I have had the worst experience with Hamilton, not only did he raise his voice and yell through the phone but hung the phone up on me. Here I am a customer who has been waiting for their mattress for over 4 months and can’t get any help from them (Leon is included) unless you go to their store in person. If you call them over the phone because you can’t understand why you have to keep calling them to find out when your mattress is going to be delivered instead of them letting you know there has been another delay. You both act like I am inconveniencing you when I call. I’m still waiting for the District Manager to call (asking for over a month now) to help rectify these issues. If I could give you a zero rating I would. I would like to thank the folks from the Mattress Firm off of Glenwood Avenue for all of their help.

He provide excellent service above and beyond. I called him at 6:30pm and told him what i needed he told what they had i. Stock that i could pick up. He also told me where to find the straps to hold it down. I had one happy chd because she was able to sleep in her new bed that night.

I had the most amazing experience today when purchasing my mattress (virtually). I called the Brier Creek location in Durham NC and received the best customer service from Warren the Area Manager. My wife and I arent able to go into the store due to Covid-19 but we needed a mattress badly. Warren walked us through the process as if we were physically at the store. They even give you 30 days to try out the mattress to see if you love it and we got free delivery...winning! We are super excited about our new purchase 🤩🤩

Decent selection of mattresses. The salesmans knowledge of shipment sizes saved us 50.00 and having to wait for a delivery driver. Very friendly staff and they have good suggestions to help you find the right mattress.

I went into this location just to get a feel for what kind of mattress I might like. Jared was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses and answered all my questions. He wasn’t trying to push me into buying anything, which I appreciated. While I was waiting for the sales ticket to be written up (the power was out so they had to write everything out) he was working with another customer that could be described as...difficult. He answered all of her extremely detailed, almost off the wall questions with more patience than I thought any human could possess lol. It also showed again that he knew his stuff. I did end up buying a mattress which will be delivered in a few days. I’m so glad I decided to stop by this location. If I ever need another mattress, I will definitely return to this store and would recommend it for anyone in search of a new mattress. Big purchases like this usually stress me out, but this experience was stress free!

Our mattress was delivered the very next day and the delivery guys actually came back (I missed them by a few minutes) once I got home. I am also pleased with my mattress. The store was very clean and the person helping us was very patient and informative. They even had a lego table for our 2 year old to play with which was awesome so my husband and I could look at the mattresses while she played happily! After our purchase I called back in to the store with several questions and every time I called they were very friendly and did a good job of answering my questions. We like their return policy....100 days! That made us feel better about buying a mattress because we knew that we wouldnt be stuck with it and out the money if we didnt like it. Our experience was terrific. We decided we needed a new mattress because of back pain. We picked out the mattress we wanted, and after some conversation with our salesman Arrvid, we realized that our old mattress may be covered by warranty. He talked us through this claim process which was relatively easy and indeed we were. We were compensated almost the full price of our 5 year old mattress and applied this to purchase the one we wanted. Next day delivery. Thanks Arrvid!

Great Store!I recently purchased a Serta iComfort 8 memory foam mattress. I found a great deal and the staff is super courteous. I was attended my Arrvid.
