It had been several years since I had visited this Cell Tech location for US Cellular service. Last time I was in, I did not have a positive sales experience. This time was awesome. Alex did a great job listening to what I was looking for and went through the pros and cons of several different phones. We switched from Androids to iPhones and Alex was very thorough showing the differences for use. Top notch customer service!

Angi was the utmost professional and efficient when I contacted her about increasing my data plan. She was patient through all of my questions and I didn’t feel like she was trying to push me into too big of a plan. I really felt like she listened to my issues and then advised accordingly. Very personable and outgoing! Definitely a reason I’ve been a US Cellular customer for over 25 years.

Daniel Guzman helped me with getting a prepaid phone a few months ago and then a couple months later helped my daughter get a phone and the right plan for hers. He was really great answering all of my questions about my phone but was very helpful with my daughters phone and her plan. Thank you Daniel for all of your help with our phones.

I’ve called this number 4 times. Sat on hold until they disconnected. We are supposed to be getting a military discount. Have not been getting it. Went into the store and was told my husband needed to come in and show military card. He did this and they said they’d take care of it. Well not taken care of. Need to know if he needs to come in again. I don’t know how long they’ve offered this discount but we should have been getting it from the beginning.

They dug deep for a phone case. I REALLY appreciated it because they no longer carry my phone.

Called store b4 going in. Rex fully explained everything from the new phone to plans, insurance, etc! No hard sales pitch, just the info. Went to store and again, he was VERY helpful and professional. He had the notes from our conversation and lessened the time I had to spend in store. Called back with issues downloading content from my old phone and he helped me AGAIN!! Service is beyond reproach. Will ALWAYS do my cellular business here.

This place used to be good and now you can never get a hold of anyone and they do not have the selection that they used to have. If they do answer they are rude and unpleasant. Go to the main store by Starbucks for a better experience.

TERRIBLE customer service! We tried to reach the manager for two weeks (calling at least twice a day and physically going into the store 4 different times) only to be told he either wasn’t in that day or he was busy. He never once returned my phone calls. We were charged more for our first month than the sales person quoted us. When we tried to work things out with a regular employee he said he had no idea why it was more but we had to speak with his manager to fix it. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Was talked into preordering the newest phone and told it would be in on a certain day. The day has came and went and I still dont have the $1000 phone I PRE-ORDERED while other people already have theirs. They told me hopefully it will be in, in 2 more days!

I walked in the store and a woman was asking for help as he was laughing at the Customer. saying she said she will talk to someone about him but he said to her tell who you want to because he will be there after her anyway.I think that rex is giving himself his own rreviews

Staff always willing to help me with operation of my Android phone. Always able to show me how to do it too. They dont make me feel stupid either as has happened elsewhere.
