Awesome experience!I got a star-looking crack in my windshield dude to a rock hitting it on the highway. I was annoyed with it because it was directly in my line of sight.In any case, I thought about calling the big company that does the commercials, but they were incredibly over priced and the repair wouldve been weeks out.I thought that Id look local and came across McConnell. So glad that I did! The experience was awesome. Fast, great service, less expensive, and quick turnaround!Go Local! This Is a family owned business and they are awesome! I recommend!

Matt got me in the same day while Safelite had no appointments available for 2 weeks. Getting the rock chip in my windshield repaired quickly was important so it wouldnt spread and become unrepairable. McConnell Auto Glasss waiting area was well-appointed and comfortable. Matt did a superb job on the windshield, the repair looks better than I expected. Since McConnell Auto Glass is one of my insurance companys preferred providers, there was practically no paperwork and no cost to me. I could not be happier with the experience and plan to use McConnell for all my auto glass needs going forward.

I needed to replace my Wrangler factory windshield due to serious cracks. I highly recommend McConnell Auto Glass. They were able to get Gorilla glass and negotiated with my insurance company to only charge my deductible. Glass was replaced at work in about an hour.BTW: another shop quoted $1,200 on top of the deductible...and Safeline never returned my call after I was on hold for an hour.

After comparing quotes with other shops in the area McConnell Auto Glass had the best price. They came to my home to replace my windshield and they were very professional and knowledgeable. The first windshield they brought had a scratch on it and they went back to the shop to get a new one. They apologized for the inconvenience but I was happy that they made sure that the new windshield was perfect. Will use McConnell again the future.

Desiree, the owner, was incredibly helpful and pleasant over the phone while I waited for my insurance company to approve the claim, and the technicians who performed the work, Joe and Chad, got it done in a very reasonable time and it looks perfect. I especially like that for newer cars with a camera in the windshield for the safety sensors (ADAS), they will calibrate this in the same visit so I dont have to take it to a dealership.

I had a stone hit my windshield and put a gouge in it. Called them up and was told if I got it there in 30 minutes they could fix it. Within 15 minutes of me being there it was fixed! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with McConnell Auto Glass. They removed the rear and left quarter window glass from my 2015 Mustang (they were able to save it perfectly without breaking it). Very professional service; very easy to set up the appointment with Desiree; Joe and Mason called ahead and were on time. Overall great experience, and Im definitely calling them to re-install the glass after I finish the quarter panel repair. Right now they have 90/90 5 star reviews for good reason, and Im happy to add another one to that.

McConnell Auto Glass did an amazing job repairing a chip in my windshield for a way better price than other places in the area. Fixing the chip was mostly to fortify the structural integrity of the windshield so I wasn’t expecting any improvement in the appearance but McConnell managed to not only restore the strength of the windshield but also almost completely eliminated the visual appearance of the crack as well. They came to me and were done in less than 20 minutes. Would recommend them to anyone!

These folks were fantastic - Family-run business and I recently purchased a 1977 Ford F-250 and needed a new windshield and they were great with scheduling and finding me a Ford windshield to replace the old one. I spend time on the phone before dropping my truck off to ensure I understood what steps they would go through in taking the old one out and putting the new one in - Enjoyed the entire process and was in and out in an afternoon. I had a rain sensor that fell off the windshield and needed to be glued back on. I reached out to a lot of windshield repair company’s but none of them were interesting in helping me. This business goes above and beyond they took the time to get me the OEE glass approved which is the same company that made the original glass on my Honda CRV the only difference is the Honda stamp is not on my new glass. Originally I was sent to safelite auto and they would not even try to get the OEM glass or the OEE which was the equivalent to what I had. I am so happy I found them and they were done in 2 hours not 3 like what I was quoted by safelite. They were able to calibrate the glass and get me on my way in 2 hours and took the time to explain the glass I was getting. I wont use another company ever again.If you see my picture that I uploaded it has the Honda stamp on it, with Pilkington named below, that is the company who made this Honda original glass, my new glass also says Pilkington w/o the Honda stamp. Thats the kind of company McConnell glass is, they take the time to explain the little things, so you know with confidence the quality of what you are getting! They are also a small business so they are fully invested in the work they do.

Very easy experience from the customer service to the actual installation. They windshield was available and I made an appointment that worked with my schedule. They came to me and practiced appropriate social distancing (which they discussed on the phone prior to scheduling the appointment). Windshield looks good and it was a better price than what I was quoted by my insurance or other chain service. Id use them again.

Great experience! My mirror came off my windshield on my way to an important conference. I attempted to glue it back on using glue from a local auto supply store but it didnt work, the mirror was too heavy. I called around several places and no one knew what to do or how to fix it (???) One place told me they would only repair it if they replaced the windshield (???). The other place said they could fix it but the next opening was in 3 days!I called McConnell and right away they knew what to do and they had an appointment available the same day, within a few hours. The technician called to keep me posted on his ETA and arrived on time. The mirror was back on in no time. McConnell Auto Glass (specifically Desiree and Joe) were phenomenal. Not only was Desiree quick to schedule my fiancé and my car, she also helped guide me through the insurance process. Joe (the service tech) showed up on time and did the best repair job that Ive ever seen. Even though Joe warned me that the repair wouldnt make the cracks/chips disappear, once the repair was completed (in record time) I struggled to even find where they were originally. This family-owned business was very helpful and conscientious in working with me. I was scheduled as their first appointment yesterday, but the new windshield arrived to them with a tiny chip. Instead of installing it, Joe went to the warehouse himself to select another one and they rescheduled me for first thing the next morning (today). They were helpful in working around my schedule since I park in a gated lot at work and had to be at home with the car to have the windshield replaced. McConnells is awesome. I got my rear windshield shattered Monday night and they were out early on Wednesday to replace it. The receptionist was so helpful and answered my questions about how to protect the car from rain before the repair crew came out. McConnells prices are lower than Safelite and they will schedule your service quicker.

Had a damaged mirror glass in my Ford Pickup and the company identified the correct mirror right away and said they had it in stock and by 10 oclock the next morning my mirror was as good as new. Very knowledgeable about the produce and extremely punctual in fixing the problem and very friendly staff, willing to help in any way. I have a new company for all of my auto glass needs from here out.

Im happy to support this family business. Communication was great. Joe arrived when he said he would and did a nice job. He is a hard worker and knows his trade. The replacement windshield did not arrive on time, but Joe picked one up locally (probably at an additional cost to him) and kept the appointment. His price was very competitive too.
