THIS IS ONE HORRIBLE METRO EVER I WAS STANDING IN LINE FOR 30-45 MIN DIDNT GET ASKED WHAT I NEEDED OR NOTHING THEY ARE SO SLOW THE MANAGER IS TERRIBLE HES NOT EVEN DRESS TO BE AT WORK I WOULDNT EVEN HAVE KNOWN HE WAS A MANAGER IF I DIDNT ASK WHERE IS THE MANAGER THEY NEED HELP OVER THERE BETTER SERVICE AN ALL COME ON NOW THAT WAS CRAZY THE CORPORATE NEEDS TO DO BETTER ASAP OR SHUT IT DOWN
Well, Id post 0 stars if I could, but hey. Gotta leave a note to say that itd lovely to be hung up on and sent to voicemail three times each. Ill be taking my iPhone purchase elsewhere, hope you werent betting on that commission.

BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANIES EVER. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR WITH THEIR HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR ACTUAL TELEPHONE. THEY SHUT OFF MY INTERNET FOR NO REASON AND WHEN I CALLED TO VERIFY WHO I WAS THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH AT THE HELP DESK WAS SINGING AS THEIR GREETING. SAVE YOUR MONEY
Very rude people girl who answered the phone acted like I was taking up all her free time. Someone should remind her she is at work and is being paid to do a job that involves customer service. Just hung up after hearing her tone of voice when all I wanted was for her to answer my question about a phone. She should get a job that doesn’t require working with human beings
I go there for good Customer service.
Went there many times. It shares space with some smoothie bar, but there is never anyone there to help you. Weird
