I came in today not knowing what on earth I was looking for (my boyfriend sent me in since he couldn’t make it) and Duane H was extremely helpful and super patient. He showed me pictures, explained things, and tolerated me being on the phone trying to explain things to my boyfriend while communicating with him as well. I was very thankful for his professionalism and willingness to help! I will for sure recommend this place because of him.

Talked to Derek about getting a part for my 1993. He was able to translate the description of the part I needed and had what I needed in stock. Came two weeks later and he had the part ready for me. Aside from that everyone here is super friendly and helpful!

Don’t buy a truck here. I bought a truck here and it broke down the first week. Besides having to replace the tires the first week. The tuck somehow passed their “on site” DOT inspection. Then a MAJOR computer problem, the truck lost all power in the first week. You couldn’t start it. I had to get it towed for 375.00 and purchase a rental for three days to finish our routes for the week. It costs over 800.00 for us. I called them about a warranty. They had nothing to offer me. I asked them “thinking they were a reputable company and they had a service department they would meet me half way.” They had nothing to do with me or the truck. Just awful. I feel just like they do not care about their customer after the sale is over.

The folks in the Service department are very helpful, honest, and will have your truck fixed right the first time.Thanks guys.

Super nice parts staff and cashier

Came from Connecticut to pick up a road worthy truck now Im flying back home because check engine light came on never would get above 25 mph but they claimed that it was a road worthy truck and I would have no problems getting back to Connecticut turned out to be a waste of time and money they ought to be paying my bill

We recently needed to have a bearing behind a pulley replaced, the service man told me to bring it in and they would give me an estimate.So we brought the truck in, then they said we need to look at it more. Thats not what they told me, then they gave me an estimate which I thought was too high.We took it else where.

Great place to get parts for International Trucks most of the time cheaper than Napa and they always have the part on hand

Facilities are outdated and seemed to be fairly unorganized. It is also very tricky to find the entrance due the poor road layout in the area.

They did a fantastic job repairing my truck, however the entire process took months. That is a long time when its concerning your work vehicle.

Horrible! This location held my truck for 16 day just.for simple repairs, i was nearly put out my home bc i couldnt make no money. They had me on hold for 35 mins and i can hear them speaking over the phone. Very unprofessional unproductive dont see why theyre not unsuccessful.. If you are reading this trust me this is a fair warning. You choose to go here you asked for more issues..ps i gave them one star bc zero wasnt a option.
