I had the worst experience the yesterday. I will not return. Customer service is the worst. As soon as I left my tire pressure light came on.if Im getting a rotation shouldnt they check my tire pressure. When I returned they didnt seem to care. Theyre the worst location I have experienced. It appears that they just want to get me out of the when they noticed that had made a mistake. The atmosphere thete seems like a country store. Country music and all.

Got my tires here and finally got the chance to come in for a tire inspection due to tire running flat constantly. I came in the last minute before the long weekend. They were nice to inspect and found a nail in the flat tire. Eventually got it fixed and I didn’t have to pay a dime. Thank you for the great service

I went in with no appointment right before a holiday weekend, hoping they could fit me in. If they would have laughed me out of that place I would have totally understood. However, everyone was incredibly nice and I dropped my car off at a little before 8:45AM and my car was done at 9:44AM. I know because they text you to know that your car is ready so you dont have to hang out if they cant fit you in that quickly. They gave me options on different price points for tires and I didnt feel pressured to buy the most expensive tires either. I spoke with Anthony, Frink, and Carl and they were all incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

Went in thinking that I was going to have to replace a tire based on what the car dealer told me. Discount had ordered the tire in anticipation of performing the replacement. After looking at the tire, the tech realized that it could be repaired. Not only did they save us the cost of the tire they also fixed the hole (nail close to the sidewall) and did not charge us for the service. Phenomenal customer service - would recommend this store to anyone in need of service.

Absolutely horrible and disappointing service. I went to get my tire sensor replaced and a week later the same sensor light came back on stating there was an issue. I called the shop to tell them, they told me to come over, just for them to tell me they won’t look at it and there is nothing they can do. Absolutely poor service as they don’t care about their customers whatsoever.

What a great experience! I went in originally for two tires. The Rep/Manager measured my back tires and said they were borderline of me needing new tires. I appreciate him being honest and upfront with me. I then decided to purchase 4 tires and they priced matched a competitors! The service was professional and pleasant! The kind and helpful folks at this Discount Tire put a spare on my car at no cost whatsoever. And, when I returned the following day to buy four new tires, the salesperson (Carl) couldnt have been kinder or more informative. They had me out of there within an hour and I certainly recommend that anyone in the area go to this store for anything tire related.

Discount Tire just lost a customer of over 10 years. I had been going to this location on Millbrook for at least 7 years (3 sets of tires on this one car alone) and always had a positive experience--the manager Jeb was always extremely helpful. There was one issue previously where a rim was scratched, which Jeb offered to fix, but it was so minor I just touched it up myself. I had 2 new front tires put on in May, no issues, and came back for the rear 2 tires today. When they finished the install, I went to the car and saw the wrong tires were installed. That was an honest mistake, but then they rushed to get the correct tires on. When I got home I wiped off the bead lube, only to find my rear rims severely chipped around the lug holes and the bead edge. I returned to DT to ask the current manger (Moe) to take a look. He immediately dismissed the damage as previously existing and said there was no way his service techs could have possibly done that. It turned into an argument of he said, I said and was obvious to me it was going nowhere. The photos attached clearly show the flaking paint was new damage. It was not turning brown, old damage that was caused over time and it was not curb rash. I told him Ill get them fixed somewhere else but theyre losing a customer. He replied that this damage couldnt have been their fault, but hed file a claim if I wanted. Sure, I can see that going well--the manager is saying they didnt do it and the customer said they did. Whose side will the insurance take? Sorry, I have better things to do with my time than try and fight with a tire shop about rim damage repair. If a shop that specializes in tires cant do a simple job without damaging my vehicle, I will just take my business elsewhere. Such a shame, this used to be the shop I always referred people to.

Was referred here from my dealer. I had a nail in the center of the tread on my tire, Carl and team were awesome and more than happy to help. I was in and out within a half hour. Great team at this location, I will be back in the future for sure!

Poor customer services. And shady business practices.I bought a set of tires online on 1/9/2021 and set up an appointment for installation for 1/14/2021. They emailed me the day before (1/14/2021) a friendly reminder of my appointment. They charged the full amount on the day I placed the order online. When I showed for my appointment the sales guy told me that they did not have the tires and wont have it for at least 180 days. Before I said anything he told me: We left you a voicemail yesterday with an attitude like the whole thing was my fault. I said; that I did not received any voicemail and his attitude got even worse. If I got a voicemail saying that they didnt have the tires why Im going to waste my time showing up. Then I asked for a refund. He canceled the order and said that it will take up to 5 days to return my money. They basically charged me for tires the knew they did not have and keep my money for almost two week. Tires are about the same prices everywhere. Do yourself a favor dont buy tires here.

This is my go-to place for tires and tire repair. If you ever been a customer and have an issue with one of your tires, they will repair it for free. Even if you didnt buy thst particular tire from them. They never turn you away and willing to help. I appreciate that.

I love discount tire. They are always professional, charge reasonable prices, and pretty quick. They were able to install the new wheels and tires I brought, and even put new lug-bolts on my car that not only look better, but serve to secure my wheels. They are such a welcome relief from the standard, kind of sketchy, tire place.

Came in to get one new tire and the experience went okay. Problem is that right after I started getting an indicator that my tire sensor wasnt working properly. Pretty sure something must have gone wrong in the process somewhere to make that happen. Very annoying.

