I have been using lobo tires for about a month now for my company vehicles. They are very responsive and can find the size tires I’m looking for quickly and at a reasonable price. They have been super easy to deal with and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had a blown tire after driving from Nevada and called Lobo. He fixed my rear tire with a great quality used tire for a competitive price. He also accepts debit card which I appreciate. I would recommend him and I would return.

I arrived at the shop on a Friday evening about 30 minutes prior to the shop closing. There were three customers in front of me. My tire issue was not a clear cut one; it required several steps to identify the underlying problem. The Lobos staff were very patient. They found the problem and solved it.

Affordable prices, did not take advantage of me. Another establishment told me I needed a new tires, but all I needed was a plug. Will definitely come back again!

Mohammed and Shaun save the day! Had a nail in my tire (new 2021 vehicle) at about 615. Called and said if I’m there by 7 they can repair or put a new one on. Was there at 645. Thankfully because of the tread of my new tire it was a simple fix. By 705 I was out the door. Mohammed the owner was especially sweet! Shaun has been doing this job for YEARS (and works off commission so stop trying to talk a man out his paycheck!!!) but seriously. If I have any issues I’ll be back again in the future.

I went to Lobos Tires for the first time this past Tuesday with my son. He had a flat tire and we brought it to the place on the recommendation of a nearby tire store that either was too busy or didnt have the size we needed. That says a lot about a business that is recommended by a competitor. They put a tire on the rim that looked almost brand new and we were there less than 10 minutes. Fantastic deal and no fuss!!I went back yesterday alone with my minivan because both front tires were very worn. Again, no fuss, 2 used tires and very good price for the tires and putting them on my vehicle. My husband and l will be going here from now on for our tire needs!!One other comment, you can tell a lot about a business by their customers; not the reviews here, though that is a good place to start, but the people waiting for service, those in front of you and those after you. This feels like a community business. You can tell some people have been coming for years and know the employees and other customers. That is the kind of business l want to support.

Owner is soooooo nice! He literally helped me on Xmas eve, no one else was open after I got off work and he told me he’d stay until I got there! My blessing in disguise. Without his service I would’ve had to go the entire Christmas weekend driving on a bald tire risking a accident! Very friendly! He definitely gained a recurring customer !!!!

I called this business because I had a flat tire. The person answering the phone answered like they were some child playing a game. I first asked if they had a towing service or if I needed to have my vehicle towed there. The person said “No, we don’t provide that service.” and then hung up on me!!!! I called back and they hung up without saying anything. What sort of professional business does this??? Wow!!!! Definitely would not recommend this business if you want professional service. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have.Let me just add that my former husband of 27 years is a mechanic and owns his own shop, so I’m not new to the mechanical customer service world. He would have never treated a customer or potential customer this way. If this is the way customers are treated here, there is absolutely no way I’d let them touch my vehicle.

While traveling from Va to Ga, I had a flat tire in Va and my spare was a donut. I called around near me and all of the tire shops were closed. Raleigh was the nearest major city with tire shops opened until 8pm. I contacted Lobo and they had my tire which usually requires a special order. I wasn’t sure if I could make it before they closed but the owner agreed to stay until I arrived. Fortunately, I arrived before they closed. Thanks to Lobo, I was able to continue my trip without an overnight stay incurring additional costs other than the tire which was reasonably priced. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

I visited Lobos Tire Shop today after visiting 3 other shops looking for my cars specific tire size (which is apparently hard to find) none of the other 3 shops had it but Lobos did! I was extremely happy when the owner told me he had my size and he quoted me the best price I had heard all day! Not only did I get a great price but the service was quick and the owner is the most friendly guy who made the experience even better.. Most of the time they are great. I get them to check the air in my tires. They were super busy today only 2 guys working.

Our tire blew out 2 hours into our trip to get to my grandfathers hospital for his surgery. Everyplace in the local area was closed except for Lobo Auto Services and Tires. The service was outstanding and very quick. I was so impressed with their service that on my return trip I stopped back into Lobos to get my other 3 tires replaced instead of going back to a place in my area!

The owner was so pleasant very attentive and made sure I had the best tires for the best money 💰 it took them less then 20 minutes I believe to change out my tire. I had no appointment and it was on a Sunday.... And pretty much no one else is even open on Sundays 💁 There was only 1 downfall with my visit 😕 they have a caucasian male employee who was um in his feelings we can say he was sitting beside me outside waiting for my change and he was saying the owner was fat and lazy and if he stopped jerking off in the restroom he wouldnt be like that 😳 I know right. But I had no kids with me or anything so I was like whatever 🙅 I was happy with my tire and ready to go 🚗 I will be back because I am not going to let one offset person ruin my day lol (I was playing on snapchat so I recorded him lol but I cant load videos so blahh)

These guys are really awesome and very nice! I got a flat tire around 5:00pm, AAA replaced the tire for me at 6:30pm, and these guys were able to repair my tire and had me ready to get back on the road by 7:30 pm. I did call ahead of time to make sure they could take care of me, as I didnt want to be rude by showing up at the last minute. They not only were able to repair my tire, but also had a great deal for the option of replacing it. There was no pressure whatsoever for me to buy a replacement tire, and the owner assured me that it was fine to plug it up in order to save some money. I felt very comfortable with everyone, and can tell that the owner is a very genuine guy! He didnt try to nickel and dime me like most places would ESPECIALLY since I am a female and know ZERO about cars. Great price, super convenient, and I am so happy that I found a place I can come to in the future. Ive heard great things about Lobo, but was reluctant to check it out due to the distance from my house in Cary. Yesterday had a couple problems with the van and they fit me in on a busy Saturday. Had all four tires replaced and some other work done. These guys are impressive - clearly knowledgeable and honest, great work, and very reasonable price. Didnt try to gouge me like some other shops by suggesting a bunch of extra things which really dont need done. Ill definitely make this my go-to repair shop in the future and will recommend to friends as well.

Most helpful guys I could ask for - I went 1 place and was told Id need to go to a junkyard to find replacement rims...next door at Lobos they fixed my rims, tires, and were super friendly and very reasonable with pricing. 2 thumbs up!!! 1 of the dudes was especially awesome and banged my bent up rims back to normal. Im currently sitting on the side of 540, because all the tire tread just Cam flying off a tire I purchased literally 30 days ago. Iv never seen this happen on a normal car / jeep before. It might have something to do with the fact that you sold me a 17year old tire! Thats just bad and unsafe business. I dont normally leave reviews on places, but seeing as how I almost wrecked on 540 I felt this a good time to.

Friendly staff, excellent deal on used tires, very fast service while you wait (took about 35–40 minutes to replace my front two tires). I thought I might be able to leave my car here while they performed the work and walk next door, but for liability reasons they needed me to stay there. There isnt much of an area for waiting, but I didnt mind standing in the shade talking to the technician as he made the upgrade (and my toddler son was fascinated watching the whole process).
