Aaron and the team are knowledgeable and friendly. They do a great job of communicating throughout the process. The pricing is fair compared to other shops Ive been to that quoted much higher for similar jobs. This is now THE place I take my vehicle for all services.

RUN AWAY!!! After refreshing the front suspension and getting new tires on my 88 BMW, I went in to get an alignment. The first guy was super nice but had to reschedule the next day because the car on the lift needed a part replaced. I was fine with that. Next day I go in and it is a completely different guy who was not that nice at all. I gave him the keys but first asked how much the alignment was. He said it was over $200!!! I asked why it is ~3Xs more than every other place and his reply was that Its because its a BMW Really?? You guys charge more for a car with 1970s suspension technology? I should have run away at that moment but I needed that car. About a month later I looked down to see that my front tires were already corded on the inner wall. I didnt even get 10k miles out of brand new tires. I got new tires again at Raleigh Tires where I was treated very nice. The alignment sheet that I got from them indicated that USA Automotive toe alignment was extremely far off. If this place cant do a VERY SIMPLE alignment on a 20+ year old car then I would not trust them with anything. My neighbour goes here so I need to have a chat with her.

I don’t review often so just know that I’m telling the truth when I say I wish I could give this place 10 million stars. I’m not even from here, I was traveling through the state and had no idea where to go for an inspection. I luckily happened upon this place who not only charged a very reasonable price but took me right in on site, and treated me as if they knew me! It was the quickest and most thorough inspection I’ve ever had and I 10/10 recommend to anyone here or passing through!!!!

Accommodations are very clean, inviting and comfortable. Fresh hot coffee available and TV while waiting for repairs. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. All employees dress neat and display company logo. Service was rendered almost immediately upon arrival and appointment schedule. Ive used this shop on and off for two decades now, and Ive always been impressed with their service and prices. Recently my vehicle had a fuel issue and they diagnosed and repaired it within a couple hours. They have always kept me well informed and are usually more than happy to show you exactly what needs to happen or needs to be replaced on your vehicle. I am a senior citizen and every time I hear a noise in my vehicle, I take my car to them. Sometimes it is a false alarm. They never tell me that something is wrong, if nothing is wrong. They take the time to sit down with me and address my concerns. When I do need repairs, they have always done an excellent job. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, USA Automotive is a 10. Very friendly and polite staff and the waiting room is very neat and clean. Great place to take your car for service.

I have been taking all my cars to USA Automotive since 2015, and they have always done great work. They stand behind their work. If something breaks before the warranty they will fix with no charge. Something like that. At least in my specific case they did. I love the fact that they will loan you a car to drive if it will take all day to repair your car. I have been to enough shops, and I plan to stay until I move out of town. No matter where you go, you always should ask questions and tell them if you have a problem. They will listen. No one is perfect, not even me.

They are great!! They have taken care on my Honda for years! I wont go anywhere else! They have changed all my fluids and done all my oil changes, air in tires, replaced both side mirrors. They are wonderful! They have also worked on my husbands miata! They are wonderful and keep you informed!

I had taken my Buick LaCrosse to the dealer 2x to have the AC fixed, and they told me there wasnt anything wrong with it. But it was miserable driving around on a hot day. USA Automotive, took the time to accurately diagnose the problem, gave me a very accurate estimate, saying it wouldnt be an inexpensive fix, so Id have to weigh if it was something I wanted to do ($1800) Ive had it back for a couple weeks during hot weather and am so impressed! They were so professional, knowledgeable, and fair. Their AC guy(s) really know what he is doing when it comes to AC problems. Highly recommend them if your car isnt cooling properly.