Fantastic work, customer service & experience! I called yesterday to see if I could make a Saturday appt for a balance and rotate (as my car had been wobbling at 65 mph) but they were all booked however Anthony told me to feel free to still come in as they do take walk-ins also, just try to come earlier in the day. Showed up a little before 9am today and they had me out a little after 10am- for a booked Saturday, I found that very reasonable! The customer service was on point! They answered all my questions and were very thorough and generous! Great job Jeb, Anthony and the whole team working in the garage (as I was watching them work through the customer window). I highly recommend this location and will make this my 1-stop tire shop from now on.

Ive always been a fan of discount tire as a consumer regardless of location, given their universally helpful and knowledge staff and generous policies around free rotation and balance, free leak repair (Even without road hazard coverage), and prorating for terminally damaged tire replacement. The sales people are not on commission which is also a plus when you want honest advice.This location in particular has always had a helpful and personable staff - even in the midst of the current pandemic - and everyone seems to like working there and being part of the team, which as a consumer I find to be a very big plus.

Went in with a little nagging problem with my valve stems and they figured it out and fixed it at very little cost. Super professional, courteous and obviously a very well run operation. Much better than NTB, all-around.

I came to them with a bad shaking steering wheel at 60 MPH. The new tires I bought some where else could not be balanced correctly. I tried 8 different shops without any luck. I bought a pair of new tires for the front and it drives perfect again. I feel it was. A fair price but they did not reprogram my sensor as asked??? Now my dash light reads tire pressure monitor system.

They were flexible with my drop off time and got my car finished in an hour.Not only that, but they coordinated with my mechanic shop to have the car brought over to them once the tire work was completed. As fate would have it, I blew my tire out the night before I was supposed to catch a flight at 5 pm the next day. The next morning, I called Discount Tire on Milbrook, and Lucas answered. Told him my situation and that I had it scheduled to be repaired at 1:30 pm on the website. When I dropped my car off at 1 pm, he came outside, inspected the damages, explained the warranty coverage, and we even had a light-hearted chat. Not only did Lucas and the team get my tire replaced before 3 pm so that I could catch my flight, they turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Theyll have my business as long as Im in the area.

Tried to buy a set of new tires. Each time I called in about their stock, I was told they needed to order my tires, and that they should be in the store in 1-2 days and that they would call me afterward. 3 weeks and 4 phone calls later and here we are. I understand that business supply chains are messed up from covid, but how hard is it to say we are experiencing unusual delays and were not sure when we can get your tires in as opposed to lying about it? Hate to give a bad review without actually having any other interaction, but I cant give a pass to that.

I was having a hard time finding a shop in the area who had my tires in stock because I needed them that day for travel. A salesman at my dealership helped me out by calling the Discount Tire on Milbrook Rd. in Raleigh and we spoke to Moe. He was the greatest! He was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He looked up the tires, asked us to hold while he made sure they were in stock so I could get them on that day. When I got to the store, his service was the same as on the phone. I told him that even though this store was out of my way, I would be back just to get the same helpful service I got that day! Thanks Moe

I am fairly new to getting car maintenance done by myself and I appreciated how simple it was and how helpful the employees all were. Brought my car here for a slow-leak tire. Staff wouldn’t even look at it before trying to sell me 4 brand new tires because it’s “recommended”, even though all of my tires have very low tread wear. I felt pretty gypped right off of the bat. They were upset that I didn’t want to leave my car with them, and got a little frustrated with me when I was leaving. I went somewhere else that patched up my tire with no question. I understand the staff works off of commission to a degree, but I personally did not appreciate the pushiness. To top it all off, they do not follow the current mandatory mask rule even inside the facility with customers.

All employees of this site are awesome and provide the best customer service. No matter what you stop by for they are always kind, informative and helpful. If you want a great place to go for the lifetime of your car look no further.

Ive been to multiple locations over the past couple of years, and I always appreciate that they have my best interests in mind. They only replace things that are needed and are very honest about what work needs to be done.

I appreciate these guys. I got a random flat tire after purchasing 4 new fresh tires from another Discount Tire 3 months ago. The cause was the tire was damaged from the inside due to driving long distances with low tire pressure possibly because of the snow we recently had. Thankfully all their tires come with a warranty! It was replaced and all tires were serviced for under $13. I love Discount Tire!

I wa having my TPMS coming on a couple of times after 3rd time i decided to take to them to fil tires up with air again. It so happened that tech realized 1 of tires was considerably lower then others and showed me where a nail had lodge in my tire. To my surprise if you have made purchase of tires or stuff they fix flat for free. I think its a wonderful concept and makes a persons day a little better knowing that they will get you rolling again. I will certainly make future purchases with them simply by the fact that they offer such a service to returning customers. Free air check also. Guys were great!👍

Ive been going to Discount Tire for tires on every vehicle Ive ever owned. The Millbrook/Glenwood location is staffed by very friendly and informed folks who seem to actually love what they do. They are extremely polite and work very efficiently. Aside from the large selection of tires, they will go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied, ordering tires from wherever they need to to satisfy the client. Their waiting time usually does not exceed an hour either. Always a pleasure!!!
