As a college student, it was my first time purchasing a car in my name and I couldn’t have thought of any better place to do that. Ms. Clare helped my older sister buy her Maserati Ghibli and, as of earlier this week, she helped me walk away with a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio! Everyone was so kind and accommodating to my class schedule and really took great care of me throughout the process. I’m not sure if they know, but that kindness meant the world to me. Worst experience I could have ever imagined!! I dont often write reviews, but this must be told....hopefully it will help you from making a poor decision. I have owned many exotic cars to include Bentley, Maserati, Lamborghini, and presently Aston Martin. The Aston Martin service center in Greensboro, NC has recently moved to Charlotte, so I searched for a shop within a 100-mile radius of my home. Because I had owned a Maserati about 7 years ago, I contacted Leith Maserati of Raleigh where they agreed they could perform service, so I took the Aston Martin in for my routine oil change service. The very next day from picking up my vehicle, I began to experience sudden coolant loss where it would overflow out of the reservoir all at once when the vehicle was shut off. I took it back in the following week and was told I needed to replace my coolant tank. This was odd because I never had any coolant loss issues prior to my visit at Leith Maserati, but hey....I went with it. A couple of months later my engine began making a horrible sound. I again had it towed to Leith Maserati of Raleigh where they now told me that they could not help so I had it towed to Aston Martin in Charlotte, NC. When it arrived, the Aston Martin technicians observed no oil in the vehicle with no signs of oil leak which led to engine failure (about a $40K motor for this vehicle). It then became clear that the coolant was being pressurized out of the system from the engine overheating due to lack of oil from the oil change that they performed. I had Aston Martin of Charlotte produce clear pictures and information disclosing the mistake that Leith Maserati had made and contacted the General Manager Jack McCausland. Despite the clear evidence, Jack and his service manager Doug are now attempting to find a way out of owning this nightmare. I am currently stuck without my prized vehicle and now forced to litigation. PLEASE do not get yourself involved with these guys! You would think that a place such as this would be a safe bet, but you might be better off with any shade tree mechanic that you can find before coming here. Such a clear situation but they still will not own up to 8-12 quarts of oil mysteriously vanishing with their only rebuttal being that it doesnt make sense to them. Glad the Aston Martin dealership is able to provide me with detailed documentation. Welp...lets see how much longer and frustrating this turns out to be....STAY AWAY GUYS....ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!

I recently purchased a car within the last month from Leith Maserati of Raleigh. My experience with this company was top notch. I gave them a call and within an hours drive to Capital Boulevard, I was able to test drive the vehicle I saw online. I had a great experience with Claire Vossen as my Sales Advisor. I live about 90 minutes from the dealership and told her at the onset I didn’t want to come there until a deal was completed and although I called on a Saturday afternoon we were actually able to pretty much get the deal done in a couple hours via text and email. I came with my own financing, but Claire said that she thought Maserati Capital financing could beat that rate and they did. Although we could’ve done the deal on my own financing, her recommendation saved me some money. The car was put on hold for me until I could make it to the dealership about a week later. I wasn’t in the dealer long, essentially all I did was sign the paperwork and have Claire show me some features on the Maserati Ghibli. She took plenty of time to show me as many features as I wanted to see and has been assessable since the purchase. She contacted me 48 hours later to check up to see if I had any questions about the car and sent a card recently. Being frank, this is how you earn a repeat customer. I love the Maserati and working with Claire.

I purchased a 2009 bmw from this dealership 3 weeks ago. I notified the dealership as soon as I departed the dealership of a transmission problem not 5 minutes after leaving. Now I totally understand that the vehicle was sold as is but come on. I text the salesman a few days ago about the service on the vehicle and found out they never serviced the vehicle, never checked any fluids on the vehicle. the only thing that was done was a state inspection which should have never passed with all of the warning lights that are coming on in the vehicle. Now I get no response from the salesman brad, basically just being ignored by the dealership concerning the 2009 bmw. So now I am out 6,000.00 for a vehicle that does not run. Thank you leith maserati for selling me a 🍋 lemon. I thought leith inc was an upstanding dealership in north Carolina but I guess not.

Clare was fantastic, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I picked out. She not only helped me find a vehicle but made me aware that some of the other SUVs I was considering had been in accidents (wasn’t disclosed by the other dealerships). She even spent extra time after I completed my purchase explaining how to connect my phone to Bluetooth and provided an overview on all the controls (saved me at least an hour). Great Overall experience.

On Tuesday, October 24, 2017, the battery died in my 2010 Mercedes.I was in awe and rather disturbed to be honest about how I was really feeling! They say when youre living right, an angel crosses your path, youll receive a few mysterious gifts or youll get some money from out of the blue. Guess Im doing something right because on that day, Chas was my Angel! He satisfied his duties as a Service Manager, but he also extended the highest level of compassion, professionalism and customer service! When I arrived at the dealership with the tow truck to drop off my car, Chas greeted me and said, Hi Ms. Jones, someone from Enterprise will be here shortly to take you to pick up a rental! I simply said, Thank you. My heart was touched because I had to get to a 3 pm appointment, it was 2:15 pm and I wasnt sure how I was going to get there. I picked up my car the next day with a new battery and a smile on my face! Im truly grateful to Chas and the Service Department at Maserati of Raleigh. Think Ill continue doing business with them! I had been looking for a specific car and every time either something was wrong or it slipped through my fingers. I had decided to test drive a different car, which led me to Alfa-Romero. From the time I stepped in the building I became family. I test drove the car but hated it, I knew the car I wanted was somewhere. But because of such great customer service and sense of family I returned with my mother over, and she bought a car. I was super determined to find my car, and guess who found it??? Im still in awe of how amazing an experience my wife and I had working with Jason and Clare. Jason was exactly the right person to talk to at the end of a long day jumping through hoops with other dealerships obstinance, condescension, and games. A 2 minute sincere conversation with Jason reassured me that this whole process didnt have to be so painful. Another 2 minute conversation led to agreement on a fair price for a beautiful car. We were at the dealership for less than 45 minutes, and Clare was able to provide a great start to our morning. She demoed our meticulously washed and fully gassed new addition. She was personable and knowledgeable. Most importantly, this is the first time in a decade where weve purchased a car and found all the paperwork to be accurate and matching all the agreed terms and pricing.
