Travelling south to Florida developed a crack in the windshield. we were stopping in Raliegh for the night so called Auto Glass Now. They were very professional, determined they had the glass in stock and made an appointment for the next morning. They replaced the windshield and calibrated the cameras in under 2 hours. Whole team was efficient, professional and pleasant. Price was 1/2 the cost of another replacement service in the area. Went online to get a quote, after I saw the price I decided to set an appointment. Great customer service, got there a little late but was still about to get my windshield replaced. The price was awesome, how about they charged me half of what the top company quoted. These guys have a customer for life. I had an appointment with another well known glass company and they wanted $950 for a windshield on a 2015 surburban. I thought to check with a smaller company and it was over $400.00 less than what the big company wanted me to pay. Only took an hr to complete and everything went very smooth. Couldnt be happier. Pleasant staff and reliable place of business. I was able to get a next day appointment for a windshield replacement. The type of vehicle I have is discontinued but they were still able to provide me with a replacement in under an hour for about $240.Ive heard of peoples belongings going missing when they get work done at other places but all my things were still where I had them. Glove compartment still had all my things and the clothes I had in the back were still there. They did good work in a timely manner and I appreciate that.

Zero stars wasnt an option....After reading others reviews, Im that much more disappointed in the service I received, to know they *could* have been better and simply chose to give the utmost worst experience possible to me.The issues started when I called ahead to double check if an appointment was needed or if they accepted walk-ins. I recently purchased a car, and the seller is a local business that was covering the cost of my windshield replacement, and referred me to this location because they have an account with them. I explained this to the lady on the phone and she abruptly cut me off stating that they usually call to schedule the appointment. I tried explaining that the seller specifically wrote me a work order and told me to, quote just take it up anytime in the first 30 days and that his instructions did not include them making my appointment for me, since I already had the authorization on hand. She rudely put me on hold several times, asking for the same information multiple times, before finally offering an appointment the following afternoon at 2pm. (Id called before 11am and hoped for a same day appointment, but was flexible enough and agreed). I happen to go by the car sales lot that afternoon to pick something up, and mentioned the flustering situation.The salesman then called the next morning (the day of the appointment) and by coincidence spoke with the same rude woman who told him she had no appointment for me (we assume it was the same person since he said his interpretation was spot on how my call went the day before). He confirmed with me what Id already told him, about the conversation Id had with her and plans wed made, and called her back, where she then offered a time of 2:30 that afternoon.I rearranged my plans to accommodate the time change and upon arrival, was told it would be about an hour for the necessary repairs. I received a cold how can we help you from the woman in the back who barely looked up as I walked in, and upon explaining that I was there for an appointment and mentioning my vehicle type, was responded to by the woman at the front with one word and a hand held out ... keys is all she said to me. The office was smelly, dirty, and although the counters had partitions separating the two women from the waiting area, they both stepped out multiple times with no masks on. There was a constant waff of cigarette smoke present and the most uncomfortable chairs to wait in. I mention these more for informational purposes, they were the least of my worries but still worth passing along to others.After almost 2 hours of waiting, my car was finally done, and I thought I had escaped this hellish nightmare... Only to find my car was filthy and my seat was jammed back. There was debris all over my dashboard, radio and buttons, steering wheel, seats and middle console, floor, and insides of both front doors. I tried to wipe it away thinking it was light dust or something, but found it was greasy and smeared not only on the surface I touched, but all over my fingers and hand. One of the women walked out to my car with me to obtain the cars vin, and ignored my concerns of the dust, turned, and walked away. There was so much dust and debris from their work, that it was even in the lock buttons on both doors and unable to wipe away. I immediately called the sales lot for where I purchased the car and informed them I would never return to this location even though the work is under a lifetime warranty and would gladly pay out of pocket elsewhere. I felt they needed to know where they were sending their clients to.Id think a place that specializes in servicing clientele would be more appreciative for the business they were receiving, especially a repeat customer such as a car sales lot that sends referrals often.I get nothing from writing this review. Just passing along my experience to hopefully warn others, and let this business know that today, they failed. Failure is always an opportunity for growth. Good luck.

I had a great experience at this location! My windshield was replaced quickly, efficiently and at a great price! The waiting room had plenty of space for everyone - even for a busy location during social distancing - and the customer service and install staff were all great. The price seemed almost too good to be true but there were no hidden charges or last minute additions. I would definitely come back if the need happened again.

