I just trusted Mohammed as soon as I spoke with him...AND he COULD be trusted...outstanding man to do business with. I respect Mohammed for his customer service, empathy and straighr-out honesty--I dont believe anyone should at all worry about doing worry-free business with Mohammed. Don’t go here. They really don’t care about business. I was telling them how the truck and price did not match up. Note: I am an automotive technician so I know exactly what to look for and what a car needs. As I was explaining some repairs the truck needed and what I’ll pay for the vehicle the man just said get out, and have a nice day. The fact that he wasn’t even willing to work with me or offer to find another vehicle is unacceptable. Don’t waste you time here.

I decided to take a few months before making this review, I bought a 2006 F150, I informed the owner in the main beginning that I was coming a hour away to check out the truck, he stayed after hours just to show me the vehicle and let me test drive it, was extremely kind about it as well. I told him I wanted to sleep on it, he understood, however I decided to go ahead and do a down payment to secure the truck, I told him the day that I was going to take a Lyft to come pick the truck up and buy it. He worked with me even that day as well as he went and spent some time with his family after hours and came back to the shop right before I arrived. Signed the paper work left that day within about 15 minutes, title came in the mail about 3 weeks after.Now for the vehicle satisfaction:I’ve put about 4,800 miles on the truck so far and the only issue that left me stranded was the Power Steering hose was rubbing up against metal and it created a rupture in the high pressure line, (4 hours away from home) luckily I was visiting family and friends when this happened and my family’s friends got me fixed up with a new power steering hose. The truck came with really nice tires that still have the little rubbers on the sides (that’s how new the tires were), it did need new brakes and rotors extremely bad so I went ahead and put new ones on, besides that. The transmission doesn’t have a gritty feeling, the oil wasn’t milky, however the transmission dip stick had to be changed when I was at the dealership as it had a oil dip stick for some reason. I also change my own oil, I change mine out ever 3K miles and the filter looked good and the oil didn’t smell like fuel when I changed it so that’s good, Anyway, I’ve personally had a great experience with this truck, the only issues I’ve come across is the 4LO doesn’t appear to show as running however 4HI does. So I do have a working 4WD so that’s good. There’s a little surface rust underneath, nothing too bad, I do plan on buying a newer truck sometime in the future. Anyway, I just want to say I personally had a great experience at Best Auto Imports, and from what I personally experienced, I would say I’d probably go back in the future. So take that as you will, I know there’s a lot of people that go based off of reviews, so here’s my advice to you, if you see something you like, give it a try, test everything out, if everything’s working then personally I would go ahead and buy. Again, I personally had a great experience.I hope you have a great experience as well!

Sold us a Camero that is just a lemon. So many problems, we have it I. The shop now for multiple leaks, slow start, bad shocks and struts, the list goes on and on. Dont buy from them. There comment is not accurate we did take the car to them and they said we are not sure you can go get it tested yourself. Plus the speedometer does not read accurately. $2000.00 in repairs so far, including rusted break lines. Repairs being done at a dealership

I bought a BMW X1 from them March 16th. After buying, we took it to the dealership so they could look at the car inside and out.The car was in need of brake fluid, and there was an oil leak. AN OIL LEAK. A job that was quoted by the dealership to be $1500 altogether. Luckily, we found someone to repair it for $780. Outside of that, the car was in good condition, and was extremely thankful there was not any other mysterious problems.

I was sold a piece of junk Audi A4 for $7000. Come to find out the car was only worth $1900 and the bottom was completely rusted out. The mechanics at Firestone told me the car was not safe enough to drive 8 miles from Firestone to home. A junkyard would only pay $700 for it. I reported this to the BBB. For anyone looking to buy from this place, don’t trust or buy without research on them and the car you’re looking at.

