My android got ran over by a truck and smashed it to the point of no return. When my new one arrived through insurance, I took it to US cellular to have my info retrieved and put on my new one because it still actually worked but absolutely no screen so I was powerless. US cellular said they couldnt do it so we took it to drop doctor and he had it fully transfered in minutes! I lost NOTHING from my old phone. Perfect! Highly recommended and extremely reasonable.

I Never leave reviews but man these boys deserve it.. I cannot believe the exceptional service I received with this company. Stayed late to make sure I got my phone, tried to transfer all my apps and contacts for what seems like forever before referring me to my cell phone carrier company (which they called and made sure I could get in and seen right away), went to US cellular to deliver the phone case I left behind, and texted me the next day to complete services. They have been beyond fabulous for me. I went in for a broken screen not knowing the actual damage to my phone.. they didnt change the price or anything when they found out my phone was done for. Highly recommend them. Polite. Helpful. And A+ service. Ill never go anywhere else to fix a phone and I recommend you dont either.

Very quick and helpful at replacing phone screens. Expensive, but a necessary expense. Pleasant staff. Like that they had Mythbusters on the TV, that was fun.Unfortunately seemingly unable or unwilling to work with iPads, so be aware. They cant do EVERYTHING. Great place regardless, will unfortunately almost certainly have need to come back in the future 😅🤙

Had an item lodged in my charging port and within 5 minutes it was fixed. Only charged 5$ and they cleaned my speakers for free.

My iPad screen was shattered. The Drop Doc replaced it for a reasonable amount. There turned out to be several problems that were created by the company. Very professional, took responsibility for their mistakes and made me whole with a new iPad.

Drop Doctor restored my cellphone completely, pictures, all phone numbers, music list movie list, completely. They were fast, professional, knowledgable, and gave kind service. I have been referring their business to others n definitely will return to them if the need arises. Their store is convenient, attractive n comfortable. So glad they chose a Quincy location.

I’ve had to use the Drop Doctor on several occasions for several iPhones and ❤️ this place! They have repaired screens, replaced batteries and even replaced the camera on my wife’s iPhone 8! ALWAYS quick, ALWAYS professional. You can drop off or wait the ~15min it takes for them to do what they do best! A screen they replaced went bad after a couple months, they replaced it without any problems!! 100% recommend and prices are fair.

I just returned back from their shop. This place is great! The people are friendly and knowledgeable. My Android 6 camera had a shattered lens. They looked at it, found the camera was damaged too, and replaced them both in about 1/2 hour with no problems. very reasonable price too. Highly recommended!!!