Called for a quote on a rear window replacement for a 2010 Dakota and it was a fast and easy quote, the price was excellent compared to other places in the area ($100+ difference). Called on a Friday late afternoon, the window was replaced on Monday morning by 11 a.m. no hassles, they came to me, excellent service! I would definitely use again if needed.

Affordable and done quickly. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. My only negative is that when i got back into my car my steering wheel, air vents and other areas were sticky with some sort of oil. I don’t think they used any sort of gloves or sanitary coverings, but it was the best deal of all the other places so that’s not a dealbreaker.

This is about the 4th windshield (BTW all separate vehicles over the years...) that Ive had these guys put in and they are ALWAYS spot on in service, price, and speed. I called them yesterday for a windshield for my vehicle and they did not have it in stock but got it by the next morning and was installed less than an hour. Beautiful job in all areas!~ Thx guys!

I went to get two chips repaired in my windshield. I requested a quote on their website and they responded the next day with a very reasonable price. I took the car in (walk-ins only for chip repairs is what I was told by them) and it was brought in for the work in about 10 to 15 minutes. The repair took about 30 minutes. They were very polite and professional and stuck to their quote. The repairs seem to be well done. As deep as the chips are, I was surprised by the fact they can hardly be seen after the repair.

I wanted to give others some advice when shopping for glass and if they choose this or any other store. First off the experience was good here and the glass quality seems just fine. The tech and girls up front were friendly and knowledgeable.- This company makes money by volume installs, they are very busy.- You need to be realistic with your expectations.- Because you have an appointment doesnt make you the king of Raleigh.- Have some patience, you can see the guys are working their tails off out back.- Check the install in the parking lot and the condition of car after install.- Treat the girls up front with respect, and you will receive it in return.- Bring any aftermarket stuff to their attention before they work on it.- Read the terms before hand.- A thank you goes a long way.

I went here for a new windshield for my 2014 Civic. Pro— they finished in about an hour and a half. Con— there was a bunch of glass inside my car and they didn’t even try to clean it. Looks like they broke the glass more to get the windshield off, but they didn’t even clean up the glass inside the car at all. Glass on the seats and all over the dashboard. Some were about the size of sand and some were dust.

Pulled in, was greeted by some very nice people, before i realized it they had my car in the shop making repairs on a small stone crack on the windshield. In and out in 30 minutes. Far less costly than the Safelite quote I received for what appeared to be the same process.

I chose this place to get my windshield replaced based on affordability. At first things were great, i got there slightly early for my appointment at 12 and they took my car immediately for the windshield replacement. Took about and hour, i paid went outside to see how the windshield was looking and was highly disappointed when the newly placed windshield already had a crack before i could even start the car up to leave. Of course i went inside and informed the lady at the front desk and she informed me that they would fix it but had to wait two days. I was upset by this because i drove about a good hour just to get my windshield replaced and now i have to come back again and waste more gas when it should of been done probably from the beginning.

Excellent front desk ladies. 2 hour wait on appointment time which is just ridiculous. No matter how it’s looked at. A lot of cx were annoyed with the wait time. Like utterly ridiculous, drove an hr, was told this was excellent service. I couldn’t went to Fayetteville or another establishment for this.

I have to tell you if you need a windshield go to Auto Glass Now. I scheduled by Gillion in a moments notice. No sooner did I pull the mustang in the yard did Rad come out and start work on my car immediately which I found very refreshing unlike any doctors office. When you have a appointment at Auto Glass Now you can count on being taken care of promptly. Rad ensured me that after he was threw replacing my windshield I would be driving a new car and sure enough after about a 1/2 mile down the road looking through my new window my Mustang felt like a brand new car. I have to brag on Rad for taking such good care of my Mustang. Thanks RAD. I would recommend Auto Glass Now to anybody and everybody. I give them a five star rating all day.

They were quick, and on top of their game! Hope to not have to go back but absolutely will if I need to!Service from Dawson was GREAT! Service from the office not so much. First they sent the tech over with the wrong windshield for a car 6 years older. They then called saying that there was a huge price difference. They did take it down a bit to help with the costs due to frustration. However they told me I could pay with a debit card for no fees or a credit card for 4%. What they didnt tell me was that the only way to do that was in the shop. Luckily they manager was able to work with me to get it taken care of. Overall Dawson did a great job and the windshield looks fabulous. A frustrating experience with lack of communication but overall not a bad one.

