I met Sam and he took care of me and guided me through the process very professionally and with some people skills. My visit was simple, not planned then but on my do to list and I was happy to Sams customer and was able to get my daughter a referral.

Brandy was amazing. She took her time to address all our questions. She went above & beyond for us even with us not purchasing on the spot. She listened to our concerns and made sure she could get us in the best bed for us.After we have received the products I’ll update.

We worked with Sam and Beth, I even think Ben from another store was available for some questions. Any who, we have not yet received the product however Sam and Beth were an absolute delight and make a wonderful team! We have placed this order on labor day weekend, after coming back home we found coupon code worth $50 and trying to call Crabtree valley mall Sleep Number store, Raleigh, NC they gave Customer support number to apply that code again they gave another number to apply this code.After calling those 2 customer support numbers they were asking us to visit the websiteFinally we did not apply any code on our order.The bed yet to be delivered.

The manager Beth Morris greeted me and assisted me upon entering the Crabtree Valley Mall store. From the beginning I could feel her amazing energy. Her customer service was impeccable, her product knowledge was outstanding, she was just absolutely amazing. The rest of of the staff were very welcoming and helpful as well! I asked Beth how long she had been with the company, I believe she said 9 years or so. I can see why if I was her manager I would never let her go she is a real gem! I will always go to this store to shop from here forward! Beth and her staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Was very disappointed in there insurance policy. After 3 years, have a broken draw, hole in the seam of my couch. Nothing covered.

My experience was good enough that I bought a bed from them. An i10 to be exact. I have chronic back and leg issues, the girlfriend has the same but also hip added in there. We had been discussing this for over a year. We had tried many different mattresses and Sleep number ended up being the best. We will update when we have had enough nights on the bed.

My husband and I went in to try out the beds and Ben helped us. I never felt like he was a salesman. He listened to everything we said we needed and helped us find the perfect choice. I highly suggest going to this store and working with Ben.

The sales rep I believe Bell is her name, had an excellent attitude. She was very patient, not pushy, walked up and acknowledged both me and my husband as soon as we walked in the store, introduced herself and said she wasnt going to smother us, but to let her know if we needed help. She asked if we already owned a sleep number (we replied that we believe you sold us our bed) and she proceeded to show us great deals. We came back to that store that day because we were so happy with our bed and we appreciated her salesmanship from our last experience with her. She tries very hard to make sure we leave with everything we want and need without breaking our pockets.

Everyone in the store was very welcoming. My sales rep was experienced and pleasant. She explained fully the features of the mattress. The ability to adjust the mattress to a personal comfort level is wonderful.

I was planning on purchasing a sleep number bed. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by Wanda, who was great. She showed me how the beds work, explained some of the tech behind them and why they feel they are the best. The bed arrives in my home next Saturday and I am excited to feel the difference.

The Sleep Number Store in Crabtree Valley Mall was very clean and fresh...unlike some other bedding stores we visited. The sales person (aka Sleep Associate) Sheri Roberson did a excellent job answering the questions that were asked rather than dodging around to pitch a specific product. She was a seasoned professional and not one of those dingle-berries often associated with stores in malls. We look forward to receiving the sleep system and helping mom & dad (94 and 96) adjust their side of the bed to the level of comfort each desires.

My wife and I visited the Sleep Number store on Sunday to checkout the beds. We currently have a tempurpedic and my wife complains it is like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I like my current mattress, but was very impressed with the sleep number bed. The sales associate was very knowledge and very helpful. After the sleep analysis and visualizing the analysis on a screen real time helped us make a decision to purchase. I get a firm mattress and my wife gets a less firm mattress to address her comfort needs. We both win! Thank you Sleep Number. We are looking forward to receiving our new bed.

After enjoying our 1st Sleep Number bed for many years, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a new bed. Our Sleep Expert at the Crabtree Valley Mall store was Beth and she was extremely helpful and courteous during our visit. While initially I liked the pricing of Sleep Number beds compared to Tempurpedic, their phone customer service support is mediocre at best. I actually had to call the store to get in touch with someone at customer service about the status of my order.I purchased the mattress online and it took them 3 days just to process the order and send me a confirmation number. The company then proceeded to inform me that the mattresses I ordered would take 3 weeks to be delivery. A total of 4 weeks to deliver a mattress!? This is unacceptable.I have now canceled my order and am going to a local mattress store to find something I am sure will feel just as comfortable and I can get in a more timely fashion.

Customer service is beyond BAD!!! I still dont have all items ordered after 4 months. Ive made many phone calls, from which I have spent a total of more than 4 hours on hold. I love the beds (we have 2) and the other products (sheets, pillows, etc). My only complaint is customer NO service.

My wife and I went to the Crabtree location and the store manager Karen McFarland was very impolite to my wife. My wife had an issue with her pillow and the manager kept talking to me as if my wife wasnt talking to her and kept trying to sell us more things instead of addressing the issue. Also The manager kept saying the pillow we had wouldnt go flat to make us feel like we were lying. I didnt appreciate the managers demeanor nor professionalism, I was happy with the sleep number company but not anymore. I dont think Im coming back to the Crabtree store. And definitely wouldnt recommend it. (Specially if you have a problem with their products the store employees will not take care of you)

We recently visited the sleep number store at Crab tree valley mall, the store associate explained the various options and we ordered a bed with an adjustable base.On the day of delivery, the crew arrived to install the bed, they ran through the installation in about 45 min and left. Right after they left, while we were trying out the various settings on the bed, we noticed that the adjustable base was not laying flat despite setting to fully flat position and was sort of warped on one side of the bed. We called the sleep number customer service right away and were told that we need to contact the adjustable base manufacturer (which is a different company). After about half hour wait on the phone, we were transferred to the adjustable base manufacturer who told us that they will need to ship some parts out to a repair technician and this could take 24-48 hrs and it will take another 2 business days for it to get to the technician. They said once the technician actually receives it, they will call and schedule a service appointment. They did not provide a time line for this whole process which meant we could not properly use our new bed till the technician comes. We were extremely disappointed with this experience, having to deal with this rather complicated process for someone to just come and take a look at the bed for what seems to be a manufacturing defect/ installation problem. This is certainly not the type of customer service we expected after spending several thousand dollars for a sleep number bed. We wish we had known that the shiny sales pitch and the so called 25 year warranty does not translate to efficient and reliable customer service.