Horrible, dishonest and huge waste of my time (3 weeks). Do yourself a favor and get a pre purchase inspection. That inspection could save you $1000s. While looking at their site, the website links to a YouTube account with the business name and a playlist named N-word. Not the type of person who deserves anyones business. (They removed that link since my post. Good.)Told car was 100% in and out (no issues) initially. After stating I was getting pre-purchase inspection, owner Mohammad came up with several repairs over a 3 wk period. I live 2 hours away and dealer kept rescheduling visit due to another repair coming up. I had to follow up with him since he wouldnt with me. On the third planned visit, that was inevitably canceled by Mohammad, I told him my mechanic would still come to check out the vehicle that day anyways. He agreed. My mechanic said the owner was very unhappy he was there (because of what he found). He found more issues, including issues Mohammad previously told me he repaired. Please dont shop here. He will waste your time and is dishonest. Mohammad also informed me at the last minute he didnt have the title. Wanted me to pay for vehicle without title and before repairs completed. Trust the negative reviews.

First let me say that this was the quickest, smoothest car buying experience for me to date. I purchased a 2014 Honda Civic SI in December and I love the car. Mohamed was straight forward and easy to deal with. This was a cash transaction so it took all of 30 minutes to have the paperwork completed and out the door down the road. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS AT 1501 Buck Jones Rd!! I purchased a car from them and paid cash, the next day the muffler fell off. They took it to there muffler place and I had to pay $250 and they paid the rest. The very next day while driving on interstate 40 the car shut off completely without warning. Best import changed 1 of 4 sensors and said it was fixed. Next day, the car shut off completely and would not start. Best import said oh we should have changed all 4 sensors, so they did. The car still shut off completely again while driving with my family in the car!!! We could have been killed with this lemon of a car they sold me! 4 times this car has completely shut off while I was driving it without any warning!! I dont trust this car and I dont trust Matt or anyone at Best Import Motors, Inc!!! They sold me this car that has broken down 5 times!!!! I want a refund!!!

We visited this dealer after finding an online posting for a specific car model we were looking for. This car is no longer in production and we had looked at several on various used car lots and had a good feel of the typical condition and pricing. When we found this model at Best Imports it was in immaculate condition and it was priced right. It had been detailed and presented in pristine condition. Mohammed was great to work with - probably the best Ive ever worked with. The lot is small - probably 40 cars, but they were fantastic to do business with.

Even though the facilities were not attractive, the service was excellent!!! Mohammad was so easy to work with. He allowed us to take the car to a Toyota dealership and have it fully inspected before purchasing the vehicle (which was a 2 hour inspection). He answered the phone every time I called and was very friendly. The entire time it took to actually buy the car including all paperwork was 15 minutes and it only took that long because of us! He had all the paperwork done within just a couple of minutes and made purchasing the car super fast and easy. Absolutely no pressure, stress or headache. He was kind and put the tag on the new car for us (even went and got some new bolts because the ones we had were rusty). Then he saw me trying to get the window sticker off and he voluntarily came over and helped me and took it off for me. The car was just as described on the internet. Very nice and clean and was a great value compared to other cars in the area we had looked at. The car at his lot looked better and was better priced than other used car dealerships we had visited. I would definitely buy from this dealership again and highly recommend them to anyone else! I always said I wish car buying could be easier..... and with this company it can be! If you want easy and hassle free then this is your place! Dont let the look of the facilities deter you from shopping here!

Save your self a trip. The sales guy let me, my wife and my father in law test drove a car which we liked and then said it was sold to someone else and he is waiting for them to bring the Cheque from the bank. My question is why would you let us test drive the car in the first place. When I told them they said “ Incase they don’t buy it then you were are back up option”. Never felt so insulted and humiliated by a business owner.

I have bought a few cars from Best Imports, Matt and Mohammad are honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend these guys, they also have a mechanic onsite who specialize in imports, one stop shop! Reasonable deals and nice clean cars!

