I had a rock chip on the hood of my new BMW X5. It really was very annoying having a paint chip right in the front. I was not very confident to touch by myself. They were very accommodating and agreed to see what they can do. When I brought it in, they immediately worked on it and gave me the best possible finish without having to repaint the hood. It looks very nice and can be only noticed when really close. I am very satisfied and plan to use them (hopefully not) for any future car paint needs.

I broke down in the parking lot and they helped me fix my vehicle for free. Most places would have towed my truck off and I would have ended up losing my truck because I couldnt afford the tow and storage fees. Thanks so much

Best place to take your Tesla for body work. They really knew what they were doing with Tesla requirements for repairs. Estimate was close - they went $100 over. They made sure to have all the parts ready before taking my car in and did a good job on the repairs.

Amazing experience! I am so thankful to have come across Relentless Collision! My first, professional & positive, interaction was with Mr. Rick Allison, management of the location off of Capital Blvd. in Raleigh. The process of inspecting my Chryslers front end damage was quick, easy, and accurate. I was able to receive my affordable quote on the day of my inspection, with up-front and transparent conversation to accommodate my financial needs. This was my 3rd quote and BEST quote and best customer service! The time frame of my repairs was initially 1-2 days based on my damage but had to be extended due to a part that was needed and I was able to adjust my affairs based on the great communication I received from Rick. He went above and beyond to make sure that my experience and repairs/restoration would allow me to ride off into the sunset with my Blue Elecktra (my cars name lol)... and that was indeed the end result! Along with some additional education and sound advice regarding further car maintenance, my Blue Elecktra was beautifully restored like new and I was extremely happy and satisfied with ALL that Rick & RELENTLESS COLLISION offered to me in this process! This was a super fast easy repair on my brand new Tesla bumper. I will say I was surprised how a small damage could be so complicated with the Tesla sensors and autopilot (which I have not used yet really). They reprogrammed everything and assured me my Model 3 is working at factory spec. Car looks great. Thanks, Gina!

Relentless Collision is without a doubt the best auto shop I have ever used and I give them my highest recommendation and ratings for the phenomenal job they did. Rick and the folks at Relentless Collision went out of their way to take care of my repair (while Tesla Raleigh cancelled 4 of my appointments over the span of 2.5 months). The repairs that were done were top notch. They even worked with my insurance to get the necessary work approved when the initial estimate was absurdly low. The staff is responsive, kind, and courteous. When I picked the car up, it honestly looked brand new. If you have a Tesla in the RDU area in need of work, this is the place to go.

Non-local customers beware.I was rear ended in my Tesla in Fayetteville where I live and was directed to relentless from the service center. Setting up an appointment was extremely easy especially for being such short notice, and the communication with the staff was excellent, at first. Automated updates are broken, not even worth the time to read them.I got a call when I was in Aberdeen that my vehicle was ready for pick up after less than a week of being in the shop and I began to drive there (2 hours); approximately 15 minutes prior to picking up my vehicle I received a call from relentless that they did not have the supplemental check from the insurer but I was still able to pick up my vehicle if I paid the difference and I would be refunded the money in a few days. Obviously being so close to the shop I agreed to pay and wait for reimbursement.The repair to my vehicle was exquisite. Completely perfect. Looks like its brand new again. They did a better job than Tesla themselves do.BUTGetting my money back has been a nightmare. All of a sudden the staff is all out of the shop, Im put on hold (never happened when attempting to hear updates on my vehicle), and we need new contact information for the insurance company (what?). I kept getting told that we will call you back, That happened once out of what is 7 phone calls according to my phone, and that was only after talking to the owner. It has now been almost an entire month since I picked up my vehicle and I have finally got refunded the amount charged to me.With how poor the communication was I fully believe that no one was going to follow up with me on anything unless I made a stink about it. I have also had to pay interest on the amount charged to my CC, will they pay it themselves? They might, the owner did sound like he wanted to resolve it. But frankly I would rather pay it and be done with it instead of waiting for another month for them to do the right thing.The physical work that they do is amazing, the turnaround time is insanely good. The staff all sound so nice and knowledgeable- when you can contact them. Yet due to the extreme difficulty in contacting staff and the feet dragging I will be highly cautious of working with this shop if I ever have the misfortune of needing body work for my car again. If I ever do, I guess I will have to make sure that they dot all the Is and cross all the Ts for them prior to driving 2 hours to their shop, because as far as I know they won’t do it for themselves.

Needed a collision repair on my less than one year old Tesla. I was very concerned about the paint matching correctly and finding a body shop who knew how to handle a Tesla.Rick explained the training he had and knew more about my car than I did. Also how they blend the color doe a paint match - The Tesla red is a big reason I love my Model 3. As the damage was not too bad they were able to repair it in a week and it looks perfect. The other driver insurance handled the claim with Relentless and I did not have to pay any extra.I trust this business and will definitely return if I need auto body work. Thanks for making it easy to get back on the road looking great.

The staff was all very welcoming. They did not scoff at the fact that I did not know which one of the four shades of black I needed for paint matching and even showed me where on the car it could be found. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost they quoted me for the work that needed to be done, and even more so by the speed and quality with which the work was done. This was my first time using Relentless Collison, but it certainly will not be the last!

Let me start by saying that I dont give reviews...however, after hitting a deer, my experience with Relentless demands it. This place is by far the best auto body shop I have ever been to. Relentless came highly recommended (from the service department at Leith BMW) and now I know why. Their work is, unquestionably, of the highest quality. My BMW looked like new again - I seriously could not tell that it was ever in the shop to be fixed. The paint was blended perfectly, the lights and sensors all worked perfectly - just awesome attention to detail. And, if that isnt enough, their customer service is second to none. Honestly, this place is like the Disney of the auto body world. From daily updates to scheduling my rental car (including wrangling with the rental car company on my behalf), they took care of it all and always with a purpose and a smile. I was lucky enough to work with Rick, Gina, and Dwane (thank you for your service brother!) - these guys are the best so be sure to ask for them. Hopefully, youll never need collision services, but if you do, go here. Dont go anywhere else.

The nicest auto body shop Ive ever seen. Looked like a nice modern coffee shop inside. Working in Raleigh I got damage on my bumper. They took my insurance estimate and fixed it in 2 days. Definitely recommend.

My car received hail damage from a storm the other night. Relentless collision was recommended to me by a close friend with outstanding things to say about them. From the very first phone call Gina was great and helped me figure out how to handle getting my car fixed. She made sure all my needs were taken care of! I came to Relentless collision, as I had a repair done to my vehicle at one of their competitor shops. What this other repair shop could not do, relentless did.My vehicle was hit by another vehicle back in May while it was parked, and I took it to Caliber collision. When I got my vehicle back, I brought it back almost immediately as the clear bra was peeling, and the molding they had to remove where they had painted my front door was crooked. I received my vehicle back under the warranty repair only to find that the clear bra was still peeling. The molding was still crooked and they didn’t install the clear guards under my handles or on the door edges.After having dealt with enough incompetence, I brought my vehicle to relentless collision on my own dime and they fixed everything correctly...THE FIRST TIME. Being a new business is always risky, especially in a business that almost everyone uses at least once in their life. If Relentless continues to take pride in their work on every vehicle as they did mine, I’d be uneasy if I were the other competitors. Relentless, you have a customer and referral for life.
