For such a brand name store customer service of very poor quality. Aspecially when I try order New Iphone from them in store they sent me online to purchase which is awful and unprofessional.Despite your vaccination status they still force you to wear mask and guy who stop you at the door act very annoying and unprofessional as well .
I unfortunately broke my computer and had to drive an hour and a half for my appointment here because no closer Apple store had appointments. Im actually glad I did because the people who work here are so nice. They were very busy but they took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me out big time. Very nice people who actually seem to care.
Polad helped me out with my computer and made sure he did a thorough check for physical damage vs faulty screen to ensure I didn’t spend too much. He was kind and thoughtful! Thank you!
The staff is so helpful. Explained what would work best for us. Set everything up. And gave discount and free air buds for my daughter who is starting college. Best Buy wantef at least 500.00 more for the same thing.
Security guard made fun of me because the mask he gave me didn’t fit my head. It’s not my fault I have a big head 😀. Plus the lady at the front laughed at me snobbishly for asking her to repeat herself. I only did so because she was mumbling.

Nate at this Apple Store saved me from buying a new phone. I brought in a work phone that was previously assigned to a co-worker who left and couldn’t remember the passcode. Our IT people advised I would have to buy a new phone - this one was no longer usable. I wasn’t satisfied so went to visit the store - just walked in with no appointment and Nate saves me $600. He calmly connects the phone to a computer (we aren’t allowed to download iTunes at work), resets it, and I’m back up and running. They offer fantastic customer service and he offered some great advice that I took back to my IT team. Thank you, Nate and Apple Providence!
I thought the man at the store was great and helpful until I got home with my new iPhone and nothing was transferred. He told me my iCloud backup was up to date and my Google photos included everything from my phone. After multiple calls with Apple we discovered the last iCloud backup was 2015 and my Google Photos was not backed up either. I had to start from scratch and have lost 2 years worth of thousands of photos. I am so disappointed and wish I had just bought a new phone online.

I came to the Apple store today to buy a new phone. I was helped by an employee named Safa. She was very informative and had a positive attitude. We first chatted about how our days were going, which made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Then when it came to buying my phone, it was fast and simple. I went to replace my mac book pro. I specifically ask for the 13 with the M1 chip and 16gb or ram w/a 1tb. They sold me an Intel for much more, I feel like they were not listening to my concern. Ive gone to other Apple it was a different experience. I was in a time crunch. Locally I didnt open the machine exchange it. The agent canceled my Apple care now Ive talking to apple customer support to help me solve this matter. I do not want other people to have that experience please @timcook
Right off the top, shout out to Marissa for being a tremodous help today. I came in to the store over an hour early with my 16 month old strapped to my chest for my 11:40 apt to solve an issue with my iPad . Marissa quickly said she could accommodate me. That was the first sign of relief. After extensive testing showed some faults in the display etc I was able to receive a replacement device due to apple care. Mind you we couldnt replicate the exact issue I stated but her flexibility with my concerns prompted no delay in my service . Im happy to report everything went swell today with no trouble at all. Also thanks to her eagle eye cohort for being able to read the serial number on my keyboard. thanks again
Reading these reviews makes me realize how selfish and impatient our community is. Of course there will be waits... In my opinion they do their absolute best to get customers in and out in a timely manner. Employees are always helpful and really go above and beyond to ensure service quality.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We went to the store to get some information about the laptops we wanted to buy and they had this short man standing in the entrance which was the manager SO RUDE! He said no one could help us so we had to ask another employee for help. The manager was very sarcastic and disrespectful!! They should receive some training and probably talk to them about showing RESPECT to at least customers before giving them promotions.

Awful experience. Employees all had a terrible, rude, and condescending demeanor especially the manager on duty. Completely unprofessional. Not a single person could help me with what I need. I have spent 2 days driving back and forth to the this location to be told they cant help me. No one tried at all to do anything for me. Anytime I asked a question they had no answer for me and basically recited what sounded like a script of the same thing over and over. At the end of my experience with this store I am still in the same situation as I started with a brand new phone that I cant get into.
My daughter got a new phone and the young woman who helped us was very helpful and honest. Also, they had plenty of staff so we didnt have to wait!

I’ve had a few encounters within this Apple Store, and my last experience wasn’t at all ideal, however, today changed my entire view point. I had an amazing gentleman, Tony help me out with my appointment concerning my MacBook. With Tony being a former engineer, I held trust within his judgement. His customer service skills were unmatched; with hints of his genuine personality which were appreciated. Tony answered all questions and concerns with acceptance and was never judgmental on any questions I asked, even if they felt silly. I want to award this experience and thank him for an incredible appointment, especially during these times.
Left my phone to get fixed, I had to pick it up the next day. I shopped and purchased 2 phone cases, waited to pay for about 5 minutes and was ignored while 3 workers stood and talked. Go to get my phone the electricity was out so I had to wait until today. Go to pick up my phone they were not going to charge me for cleaning the back of the phone( I never asked for them to do this). Go to put my new case, they sold me the wrong one after I said several times what size I needed. Had to go back in because each cases was $60. Terrible service.

I needed to buy a laptop for remote learning. I had my temperature checked and walked in. I didnt have an appointment and it took about 10 minutes to find and purchase my laptop. It has never been that fast before it was wonderful! I will say I knew exactly what laptop I wanted and apple gives a teacher discount which was also very helpful! I love my laptop!

Horrible service at the providence mall location. dropped my computer almost a week ago wich stopped working from no where after spend a lot of money for the latest technology and not even a year later my computer wasnt working anymore, took it to the apple store, no one never call and when i showed up to get information regarding my computer the custumer service representative told me that i have to wait because i wasnt the only one customer. really?????. i wish i could rate lower than that

The lines there are long to get to the store but they sell good phones but there is a giant line to enter no matter what time you get there

Brenda is the mvp in that store but one good employee cant make up for the lacking of others.Drove down twice only to walk away with the same issue and being told to call customer service because nothing can be done...customer service says the exact opposite. I think the purpose is to get you stuck in a loop until you give up.

If working with customers isnt your thing and if youre going to complain of how long assisting the customer is going to take then you shouldnt work in an apple store or even a field with electronics. The guy had an attitude and tried really hard to not help me, when he mumbled under his breath this is going to take an hour i was going to LOUDLY request for another employee that doesnt mind the wait time. Hopefully i wont have the same guy when and if i do go back.
I don’t understand what is the big secret and why there is such long lines at the store every time I pass by there at least a dozen people waiting to get in and how come it’s always that busy from the time it opens to the time it closes what is the conspiracy behind it I really wanted to go in and check out some Apple products but I’ve passed it three times the lines were just so long and life is way too shy to stand there waiting to see if you want to buy something from a company that you just started getting interested inHopefully someday they will let me into their high mile club and maybe I can get VIP access who knows anything can happen ha ha I hope I make somebody smile today

Had a very bad experience, problem with my iPhone. Took day off from my job to getting fixed but was told I had to go and if I had the same problem again comeback knowing that they did nothing to fix it, and I already told them that I restored the phone to factory setting but still had the same problem .... ( the phone was under warranty )Had the same problem with the phone the same day and to this date still. Genius Bar employee needs to listen more to customers problems and more importantly try to fix them ... maybe it was just this person but this is my experience at this store.

Worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to. ALL OF THEM (ok minus two) see you but absolutely no one welcomes you. Especially the managers who are supposed to emphasise of every customers being take care of. Well, at least 3 managers saw me waiting but none of them came to talk to me or ask for someone in they walkie-talkie. And that’s not the first time I came over there and see this happening. When you sell luxury products, please provide the adequate [high] quality service as well.