Had to get a power steering box replaced because it was leaking and new belts (squeaking) needless to say they did not replace the power steering box and the belt the pit on didnt fit my truck...its squeaking louder!!!they replaced another part that did not need replacing.. when I looked under the hood on my truck they cracked the guard that covers the fans on the motor I had to get that replaced not only that, someone stole thats why I stole one of my centerpieces off my four-wheel drive truck and they broke the side view mirror on the driver side. This is all facts I do not recommend this business to anyone I ended up spending almost $1,700 I still have a leak and the belt still squeaky... mirror has not been replaced I had to purchase another mirror and I had to buy a whole nother rim just to get a center cap for my four-wheel drive vehicle.. absolutely not absolutely not absolutely not. Just dont do it. I had to take my truck somewhere else to get repaired and its working great! #dontdoit

We just bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue used AS Is.. I requested a Oil change as well as a overall inspection, just to get a idea of what we bought and what needed to be repaired. Sam was very informative and gave me a list of what needed to be repaired in order . Explained every detail . I have been to other good shops but never as informative as this one.

From the very first call I was treated very nice with friendly service!Aaron was nice & answered all my questions when I first called, I feel bad I dont remember her name but the girl who checked me in when I got there for my appointment was equally friendly & Sam was awesome!! It took a while to figure out why the fuse for my brake lights kept blowing leaving me without any brake lights at all but Sam kept answering all my questions & worked with the guys searching to find what was blowing them out, he saved me time & money during a bad time. A lot of places would have kept my car a lot longer doing a lot of work while charging a lot more money to completely fix the problem but he found a way to keep my lights working till I could get settled & afford to go back & get the entire situation fixed!!I will only go to USA Automotive for all of my future car repairs!I feel safe with their repair, I was treated with understanding, courtesy & respect but above all else I Trust this shop!!

Ive gone here twice now for my cars check engine light. Each time, they made sure to not rush into fixing it but to actually make sure that they know what the exact problem is before fixing/replacing something that doesnt change anything. This has happened at other mechanics but the light always stays off after visiting USA automotive. Also, the customer service is incredible. You are greeted with a smile and friendly voice, they offer you coffee, snacks, and a place to sit, and they are always willing to explain to me in detail what needs to be repaired and why. Keith was the last guy Ive dealt with there and he is very kind and even checks up with you the next day to make sure everything is going well. Although this is probably the most expensive mechanic Ive visited, you definitely get what you pay for and I plan on keeping this place as my go-to mechanic!

The guys at USA Automotive really know how to treat a customer. I have been using USA Auto for over a year and I won’t use anyone else. I took my car in for new tires and an oil change. At any other mechanic I have been to, they would call me in the middle of the service and attempt to pressure me into getting other things fixed on my car right then. USA waits until your service is finished and gives you information on what may be wrong with your car and, most importantly, how long your car will be just fine without the fix, so you can get it done when you decide to get it done and you have finances in place. There is no pressure. They care about their customers and that is hard to find these days.

Made an appointment to get a few things done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Keith fit me in right away. Had an oil-change done including all my fluids checked, a brake light repaired, and restoration of both my headlights. I normally do my own headlights on all my vehicles, but I can never get them clear enough to make a difference. So, I decided to treat myself and have it done professionally. When they brought out one of them to show me the difference, I honestly thought he was showing me a brand new headlight. I was in disbelief at how clear it looked. Youd swear it was brand new. Not a 2002. I highly recommend getting it done at USA Automotive. Worth every penny. Thanks to everyone who helped me out. The customer service was outstanding. The team at USA got my car in the same day I called and, though it took a few days to fix (likely the nature of the issue), they were able to run initial tests and diagnose the problem the same day. They have a good system of covering paperwork on the front end that allows any repairs to be approved over the phone. I was appreciative of knowing how much it would cost for repairs before approving them. They also explained in detail what the issues were, how they were to be repaired, and how to prevent future complications. Though it is rarely cheap or convenient to repair a car, USA provided a smooth experience.

I went to USA automotive last week and had the pleasure of talking to Keith during my visit. I took my car in for an oil change, break check, and a diagnosis for a horrible sound that took place when the car started.
