Went in yesterday to find a mattress for a guest bedroom. Philip was amazing in helping us find the best mattress that also fit our budget. He was so easy to work with and answered every question we had (quite a few). Would definitely recommend the North Hills location, and Philip, to anyone needing a mattress.

Joel from the Raleigh store was super helpful. He helped me figure out which mattress I wanted, schedule a delivery, and was very personable. My mattress came the next day and was set up within 10 minutes. 5 stars for sure!

My wife and I worked with Phil on Saturday 3/27/21 and he was great. Very easy to talk with and not an in-your-face salesman type. He took his time while explaining the details / pros /cons of each mattress and gave my wife and I privacy while we discussed. Our new mattress was installed at our house within 3 days. The attendant at the distribution center was even more helpful, as he made sure that because the particular mattress we thought we were supposed to get wasn’t in stock, he gave us a free upgrade and sent us on our way as soon as possible. The prices were alittle steep but the quality seems to be on par for the cost. Joel was great. Perfect mix of friendliness and professional.

Walked in at 2:45pm on Monday July 19th. Salesman was sleeping on a couch in the back of the store. I saw that the store phone was next to him so decided to call from my cell inside the store to wake him up to see if he would help us. I called, the phone rang, I hung up the phone and the salesmen proceeded to continue with the phone call as if someone else was still on the other line. Needless to say we did not get help within a few mins of waking him up from napping so we walked out.

Phil at this store was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY type of mattress and helped us choose they type of mattress (hybrid) that best suited us. We purchased two King size mattresses, 1 adjustable frame and two pillows. Phil helped us choose the mattresses that fit into our budget and use (main mattress and guest room). We never felt pressured, but felt very informed. Though its not always fun spending money on mattresses, we left feeling as though we received a great value and will be sleeping exponentially better in 5 days upon delivery! Thanks, Phil. She immediately took my request and went to her boss. She helped me get exactly what the family needed in a very short amount of time. She was bubbly, kind and treated me as if she had known me. I also spoke with Ryan when he called to let me know the items were ready for pick-up. He was also very kind. The turnaround on getting them was 10 days! Thats insane. MY NIGHTMARE! I purchased a top of the line mattress with adjustable bases that is perfect. The sales associate, Stephanie and the product is great. My nightmare is the RED CARPET DELIVERY. This service had to be schedule 3 times due to the damages to my home and the product. The Delivery company is a sub contractor or Mattress Firm and they actually sub the work out to another company. There is NO communication from all the damage and this has been going on for 5 months now with broken product and damaged hardwood floors ( in several places) damaged walls, damaged doors and broke product.I would say to a potential customer to schedule the deliver with another company that you select or handle this yourself.Sincerely.Lesson Learned ( Still learning )
