If you are in need of an eye exam or want to purchase new glasses at all, this is the place to go! Alicia was absolutely amazing and her customer service was phenomenal. Alicia was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, took her time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and was able to get me in for an eye exam the same day with Dr. Bailey.Dr. Bailey was super nice, knowledgeable, and efficient along with the other staff helping me out during my exam! I walked out today with 2 new pairs of glasses ordered that I absolutely love. Thank you Alicia and Dr. Bailey!

My daughter had a pair of sunglasses that the screw came out of and after 20+ mins McKenzie was able to get the odd size and angled screw for the stem to go back in. Dr. Christina Bailey was amazing. She really took the time to help me with my vision and recommended great contacts for me. She did let me know they were pricier, and could give me other options, but gave me samples to try since she really believed these were best. I put them on in the exam room and immediately felt a difference from my last brand (both comfort and vision). I ordered 6 months before I left. My glasses rx did not change by much, so she agreed I could replace those at a later time. Her honesty was something I really appreciated. The staff in the store section was super nice as well. Everybody checked on me while I was waiting and found me a discount code to use on my order. Will definitely be back!

I love coming here exactly when Jahaira is working she is good at helping my 5yr old son pick out his glasses and love how she let us know what stuff to put on the glasses my son lost 2 pairs and I always go to her for help. Friendly and professional staff. Appreciate the steps they have taken to keep customers safe during covid. Jahaira was especially helpful and patient with me and found the perfect frames for both my husband and I. They were amazing with my toddler! It is her first pair of glasses and they were so accommodating! One gal even drew a picture on her finger to get my daughter to look in the right direction. The other gal was so patient with my daughter and help us pick out the perfect lenses! When we went to pick up her glasses a week later they were so kind and quick to help us even offered a second glasses case for my daughter because the first one closed quickly scaring my daughter. And let us have BOTH cases.For someone who has been wearing lenses since I was my daughters age I was very happy for the service received and can’t wait to get my daughters next pair of glasses!!

The people were pretty rude in LensCrafters, the doctor staff in the back were absolutely lovely which is why I added a star. I came with my Dad, and he knew he had to wait outside already- and a girl came up to him in the store and told him he couldn’t come in and that someone said we asked if he could come in (that never happened- he already knew he wasn’t allowed in with me and we didn’t make a deal of it or ask) and she was extremely snappy and unprofessional. She was so rude in the way she talked to him- I literally went to buy glasses somewhere else because of the way she treated my dad. I don’t know who told her we asked if he could come in because we already had planned for him not to come in lol. But the Doctor’s staff in the back are wonderful!

Made an eye exam appointment for myself & 3 kiddos here. When we arrived, there were 2 employees with 2 customers at the registers. As we were about to enter to go check in for the exams, a male employee suddenly yells, Stop right there!! Everyone is startled and turns and stares at us with mouths open, like what the ...??? He comes over to us and I tell him we have an eye appointments at 11 (& it is now 11)He says he will go let them know we are there, indicating that we are still to remain in the mall & not enter...Im standing there bewildered, contemplating just leaving, but we drove 45 minutes to get here and have been waiting for this appointment for weeks...Obviously we are all aware of covid restrictions but there were only 2 customers who were already at the registers & we all have our masks on...He goes to the back and then returns to the customer at the register, and we are still standing in the mall.Meanwhile, 5 minutes later, a different employee comes from the back and sees us standing there and says, Hi, you want to come in and start looking at frames?Oh? Wait, Like a normal customer would normally do?? You dont have some issue with us?Maybe he thought we were random mall stragglers ? Didnt like children? Either way, his bias was showing.This was my childrens 1st eye exam & would be the 1st time they shopped for frames.The eye exam itself was fine, the Seton employees in the back were nice...But Im taking our 4 lens prescriptions to fill someplace else. It would have been nice to shop for frames in one location. That is why I picked that location, because of what seemed like a good selection..but I didnt look...I will NEVER waste our time or money here again & wouldnt recommend it.

Took glasses in for the 2nd time as they are cracking and the clear coat is also coming off. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! Basically the staff member and manager told us it was our fault. They have ZERO customer service skills! The Manager was worthless and rude! Maybe thats what staff are quitting and going to Pearl Vision!! They were amazing! You all need training on how to treat customers! If that manager and staff worked for me, they would be fired on the spot! Take note and DO NOT go to them GO TO PEARL VISION!