I called and got quotes from a number of places around town to replace the shattered rear windshield on my Corolla and was skeptical at how much less expensive these guys were but sure enough their technician came to me and did a great job. Windshield looks good as new. This is the 1% of times where you get what you pay for doesnt really apply. Highly recommend.

Professional, but the receptionists are not wearing masks. After a day of driving, I realized the rear-view mirror is lose, the entire windshield is crooked, and the VIN if only half visible. Having it redone by another company that knows what they’re doing.

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They started out with replacing my windshield with the incorrect type for my car, even after I was reassured everything was correct, then I had to spend time traveling to their on-site shop where they made me wait even more. When I finally did get to speak with a technician he acted like I was a bother who didn’t know what I was talking about. As soon as he got in the car he said it was the incorrect windshield. I expressed how unsafe this was due to my type of car and the sensors in the glass that help the car automatically stop in dangerous situations. This was the main reason I knew it was not the correct windshield due to the sensor consistently beeping. He continued walking without even acknowledging that information. He then stated they did not have the correct windshield and then once again I would have to spend more time coming back over the weekend to get the car fixed. Not once was an apology said for this mistake or the inconvenience. When I finally did get the correct windshield, or that’s what I’m guessing due to no one speaking to me to reassure this was the correct one, once again no apology no compensation for the time and hassle due to this mistake. For all of those out there considering this place, do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money.

To say I was pleased would be an understatement! My front windshield on my 2012 Sonata shattered last night driving down the highway. I called my insurance who informed me I was cover but I had a 500$ deductible! And the referred me to a Glass company that you see on TV all the time they quoted me a price of 335$ and said they could not do it for 5 days! A friend referred my to AUTO GLASS NOW, so I gave them a call. From there I was told no problem we can install your glass today at 11am ( 2 hours later) when I arrived the ( very pretty) girl at the counter told me to have a seat and they will be right with me. I arrived at 10:50 and at 11am my car was taken back .My car was in first booth so I was able to watch the process for the parking lot, my technician’s name was Rad, and he is definitely a professional window installer!! Just watching him work said it all. In about 45 mins my window was installed my car was clean an my new window was installed with care and concern and I SAVED OVER 150$. A+SincerelyJohn Miller

They did not install my windshield correctly nor have they fixed the problem. I found a problem after they replaced my cars windshield. I immediately drove back and showed the manager. This was Tuesday. He told it would take two days to get the Honda parts. It is now Saturday and they have not fixed the windshield. He did call Friday morning saying he would call me that afternoon after he picked up the parts. He did not call. I called about 4;30 pm. The lady who answered he would call me in 20 minutes. I did not get a call. I knownI am not their only customer but this is just bad.

Please beware if Auto Glass Now cause any damages to your vehicle and you bring it to their attention they will promise you the cost of the repair once you get the repair completed and provide them with the receipts they will give you the runaround and never repay you for example I had a window replace back in December it is now July I never received my reimbursement for the wires that were cut connected to my remote control start the manager Corey stated that I would be reimbursed once I provided my receipts he gave me the run-around for almost 5 months I finally called about 1 months ago after disputing with my credit card company and working with Corey he finally comes out and tell me that Im not going to get reimbursed because I upset at corporate by filing a dispute with my credit card company after he gave me the run-around for nearly five months stating that the check was lost in the mail the check has been reissued the check will be read mail to me or let me call corporate and check on the status soooooo be very careful when dealing with this company very unethical for a repair that was under $150 pretty sad

Great experience! They claimed to be the cheapest price in town, and after numerous phone calls, this proved to be true. The staff was very friendly and the windshield was installed very quickly, much faster than I expected. I waited a couple weeks to write this review to allow enough time to verify there were no problems, and specifically to confirm that the rain sensors were operating correctly. After a couple weeks, I am very pleased with my new windshield, and the automatic wipers still work just fine. Thanks!

Slow, very slow, technicians are evidently not well trained, you would be A LOT better off going to a reputable establishment that has been around longer. I definitely will never go back there again.