Unfortunately, my experience with this place was not good. My understanding that they do no inspection of the cars they resell. Very soon after purchase, the car was making metal grinding noise when braking. The brakes were so bad that rotors had to be replaced. No dealership would sell the car like that, its just so dangerous. Also, some car parts were missing. If you have no knowledge of cars, do NOT buy here. Its better to pay a little extra and get the car from place that would check it to make sure it is safe to drive.

Mohamed was very, very nice and accommodating before Id spent any money. He was very different a few days later when the transmission went. He told me it was something Id done. 😏 It was still under warranty so he put it in the shop and I had to have the transmission replaced less than a week after purchase. And there was an electrical problem (huge) that I shouldve noticed but didnt in my excitement. Hes a predatory gentleman. He is unkind, and hes a liar. I accept that I didnt know what to look for and what to ask...I accept partial responsibility for being duped by Mohamed. I am older and wiser now. And whatever a man is sewing, this he shall also reap. So, live and learn. I just dont understand how a living is worth making, if its at the expense of fellow human beings.

Bought a Mazda 3 here ...paid a little more than it was worth the owner would not come down from normal price even though u was paying in cash... the car ended up needing new battery,tires,brakes,rotors,motor mount, and shocks and struts, there was also oil in the spark plug wells which could mean a bad head gasket...other the that it was a beautiful car. Wish I could of gotten a cheaper price and maybe checked these things before I purchased.

Bought a 2012 Odyssey from them. He came off the price a bit l. Still paid very close to retail value. I came from over 2 hours away to purchase the vehicle for my wife. As soon as I get back into town the transmission started shuttering very bad. Took it to my local dealership and they said the transmission was bad. Cost me $2,000 to fix. The owner of the dealership offered me $100 to help out. Kept saying he put the check in the mail. But it never arrived. I’m assuming they added some transmission slip lubricant so that it wouldn’t do it on the test drive. He has decent looking cars. But guessing from my experience and many others on these reviews. They are not mechanically sound. Stay away.

Interesting how so many of these reviews relate to vehicle issues shortly after purchase. I had a similar experience. A few days after purchase I had the check engine light come on. I had a mechanic inspect and he said that the check engine light had recently been manually reset (pointing towards a cover-up of the issue). Also, my mechanic pointed out the transmission was not original (which was never disclosed to me pre-sale) and is now leaking. Multiple other reviewers mention transmission problems. This is a classic case of buyer beware - I did not do my due diligence to discover what my mechanic said appeared to be a coverup. Im not going so far as to make that claim, but do find it suspicious that multiple other reviewers had a similar experience.

Looking at a 2011 ram big horn and took it for a pre purchase inspection. There was 2500 dollars worth of stuff to be repaired and the service technician informed me the body of the truck was cleaned but everything else was worn and not replaced. The kicker is the truck had no air filter. When I spoke to the salesman about the price he gave me the listing price and when I told him the 2500 dollars worth of service such as transfer case leakage, brakes and rotors needed to be replaced plus all the rust on exhaust and under body. I asked him to come down and he stood by the price of asking. I warn whoever buys to do a pre purchase inspection before purchase so you dont get a dud.

Very very unprofessional ... bought a car and told me that they will sent me the title within a week never received the title went back again told us to wait 2 more week never receive the title took the car back to them.. they were very rude... i do not recommend this dealer to anyone...

Bought a car from here recently. I drove from Burlington to buy this car. Car almost as described... tires had only 20lbs of pressure or less. Radiator and almost all fluid levels for all were very low. They dont service their cars, at all.These people told me they would mail my license plate when the DMV sent it to them. 36 days later I called and they told me they mailed it on the 30th of August. Even told me its in the computer as such. I had to report it stolen and get a new plate and registration, so they cost me another 25 bucks. Well I just received it today and the stamped date says it was mailed on September 11th. Liars!!!! Avoid!!!