Oh my situation is a little unusual I did miss my first appointment and they rescheduled me for a second appointment then I was sent to link to fill out the paperwork and was told that I could not be seen until the paperwork was filled out so then I drove to my appointment I got there 10 minutes late granted I was told that I had to reschedule because I was late I am serious poor customer service theyre not in sync on what theyre telling their customers if they cant work together how can they work with the community never going back

I would NOT recommend this place. My husband and I had our eye exam done here and they take your current glasses to check the prescription on the lenses with one of the devices they have there. Once we left I noticed a mark right in the middle of my vision in a perfect half circle. When we went to pick up the new glasses I brought it to their attention and they completely discredited me and said they have nothing there that would cause that damage, said it was from the manufacturer of the lenses. I’ve had those glasses for a couple years and keep them very clean. I definitely would have noticed it! Own up to your mistake and not try to just wash your hands of it, point fingers, and make the customer sound like they don’t know what they are talking about. Incredibly disrespectful and severe lack of accountability. We will definitely be getting our extremely expensive eyewear somewhere else. Truly the car salesmen of eyewear with pushy sales and additional unclear expenses added to your purchase. No thank you LensCrafters.

Was just in Sunday for an eye exam for both my husband and I. It was a great experience. Everything seemed very clean and the staff was very kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even when we called a few days later with questions. We ended up also purchasing frames, with all the works. Give them a chance 😊This was initially a 5 star based on my first experience. See edit below.Edit: I was text on 10/1 telling me my glasses were ready for pickup. Once I arrived, only the lenses had arrived. The employee proceeded to take the sample frames (that hundreds of people have tried on) to present as my new frames. Completely unacceptable. 1. They are not new at that point after being tried on by many and 2. Covid. Once I expressed my concern with the USED frames, I was given many excuses on why they are still new and sanitized I then requested a manager. She claimed to understand my concerns and said that they would reorder and find a way to compensate me for my wasted time. Then today 10/2 I get a voicemail that they are sold out of the frame everywhere and they know I wont accept the sample frames so the only option is yo reverse the entire order, have me come in AGAIN and chose a different pair. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never do business with LensCrafters again after this experience.

The woman who sold us the glasses failed to mention the latest promotions and tried to push high-priced items on us until we saw a sign for the sale. She was extremely rude the moment we entered the store, for absolutely no reason. She was only polite when she remembered that we would receive a survey, as she was checking us out. She said she hoped wed rate her a 10, though she certainly deserves this 0. Absolutely unprofessional even when we returned to pick up our glasses. I am completely unsatisfied with the service she provided.

I’m extremely picky about my eye glasses. I’ve tried the economy spectacles and it’s not worth the pennies I saved. When it comes to your eye site the saying “You get what you pay for” is definitely something you should ask yourself before you settle for the deal that seems too good to be true.Lens Crafters only carries the top of the line frames along with the latest technology used in your eye examination and no one comes close to the quality that Lens Crafters puts into your lenses.Lastly, they make sure you are happy with your new pair(s) of glasses. And anytime you need to have your glasses adjusted you can come in anytime and they are always happy to make your glasses fit like they did when they were new. They always have a sale on frames or deals on lenses. A couple of weeks ago I bought 2 pair of glasses that I saved 40% on my lenses!

My experience today was unprofessional, and bias, My Wife and I came for an appointment with the Sexton eye group within Lens crafters, and I was not allowed to attend the appointment, we arrived to see another couple inside been helped by another rep,?? I needed to be in the appointment with my wife so she understands whats going, and I can explain the problem with my wife eyes, her understanding of English is not very good, I did explained this to whom I thought was the manager, It was obvious there was bias in play, as I was sitting in the lobby, she continued to look at me, I think she knew she was wrong for doing what she did, When an employee take it upon the self to treat some people one way, and others another way, not good for business, if youve heard of this action of Bias in other reviews, you have a problem, We shouldnt have to experience this today.

TLDR: its a great place if youre rich. Sales ladies act like car salesmen. Good for the optometrist appointment (same day), not so much for buying glasses.The appointment with the optometrist went well. The doctor was friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. I didnt even need to ask for my prescription, he printed it out and told me I could go anywhere for my glasses, dont feel pressured.I dont think they give the ladies in the front room the same advice.The associate was friendly. When I finally narrowed down to what glasses I wanted, I had a good idea of how much they would cost. Im the HR of my company, so I know my insurance benefits. I have a $20 copay for the lenses, and the glasses were $10 over my limit. I get 20% off anything above my glasses limit. So I was looking at about $28+tax. I know some places you need to buy special thin lenses. Usually at a cost of $40, so I was looking at MAYBE $68.On her tablet, walking me through to checkout the cost came to something like $340. Now, the frames themselves were only $140, $132 of which would be covered. I told her thats way more than I expected. She returns to the previous page and it looks like every single most expensive add on was selected. There was no asking if I wanted add ons. They were just there. Upon my complaint of the price, she explains the benefits of one add on. I told her I really cant afford this. She takes off only one add on. Oh yay, the price went down to $290. 🤨🙄😒I told her I really cant afford all of this. So she takes one more thing off. At this rate. I would be there all day, just to get the frames and lenses to the price my insurance charges and the listed price of the glasses.I ended up walking out the door in a small break of her talking.2 stars instead of one for the optometrist. I still need glasses, but I can go somewhere else. I probably wont be back for an annual eye exam, Id hate to again be pressured into buying glasses that cost more than my car payment.

