I have used this place a few times, and they have provided great service each time. Just this morning, I had some low fluid levels in my car and had to make a quick stop at this place. As soon as I pulled in, a nice gentleman took my car in and everything was good to go after 10 minutes. They did not even charge me for todays service. I am definitely coming back not only for the great service but for their honesty as well.

Ive been here a few times now and everyone is always very nice and polite- great customer service! The wait time wasnt bad and my car is already running smoother. I recommended it to family visiting from out of state and they said they wish there was a place as friendly as that back home. Will definitely continue doing business here.

I’m very happy. I always get good service here. I brought my car in because it was overheating and leaking coolant. Surprise car repairs are never easy or painless but they went above and beyond to make sure I left with my car in better shape than ever. I’d recommend them every day!

Coming from out of town, we looked at the reviews and called. Chris was delightful!!! Couldnt have been nicer! He clearly loves people. The guys working were all very pleasant and so nice to see smiles.

Glad this place was recommended to me! All of the workers were extremely professional and interpersonal. Armando and another gentleman (David, I think) were patient with me and carefully explained things about my car to me as I know little about them. They went above and beyond my expectations. I did not have an appointment and was still pleased with the amount of time it took for the services that I needed. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Ive always had good, friendly efficient service here, but today was over the top. I brought my car in for an oil change because the light was on, but the guys told me that based on the oil I had purchased before, I had another few thousand miles to go before I needed to do anything.They had a clear opportunity to profit from my lack of knowledge, and not only did they do the right thing, they topped up my fluids and tires as a courtesy.Not only will I be back here, itll be hard to make me go anywhere else after this.

Went very early before the store opened last Saturday May 9th. Friendly guy came out and greeted me as soon as the shop opened. They then brought car in to the shop quickly after. I was having a headlight replaced, new wiper blades, and an oil change. I also had a list of things to check since I was taking a trip this week.All service was completed in an outstanding manner. They checked all belts, hoses, brakes, tire pressures, and even checked my alignment and reported back that all looked good even though they dont do any alignment work.Great job, I will return.Dale

Used SpeeDee back in Dallas. Was excited to be able to go back to one of their shops for maintenance on my vehicle. They gave the same great service at this location as I received in Dallas.

Here, there is no disrespect when it comes to people. In and out, nice caring people, and plus nice view. Ask for the guy with the tatoos, nice gentle man

Excellent customer service and prices. Very clean lobby with free wifi while you wait. They back up their work. Overall 5* experience.

Staff was very friendly, no question about that. However, I went in for a premium oil change and the posted price was about 85 bucks. A tad on the high side but that’s the price we agreed to. After the work was done, they then tacked on an extra 22 dollars for a premium oil filter when the sign clearly stated that the 85 included the filter. Normally I wouldn’t let someone take advantage of me like that but they were so friendly I let it go. Last minute upcharges are no way of doing business! Final price came to about 116, hands-down the highest I’ve ever paid for a full synthetic oil change. Instead of doing the right thing and taking the extra 22 bucks off, the consequence for them is that everyone can come out here and read about what they did to me.

Have been going here for years for car inspection & oil change. Staff is honest about wait time (important when kids are in tow). They are good about alerting patrons to possible potential problems.

The employees of SpeeDee Oil in Raleigh are always professional, polite and sincere. They do the job, do it well. The facilities are very clean.

Asked for a freon fillup and was treated rudely by a guy at the front desk, to the point where another employee apologized for him. I got the freon fillup but they suggested I get the motor fixed, because it was going out, for a fairly high amount. I opted not to, and that day my car started vibrating hard when in idle as the a/c kicked in. It has never done that before.

My wife went there for an oil change using a Groupon... Standard 5 quart, filter and tire rotation. When she went to check out, she was charged an additional $9.88. She paid and then called me afterwards telling me the same. I called the store and an employee said it was for an upcharge of additional services and/or higher grade oil (neither of which was requested by my wife). He said he would have the tech explain it to me and put me on hold. After a few minutes, he picked up and asked if I had been helped and I said, not yet and then the phone hung up. I called back and a different employee answered and I asked again about this additional fee. He said it was for oil disposal and taxes. I said the Groupon says that is $.79 on the voucher, and that taxes would be less than $3.00. He then said that is incorrect and that its alot more than $.79 and that Groupon is wrong. I feel like they took advantage of my wife and charged a fee that was unfair. If there is an issue with the information on Groupon, it should be addressed so other patrons arent deceived by this. Poor representation of the many positive reviews for outstanding customer service.After this post, I was contacted by the owner who apologized for the confusion and was very professional about the situation. It meant a lot to have my concerns validated and addressed. Well done on the customer service, only reason for not giving 5 stars was the initial problem that could have been avoided- but will return as a customer because they went above and beyond to make it right!

Quick service, but be sure to ask for the price of what oil change you are getting. They tell you what oil change it is but not the price.
