Our experience with the Organic Bedroom was wonderful! The customer service was extraordinary, and the product is absolutely superior!

I bought a Berkeley ergo mattress here two years ago and I love it!!! The store is great and the saleswoman was AMAZING!!! honestly she deserves a raise. She was sooo helpful and patient. I came in twice before ordering and really felt sure of my purchase. Delivery went well and my mattress is divine. Def recommend this store and their quality products. Thank you!!

I had such a great experience with this store that I wanted to let everyone else know. I needed to buy two mattress for my children in a hurry and The Organic Bedroom came through for me. The owner Matt demonstrated extraordinary customer service. On top of this, his prices were extremely competitive. His level of commitment is a good example of why we should support local businesses, and should also serve as a model for others.

The owner is super friendly and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses he carries. We bought our expensive organic savvyrest mattress a little over 3 years ago and unfortunately it didnt last. After the first year we felt like we were sinking into it, the second year it kept getting worse, and by the third year you could see the indentations permanently from our bodies (we are not overweight people). This mattress was causing me so many issues with my back and hips that I was constantly getting adjusted by my chiropractor. I finally had enough and bought a new cheaper one that was a 1/4 of the price from an online company back in May. I am very disappointed and thought buying an expensive mattress would also mean that it would last. However that is not the case. After reading reviews from other savvyrest customers this seems to be a common problem and I would not recommend anyone buying this brand.

I’m SO glad this store exists! I went in today to test out latex mattresses and the saleswoman (who was friendly and informative, not sales-y) answered all my questions and helped educate me with kindness and humility. I think her name was Jessica? Anyway, she was great and the store was great! That’s all I have to say about that. :)

Excellent customer service. We stopped and had essentially no knowledge or idea what we wanted. There was no pressure to buy, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back and would recommend this store to anyone.

This is a really great locally owned and operated store that I recently found out about online when looking for a specific type of pillow that was recommended to me. They are tucked away in a shopping center that you would never find without knowing that they exist. But, you should know about them. They have very good quality and healthy bedding including mattresses, pillows and linens. One of the owners helped me. He was quite knowledgeable and very accommodating so that I could determine the right pillow selection for me. I was very happy with my purchase and my entire experience.

First time mattress buyer, and it was an excellent stress free experience.The owner was great to explain the various manufacturers and mattresses in the store. We covered everything from natural flame retardants to mattress types for sleeping styles. Appreciated that they work with USA companies, and of course it made a different to try out the mattresses! Cant get that from an on-line purchase!

Matt Durbin provided the best service I could have expected. His understanding of the industry and products available was unbelievable. I will continue to do business with the organic bedroom for all my sleeping needs.

I enjoyed working with the sales staff. Lots of detailed information and support making a decision. Many brands to chose from at many affordable levels-comparable to the box box brands. I went with the Hypnos brand that is hidden in the back of the showroom. It came with a 17 year warranty. Sleeps like a dream and I can not feel my spouse moving n the night. There was a delivery mix up, but the store rushed the correct order and sent a set of organic cotton sheets as a make good. Very nice indeed.

I bought my mattress from The Organic Bedroom and not only do I LOVE MY MATTRESS but I also was really happy in the fact that the store had tons of options. I wish I had room for ten beds because they were all so fabulous and healthy. I tell all my friends about how fantastic the store is and the bed itself. Joey and Vicki, the store owners are so friendly and down-to-earth. They actually make mattress purchasing FUN, something I think you would find a rare occurrence at any other mattress store. Since purchasing the mattress, Ive also bought many bedroom accessories and I find myself dreaming of (pardon the pun) going back for MORE quite often. Thank you, Organic Bedroom!
