Ive been going to this clinic for 20 years and everytime I have been treated wonderfully. The eye care here is also hard to beat. I recommend this clinic to anyone for the best care!!
The people at pearl vision are just wonderful you have a beautiful experience with them for your eyes What else can I say they are just beautiful people.
I would send my mom here. Nice people, great care and prompt service. All are welcome.
Excellent service! I highly recommend Pearl vision at the South Hill mall.
After having a horrible experience at Sexton Vision Group today, I went to Pearl Vision. I was treated with respect and was greeted with a friendly smile and a helpeful person who was knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you for the great customer service! It is really appreciated.
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because this place is very good, and Dr. Shergill is great. However, I have NEVER had an appointment on time. They are always 30+ minutes late, minimum. I consider myself a very patient person, but it’s frustrating making an appointment just for it to be way later than scheduled.
Very happy with the way I was treated. Best eye exam I have had in my life. Excellent customer service while selecting my frames and lenses. Not the cheapest but, if thats what you want then I suggest one of the big box stores. Hope this was helpful
I absolutely dislike the fact that I have to even wear glasses, but Julie at Pearle has ALWAYS made me feel beautiful and special when it is time for my check up! Thank you, Pearle Vision for hiring such great folks. I have followed her from the Tacoma store and I truly enjoy my eye check ups now!
Friendly staff, wide selection of frames, overall a great experience. One of the few places that would take my insurance. Only issues were minor, with them promising to call me to confirm my appointment and not doing so, and with one staff member repeatedly herding me away from the men’s frames, despite those being the styles I prefer. Was a bit skeptical when I read other reviews, but I had a pleasant experience.
If I could rate it a 0 I would. My mother went in to get her glasses and was assisted by a lady named Julie and was extremely rude the whole time. She had such a nasty attitude and we were very displeased with the service at Pearle Vision. If you go there don’t have Julie help you unless u want to leave unhappy.
Professional services with a smile.
Best shopping experience Ive ever had! I love the staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere too. I will be going there from now on to buy glasses! 😀
Eileen was awesome, lending her time and expertise to fix my frames and did a fantastic job. Warm personality, and kindness. The rest of the staff seemed pleasant as well, great experience. Ill be back for my future needs.
Horrible customer service. Tried to pick up my glasses. Try to adjust the nose pieces for the proper fitting on me. A lady at the front helped me with such a bad attitude. I felt why I spent my money and get treated like begging for help. My wife went this store later for picking up her new pair of glasses. She got same treatment from same lady. What is wrong with this lady? No more Pearl Vision. No wonder why they have a bad reputation and rating.
This place is honestly the best vision place I have ever been to, with the most friendliest and helpful staff. I recently broke my glasses while playing softball and I went there about 2 hours before their closing time and the doctor there was about to leave but did a last minute exam on my before she left, the staff helped me out so much ordering my new glasses that I felt very important to them. I will NOT go anywhere else.
I love going here. Its the only place we go to. Tried Americas Best and they were so expensive that we immediately made an appointment with Pearle Vision. 👍
Only rated 1 star because I can not go any lower. Way over priced. Will never got to them again. Ill got to Americas best instead. Glasses for three family members after insurance coverage still cost over $600. Americas best would have been half that without even using my insurance. Not happy with them at all. Buyer beware.
The only reason I got a pair of glasses here is because of the Groupon deal that was going on. Despite the deal, I still regret not going to Costco. I got the anti-reflective coating on my lenses and they started to come off within a couple months of normal use and cleaning. Yes, I use my shirt to clean off my glasses, but that alone shouldnt remove the coating. I asked if there was anything they could do, but my warranty had expired before the issue even came up. I am unhappy with the quality of their lenses and with the employees smug, condescending comments on not wiping glasses with your shirt. Never again.UPDATE:After getting a courtesy replacement (which was nice), 8 months later, my lenses are doing the same thing. I’ve been especially careful with these pair, and they’re not as bad as before, but still obscure my vision due to the locations of the chipping. I went to see what they could do about it, and said the last time was a one time thing. They didn’t really care about my dissatisfaction and even tried to up-sell me an exam and a new pair since my prescription is expired after two years. Ridiculous. I’ve been wearing glasses for 23 years, and the customer service and quality of lenses at Pearle Vision is by far the worst I’ve experienced.
Very kind staff, Dr. Shergill is awesome and the staff are all very friendly. I felt very comfortable here, they were patient and down to earth. Really reasonable exam price. I got two pairs of glasses on a buy one get one free deal, and it was a lot cheaper than expected. I will definitely be returning to Pearle Vision!
Today, we had a 3 PM appointment at Lenscraftersin Puyallup, WA. My husband needs to be seen. He is a new patient. When I called to make the appointment I told the woman on the phone we had VSP. She took my info down and the last 4 digits of my social and said she was taking care of the rest. Once we arrived, completed our new patient paperwork and was pulled into an exam room is when another woman informed us we were out if network. We were then informed that their sister store, Pearle Vision, was in network. I asked why nothing was said to us when we made the appointment. She responded back with, we take the insurance. It is just considered out of network. So, we went to Pearle Vision. Upon our arrival, they had an opening and we filled out the new patient paperwork again. She went to verify our insurance and Lenscrafters had already done a pre-authorization on VSP and until they released it, they could not see us. She advised us to call Lenscrafters and have the release it so it could be verified. I called Lenscrafters and spoke to Cara and I think she said her name was Olivia. Olivia said they arent able to do release because they dont accept VSP. She said to have Pearle Vision call and do it. I went back to the woman in the brown leather jacket and told her what they said. She then laughed and said They are passing the buck again. I am very much upsey. This is absurd. And my husband still needs help.
Really poor customer service
Not impressed at all. My daughter had an exam in May and was prescribed glasses to be used during school only. Well school ended a few weeks later and the glasses were not used very much throughout the summer. Returning to school my daughters eyesight had worsened to the point her glasses were useless. We returned to get another exam, they agreed that her vision had changed but wanted to charge us another $99 for the lens. They are only interested in your money, and could care less if your eye site changes and you need new lenses, its all the better for them. I will not be going back .
I went in for an eye exam and wasnt expecting a great experience based on a past experience at a different Pearle Vision. However, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I dread the eye doctor due to many vision/eye issues, but my experience here was great. I would definitely go back. The optometric technician was also friendly.
I have been using Pearl for over 10 years. Always top notch service . Staff is knowledgeable, professional and provide QUALITY products. Julie is a ROCKSTAR .
Cant say enough about the great staff! Natalie was amazingly patient (Im very picky) and helpful choosing my new glasses. And you cant beat, buy a pair and get the second one free! Lenscrafters wanted over $1100.00 dollars for the same glasses I got at Pearl for $684.00.
So I went in there with a difficult problem a pair of broken glasses for my mother who is suffering from dementia I cannot get her an eye examThe kind lady working there matched my mother’s lenses to a pair of donated glasses she then switched the lenses and offer them to me for free I can’t tell you how grateful I am for thisexceptional customer service
Worst service ive ive ever dealt with.
Rude receptionist. Made it impossible to schedule an appointment, was making rude comments to me on how I could work around their schedule so they could fit me in.
Tried to get glasses. Switch of pricing to make more money and was person was upset I did question her.pricing. not a good place. Watch your back in pricing.
This is the most poorly managed company Ive ever been too and Ive been getting glasses since I was 5 and contactts since I was 14 if you need an eye appointment or need to order anything do yourself a favor and go somewhere else other than here.
Thank you for sending fax over !!!
