Quick service, but staff was unmasked inside and out despite the current mandate. I was there with my unvaccinated toddler and was very disappointed.

This is my second year using Snappy Lube for inspections. Fast and professional both times.

Super honest and forward that he most likely couldn’t help fix the issue but still looked at it and even topped off my fluids (complimentary) before recommending another nearby store that was capable of handling the issue. Great service and awesome employees. Will definitely be going back for more services

Overpriced oil changes. It shouldnt cost almost $100 for an oil change that I couldve done for 1/2 the price. They also attempt to upsell custo ers with items they dont need.

Worst experience ever...guy basically told me to go elsewhere because I was asking questions about warranty on brakes. He was rude and tried to embarrass me in front of the other service technicians but I calmly asked him not to raise his voice at me and talk to me in that manner. I have been a customer at this location since 2016 but upon his request I left and I took my car to National Tire & Battery. It is okay. I guess I had the nerve to ask questions about the service that I was receiving and paying for as a customer. I am not going to attribute his bad behavior to any racial prejudice or masculine aggression. However, it is interesting that he asked me to leave, out of all things, when I never raised my voice or used any profanity but only asked questions about the service for which I was paying. I am very disappointed in Snappy Lubes response as they seem to be okay with dismissing a customer who chooses to engage in an informed and engaged service transaction. I guess I was supposed to shut up and accept the technicians assessment. This was after they made me wait for almost 40 minutes.

I actually always go here to get my inspections in my oil changed. The guys are really friendly the prices are some of the best youll find and the service is very professional. Perhaps the best part is that if they dont have your filter or a part needed for inspection they dont try to charge you something. They want you to come back and get service again, which has certainly worked in my case. I have four cars and I go there about every 3 months for something.

Came and got priced for an oil change and they told me 91 bucks so I told them I would pass so the guy said he would start the car and pull it out now all of a sudden it won’t start so they had toPush it out and told me I need to find someone to give me a jump or get it told I’m sure they have jumper cables but didn’t offer to help if your African-American decent do not come here I warn you

Buyers beware went in for oil change & air fliter. They up sale me on something you can get from walmart $20. Quoted one price & charged $30 more. This was to help save gas & my gas burns the same as before. Reviewing my bill do not know what 2 step fuel service. Will never patronage this place ever again. Go only if you know about cars so theyre not telling you anything.

We are aim to offer to the fact that they did the inspection to my car and the man who works Ah told me that he could not hurt it that was 3 hours to close. We are close we are worn and they are very racist

I only come here once a year for my inspection, but both of my experiences have been excellent. The waiting room could use updating, but I dont mind it when the service is fast and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they dont talk to me like Im completely ignorant to auto mechanics. I also like that they are open on Saturdays.

Ever actually read the Bible? This is an example of breaking the literal meaning of Thou shalt not use the Lords name in vain. To use the name of the Lord for self gain and gratification is vanity. While the intent may be good, this is shameful as they are using Jesus to boost profits.

I was in and out considering it was a Friday. Great customer service.. Staff was very friendly and professional. I will DEFINITELY take my car back.

I use to go up to them to get my cars inspected. Over the past few years. They find reasons that dont exist to fail your car. Tint to dark on the windows? They did not use a meter, even though I have had them metered and they are with in the limits. Fail wiper blades and they dont even look at them. Not just one car all 3. If I go to anywhere else they pass no problems. Employees are rude, manager is unreasonable. Save yourself time, just go somewhere else.

I think and hope they changed the oil ..the last 3 times I have went here I was in a rush they pulled my car around then I left ...I noticed my receipt says they topped off my windshield wiper fluid and vacuumed the floor...none of.that was done the last 3 visit but I did not have time to complain I asked the gentleman to make.sure they did items XYZ and I moved everything off the floor to vacuum. They didnt touch the inside but it was on my receipt

I went to change my oil and transmission fluid, however I apologize for the confusion of asking for a lot to be done. Everything seemed well except for the outcome of the process. After I got home I noticed a bunch of oil that has been splashed all over the front light side of my cars engine bay. Im guessing the Radiator cap was opened while the motor was still hot and the liquid boiled its way out. Re-sealing the cap tightly does not hide the mess around it...I asked if the Radiator has been flushed and I was told no, and so I asked to not continue with the process and to take it off my receipt. Gladly they did so along with the air intake filters. Too pricey for me to all at once. I only asked to keep my transmission flush, and my high mileage oil change option to be done later on. Paying the $211 was no deal. But if Im paying that much at least please clean up the mess after. I will take my car back when I can during opening hours and see if it can be done. A bunch of oil or fluid has been leaking from the Radiators side, and its obviously something to be concerned off. Very little knowledge on mechanical issues and bad recommendations. My car now jerks when accelerating, and transmission is now slipping. Last time Ill come here ever, and never taking advice from oil changers, unless theyre actual mechanics. DONT FLUSH YOUR TRANSMISSION FLUID OUT, ONLY DROP THE PAN AND PUT NEW FLUID IN! DONT LISTEN TO ANY OIL CHANGER ABOUT IT, EVEN IF ITS LOGICAL, IT WILL FUC* UP YOUR CAR!

Claimed they couldnt rotate the tires on my minivan, because they couldnt pick it up. Given how common minivans are, I find this very hard to believe and I was under the impression that they were just being lazy.

The people did not explain why my car did not pass inspection other than the bulb is out!

They where very quick to get me in and out I thought it was a little pricey to me but customer service was great
