Had a rock from a semi truck hit my windshield and did it’s natural thing and spread on the windshield.Never really saw how a windshield was replaced but saw it firsthand. Glass technician new what he was doing and got it done in a timely manner. Thank You for your service!

This is the most incompetent business I have dealt with. Scheduled appt for windshield replacement 3 days ahead. They told me to call back on the day of appointment to get the time slot the guys will be coming out. Called them Friday morning to see when they will be there and the ladys answer was Oh no one called you? we dont have the windshield and cant get one till next week. Sorry about that. Just ridiculous.

Jade was awesome! During the intake from insurance company he was given wrong information about window. He had the new window delivered to him overnight. He got to my job early. I was not there, so he dashed to where I was. He installed the window with mych detail, showing professionalism and knowledge for his craft. I was extremely impressed! I will refer this company to anyone.

Glass America has been so great to work with! They did a great job repairing the shoddy work another glass company did on our truck, and they were fast and courteous. Ive referred them before, and I definitely will again. You can get glass replaced anywhere, but you wont find the level of service you get with them anywhere else. Pricing is also competitive, but most importantly, they do a great job!

While these issues are being addressed, they have not been resolved. Time will tell if they make it right. 1. The technician scratched the car pain in two locations and insists that it was preexisting. 2. The windshield was installed poorly, leading to an air leak when driving at highway speed. 3. Because of #2, the 4 hour/$400 process of recalibrating + the 2 hour process of repairing/replacing the window has to be endured again. Resolution should include 1. Correctly install a Subaru windshield 2. Cover the cost of the second recalibration at the dealership. 3. Cover the cost of getting the scratches buffed out. 4. Cover the cost of a loaner/rental car during the above work.

John was great! He was very thorough with replacing my windshield. He was also very friendly throughout the whole process...and even helped me take my KC lights off/on too! :)

I had my windshield replaced a while back and begun to have puddles of water in my car. I called several times to have a technician come and check it out and I was told that it was my sunroof. I eventually took my car to a body shop and found out that it was not my sunroof it indeed was my windshield. I had to pay $150 to get the problem fixed and $210 to get my carpet professionally cleaned due to the puddles of water after every rain. I am VERY dissatisfied with the work and would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Excellent service and they came to my location for free. Could not have been happier and they were much less expensive than the competition.

Crack repair looks worse than it did prior to the repair. Staff was prompt, polite and professional but the result was poor.
