This store is super nice and conveniently located with lots of parking available. Zack was a tremendous help and gave us the best deals in all of Raleigh/Wake Forest. After visiting multiple different competitors we came back because of the best pricing AND the customer service. He listened to what we wanted and offered a deal without pressuring us to purchase. We received great service and assistance in purchasing our new mattress from Richard at Mattress Firm. Richard was knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring us in our decision. There was a good assortment of choices and the store was applying Covid safeguards. We were able to take advantage of good sales pricing and coupons. We look forward to enjoying our mattress and will update this review to include the delivery and installation process later.

Richard was a huge help in finding the perfect mattress for me. He took the time to go over their selections so that I made the choice that best fit my needs and budget. In all it took about 30 minutes including financing ( 0% intrest for 12 months!!!). If I bought mattresses more often Richard is the person Id trust help me out.

Were very happy with the customer service in store. The salesperson Amanda did a great job of showing us the available options, and we found just the right mattress. The install process went great and no regrets with this purchase.

I visited this store today with my 85 year old mom who needs a new mattress. Your representative, Kenny G., could not have been more considerate to my mom with her questions and concerns. He has a very good way about him. Several other customers came into the store while we were there and he managed to greet and serve them all. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and will be purchasing the mattress within the next week or two from Kenny G. The store is a good place to go also if you don’t want to be overwhelmed by choices- they have enough and are very knowledgeable. Great place!

Kenny G was incredible. My little sister and I both needed mattresses for our rooms and I knew which one I wanted. Still he had me try it again and told me all of information I needed in a very understandable manner. He is so about customer service and served as a consultant more than a salesperson. He had great, relatable, and friendly conversations, and seemed to really care, and was extremely knowledgeable. He walked my sister to each mattress and asked her questions to see if he was getting hotter or colder and found something she loved, and she is so picky! He gave us a great rate and really made the experience enjoyable!

We LOVE Jasmine!If you are in the market for a new mattress please consider shipping at this location. My family needed a Twin mattress on a very short notice! Jasmine was patient, knowledgeable and personable! She offered choices of the mattresses that were available and searched other locations and also placed calls to check stock for us. Eventually we decided to pick up one of the Snug mattresses that she had in stock but she did not steer us wrong! The mattress was easy to setup and we were able to take it home the same day. Kenneth at Mattress Firm on Falls of Neuse was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable about the products and amazing at putting comparisons into terms that I would understand. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased mattresses and was a little overwhelmed just walking in but he went step by step to make the process as smooth as possible. If you’re in need of a mattress or more, stop in and see him. He didn’t try to upsell anything, he wasn’t pushy, he asked all the questions including some I had not even considered. 10/10 would shop again.

I went to Mattress Firm and bought a queen adjustable bed. I felt no pressure from the guy to buy anything. The guy name is Mike and he is super friendly. If I ever need another mattress, I would definitely go back there again. I recommend him 100%....... This is what I posted several months ago after purchasing three sets of mattress and adjustable bed. However, few months later, I had some issues with two of my adjustable bed. I went back to the same store that I purchased my mattress to get some help! There was a younger associate who told me to call the customer service!!!!! I couldn’t speak to a live person! Anyway I got several different numbers to call from the live chat!!! I called every single one of them and no one admitted that the defected parts belong to their manufacturer!!!! I even went back to the store and they advised me to file a claim on mattress firm behalf which I did. Again, after few emails back and forth, no one seems to care! I’m writing this review to tell whoever is reading this to know that mattress firm customer service sucks. If they don’t have a live person to address your issues, I don’t know how I can trust the company like this. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they handled my issues.

I was a returning customer to mattress firm and after I had parked and got out of my car I needed to go next door to bad daddy to ask my girlfriend a simple question about the setup she wanted and Angela at saw me walking over and I understand those are there parking spots but she was really nasty the way she was talking I tried to inform her and let her know that I was going to be right back but she said she did not believe me and that I had to move then walk to the back and started smoking I had a terrible experience and I didnt even get in the door