Our family members have been using the LensCrafters at South Hill Mall for couple of years. Only reason we go there is because of Sexton Vision Group who we like. Otherwise, we will not visit this place or do any business. LensCrafters staff are rude, unprofessional, unskilled and sometime discriminatory. I will urge LensCrafters management to train the staff at this location on how to interact with customers and what it means to provide excellent customer service. Thank you.

Dr Eric was really nice and approachable and took the time to answer any questions..The sale associate Dina was fantastic. Very experienced at what she does with some exceptional customer service skills. She helped me pick two frames and was honest and genuine! She also adjusted my previous two frames and made them fit great again. She worked with my insurance as well the Lens crafters promotions to get me a better deal. Very thoughtful and caring.

Pros: Huge selection of frames, convenient locationCons: Prohibitively expensive, habitually understaffed, inconsistent customer serviceI remember when LensCrafters was “the place” to go for reasonably-priced eyewear. Not anymore. LensCrafters’ pricing now caters to the 1%. Prepare for sticker shock if you shop there. $675 for single vision lenses. What? Thats insane!To qualify for reasonable lens pricing, one must purchase a set of frames. If LensCrafters carried the type of frames I wear (perfectly round), then I’d buy a new pair. But even with walls of frames, LensCrafters does not carry a round variety.LensCrafters sunglass lenses also underwhelm. Two colors from which to choose? My optometrist, who works out of a small office, offers more than two dozen colors. I can go anywhere else for better selection, pricing, and service. LensCrafters won’t see me again.

The 3 girls could not care less what the customer wants its all about up sell!I have very good insurance but still had to pay $300 out of my own pocket for glasses that should be here in a week . After 2 weeks I went back into the store and am told it could be 1 month. I asked for a full refund and went to Costco and got better glasses and with insurance only paid $67. I will never go back!

Today, we had a 3 PM appointment at Lenscraftersin Puyallup, WA. My husband needs to be seen. He is a new patient. When I called to make the appointment I told the woman on the phone we had VSP. She took my info down and the last 4 digits of my social and said she was taking care of the rest. Once we arrived, completed our new patient paperwork and was pulled into an exam room is when another woman informed us we were out if network. We were then informed that their sister store, Pearle Vision, was in network. I asked why nothing was said to us when we made the appointment. She responded back with, we take the insurance. It is just considered out of network. So, we went to Pearle Vision. Upon our arrival, they had an opening and we filled out the new patient paperwork again. She went to verify our insurance and Lenscrafters had already done a pre-authorization on VSP and until they released it, they could not see us. She advised us to call Lenscrafters and have the release it so it could be verified. I called Lenscrafters and spoke to Cara and I think she said her name was Olivia. Olivia said they arent able to do release because they dont accept VSP. She said to have Pearle Vision call and do it. I went back to the woman in the brown leather jacket and told her what they said. She then laughed and said They are passing the buck again. I am very much upsey. This is absurd. And my husband still needs help.

We saw the terrible customer service reviews before we visited but, since we were just buying frames, we decided to try it out anyway.During our entire visit, none of the three associates even greeted us. Im not sure why they ignored us specifically (they did offer their services to another customer that arrived while we were looking). It was incredibly awkward browsing the glasses next to their desk without a word being said.In the end, I did find a pair that I liked quite a bit, but I chose to go to Pearle Vision instead. Really really bad customer service every time I come to this place, we got to the store 15 minutes before they were closing on a Sunday to do a five minute transaction, the lady said their computers were not working difinetly that was not the case, they were closing the store in our faces. I made an appointment and was stuck in traffic and called and said I was going to be late 5 minutes and when I got there I was told I had to reschedule because I was late and they wanted to schedule another date and time when I had already signed leave to be here. I walked out upset and then I called and the dr.s nurse said that after 10 minutes I would have to reschedule. So which is it 5 or 10 minutes?They can’t even get their times right and I even filled out paperwork yesterday so I wouldn’t have to do it today. Terrible place to go to. The staff was friendly to me and my 2 boys, they also didnt push me into stuff i didnt want . I would recromened this place to others. The optometrist at Sexton Group attached this Lenscrafters was great. The Lenscrafters sales lady were politely dismissive. VERY Unhelpful………more of an order taker unwilling to assist with finding frames….but more then happy to try and upsell all the extra items that increase the overall cost.

I had a pleasant experience. Came in get my glasses tightened because the screws loosened. I also bought eye glass cleaner and wipes. This was a quick and easy process. Thank you!

Had my glasses done at another lens crafters but we’re still crooked. Went to another lens crafters in south hill and spoke to Cassandra. She was so nice and helpful explaining what makes frames straight and demonstrated what an expert she is . Very happy!

The staff was lovely and fit me right in for my overdue eye exam. They were super nice, friendly, and helpful with picking out a new pair of glasses! Would recommend!
