needed to get to Boston that night and knew I needed something fast. These guys did not disappoint.From the moment I hailed AAA to jump me just to get to the shop (which is conveniently down the street from me), to him testing my alternator, driving the car into the shop, and leaving with everything fixed, It was no more than 40 mins. The most efficient and friendly service I have got from anywhere in a very long time.Highly recommend, would go back again.