Mohammed (salesman) told me that he was a long time veteran of the car sales business. After visiting Best Imports, I wouldnt doubt it for a second. This is not a good thing. I was continuously lied to and the result when I pointed these out was a simple, nonchalant shrug.First I was told that the car came from a trade-in. Then I asked if he actually got it from an auction, to which he said yes as if he already told me that. Then I showed him some serious rear subframe rusting and cracks that would clearly lead to a failure soon and he told me that anti-rust spray would easily remedy it.The general vibe I got from my experience was very negative and not worthy of trust. Please look elsewhere.

Right after I drove off the lot with my purchase, the engine light came on. After taking it to my mechanic, I was told it needed a catilitic converter. When I told Mohammad, and requested that he fix it or Id have to return the vehicle, he reset the warning light and said he would take care of it if that was in fact the problem. A few weeks later (after Christmas/New Years) I brought the car back with the warning light on and he said the van was perfect when I bought it and that there was nothing he could do! SHADY!!!Finally, if you buy from these guys, make sure you have them mail your plates to your house. I thought he would call me when they came in...it has been over a month and he said hes call me as soon as they came in, sure enough, I called AGAIN today and the plates are sitting there. My temp plates expired 10 days ago...thank goodness I havent gotten pulled over!!! So annoying and unprofessional.

I traveled about 3 hours to look at a vehicle for sale at this car lot. When I arrived the vehicle was actually in the work shop area up on a floor jack. Prior to my arrival Mohammed had found a tire he wasnt happy with and had left to purchase a replacement. While the car was up I decided to crawl under it and have a look for anything wrong. After getting under the vehicle I was asked to come out from under it. I assumed this was because they didnt want me looking too hard. No, to my surprise, they wanted to put a jack stand under it and provided my with a mechanics floor dolly to roll around with. After everything was done I bought the vehicle and drove it home that night, 3 hour drive. On the way home I noticed a shudder in the transmission I wasnt comfortable with. I contacted Mohammed and we discussed possible resolutions. He was man enough, and kind enough, even though the vehicle was purchased as is, he actually stepped up and purchased a transmission and had it shipped to my choice of shops to be installed. Cant say enough about this guy. Real stand up kind of guy. Would definitely buy from this dealer again.

I bought my Dodge challenger R/T classic only a month has gone by when the engine start tapping real loud its going to cost me 4000 thousand dollars to fix the engine the only thing they said was what do you want us to do so they really didnt care if I got taken care of or not i havent even made the fist payment yet they got there money and my problems were nothing to them so just beware of this company

At first glance, this place DOES seem to be a little on the shady side. However, I can assure you, that is far from reality. After scouring the internet for several days looking to find a Honda Odyssey mini-van, I was able to locate one on their lot. I was able to schedule an appointment to test drive the van on a Sunday afternoon (only time I was available). The owner was there when I arrived, and allowed me to take the van for a test drive. He told to drive the car as much as I needed to in order to get a good feel for it. After very seriously examining the car interior, exterior and under the hood, I decided it was time to make an offer. The mini van was in fantastic snap, very well cleaned, and detailed to absolute perfection. Very low miles for the price Best Import Auto Sales was asking. The owner was able to work with my situation (waiting for insurance check from totaled vehicle). I placed a deposit on the car, and drove off in it that day. His staff was wonderful to work with and made sure that I felt very comfortable… there was NO pressure. I can NOT stand being pressed into something. The owner and his staff were as laid back and relaxed as they come, making it clear, they truly did have an interest in connecting me with the right vehicle. Two days later, I dropped off the cashiers check for the full balance, and again the staff was insistent in hearing all about the car and how it was driving for me. They let me know that if I need any service in the future, they are there to help, even when I am traveling. You really owe it to yourself to check out this car lot. They had a wide range of vans, cars, trucks, SUVs etc and cars for sell at all different price points. My Odyssey is in GREAT condition! Heated leather seats, sunroof, rear entertainment center, low milage, etc. I am really happy with my decision to visit their location and take the van for a test drive. Go visit these guys, you will be thrilled that you did, I promise!
