Since the pandemic has caused a shortage of vehicles. I am not apposed to buying cars out of the state and the weaver brother dealership made it easy for me to get a vehicle. I was able to surprise my wife her dream car and my salesmen Dave Bivans was first class. When its time buy another member of my family a Volvo im calling them first.

My wife and I bought a new car from Weaver Brothers recently and had a fantastic experience. Everyone on the team was incredibly accommodating and kind without coming across as trying to push a sale. Peter worked with us on price and did everything he could to get us close to what we could afford. He was completely transparent in every interaction and went so far as to explain the layers of profit built into the deal and how much they were making on our transaction. We likely wouldn’t have bought the car without his transparency and honesty, but his willingness to be open about pricing made us feel comfortable about the deal. In addition, he worked with us and got our car ready two days in advance of the original timeline!The rest of the team is wonderful as well and helped us out with anything we needed. They were relaxed about letting us test drive and were creative in trying to find the car that fit our needs perfectly. We highly recommend this group for anyone looking to buy used, buy new, or lease. Weaver Brothers is quality.Also for reference, we bought an XC90 and we absolutely love it. The safety features are tremendous and it drives incredibly smooth. This is an amazing car for new families transporting little ones.

Was offered a private room if I needed quiet while working during wait, which I didnt need because lobby was nice. Everyone was friendly and inviting.

Just recently had my 10,000 mile checkup on my XC40 and it was a great experience! The check-in process was super easy, got a loaner car (XC90) which was fun to drive for the day. I asked for it so I could try out the model. They text me when I left the lot telling me who my service advisor was and his number if I needed him. The car was ready by noon. Great experience!

I recently bought a new Volvo here, and it was truly the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had. I had the pleasure of working with Bri Burke, who made every step of the process as easy, quick, low pressure, and enjoyable as possible. She was extremely knowable about the vehicles she showed me, and her responsiveness and professionalism won me over as a customer who was shopping around for the best deal and the best dealership experience. The finance manager and Mr. Weaver himself also introduced themselves and made me feel welcome and comfortable. As a whole, the team was inviting and warm, the dealership was comfortable and updated, the prices were competitive, and I am now officially a Weaver Brothers fan. This was my first time getting my 2018 XC90 serviced at Weaver. The whole experience - from making the appointment, to rescheduling, to taking my car in and getting the work done - was absolutely top notch. The team was friendly, accommodating, and professional. Also, the shop was absolutely SPOTLESS. It was like an extension of their showroom - you’d have no idea it was a garage. Will be choosing Weaver over Cary from here on out. Very impressed and highly recommend.

We must recant our recent review of Brionna Burke. Initially, we thought her handling of the purchase of our new vehicle was seamless and easy. When we first started dealing with Weaver we were speaking to another salesperson named Peter and Brionna then stepped in and took over without his knowledge. Thought that was a tad underhanded of her but we wanted the car. We now see that she is just a typical salesperson out for a buck. When we started to experience problems we contacted her since the vehicle was still under warranty. She initially told us she would call us back within 45 minutes and then we never heard from her again. After several more texts and phone calls, we still have never heard from her. She has completely ignored us. We ended have the rim replaced with another dealer and paid $1,100 for the repair on a vehicle with only 800 miles. We still must question why we were ignored. Brionna should have called us to say, sorry, we cant help you, but instead we heard absolutely nothing. For that reason, we will never deal with Weaver again. If Weaver has employees that treat their customer like this, stay away from Weaver. Nancy and Gary Sims

The parts department of this dealer is horrible. Ive had better service at my cheaper places and even McDonalds then the guys in this place. Not only did the employees have an attitude but also the manager called and said yeah I told him to not serve you so I dont know what business theyre in but if your customer is not important to you then youre not important to the customer.

Took my xc90 to get new tires by appointment at 10:30. When I got there I was told it would be at least three hours. I paid extra for a loaner because they said it would be done by 2pm. They told me the car had to be back by 5pm. After no communication from them I reached out to them at 3:18 to see how it was going and they indicated it might not get done by 5pm. The called me at 5:15 saying it was done and demanding their car back that night. The service manager was no help at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will never go back!

I love Weaver Bros. Volvo! I bought my XC 60 there almost 3 years ago and even though the car is now out of warranty, I still take it there for service. I took my car to a closer dealer once and they told me my car needed a bunch of expensive work done to it. Just to be sure, I took it to Weaver Bros. only to find out that most of the work the other dealer wanted to do was totally unnecessary! It was clearly an indication of a trustworthy dealership.

Overall had a great experience here! Staff were friendly and professional and serviced my Volvo in a timely manner. I had taken my car to 4 different mechanics before taking it to weavers and none of them were able to fix or even diagnose the problem correctly until I brought my car to weavers. While the fixes can be pricey sometimes (depending on what they are) it was worth it to me to get it done right the first time. The crew over at weavers also took the time to clean the interior and exterior of my car for free before returning it to me. I would recommend anyone to weavers and will be using them again if I should need to!

I test drove four other brands. Then with zero experience or knowledge of Volvo, I went on Volvo’s Corp site and did a test configuration for more info. Later, I received a followup text from Briana at Weaver Volvo in Raleigh inviting me to come and take a look at my convenience. There, I enjoyed a relaxed, customer-friendly (no-pressure) opportunity to experience the different Volvo models — resulting in a purchase of an XC60 the next day. When I took my Volvo to Weaver Bros. recently for what I thought was going to be putting a new switch in the driver’s door to operate the buttons for all 4 windows, was I surprised!!! That, of course, was going to be quite expensive. Instead, it turned out to be only a wire that had become dislodged from the switch and therefore cost SO MUCH less.On top of this good news, they gave me a complimentary car wash which washed away the yellow pollen and returned my car to its original red color and looked like NEW.!!! Needless to say, I was very happy.!!!!On another note, their waiting room is so beautiful you don’t mind waiting for your car to be ready. I must say, this was an extremely excellent experience!!!!

We purchased a Volvo from Weaver Brothers in November of 2015. We had a wonderful salesman and had good service experiences for many years. Luckily my car has been great and we did not have many issues that involved service. With that said, in the recent months my interactions with the service department have been disappointing to say the least. The gentleman in the service department has twice now spoken to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. After both I was left stunned by the interaction. After the most recent time, I called to speak to the service manager about my experience. She couldn’t have been less interested in what I had to say. I told her that we would be taking our business elsewhere where she simply replied, “okay, have a great day.” I find it so disappointing that the service department cares so little for their customers and their experiences. We have since taken my car to the Volvo in Cary and had the most pleasant experience. I highly recommend the Cary dealership for anyone looking for service.

The service department has poor customer service skills. Whats crazy is they hung up on me when I asked about specifics on a diagnostic that cost me upwards of $150-$160. I am sorry but for that type of money charged, I deserve a clear explanation of what my car requires in order to be repaired properly. I am shocked they practice hanging up on people when faced with a challenging question. Some advice..... if youre reading this find another Volvo dealer because these people dont care about you, they just care about your money!

I worked with Weaver Brothers recently in my car search. While I have been in a Tahoe for 13 years, I was intrigued by the Volvo. My first visit to Weaver, I was greeted by Jon Tew. He was very professional, courteous, and not a pushy sales- Good, not pushy. I visited multiple times, he ran multiple searches, and was very patient and excellent in his communication with me. We purchased a used, non-Volvo vehicle from Weaver and from the moment we drove onto the property until our last interaction with them has been amazing. We worked primarily with Brionna. She was the best to work with. She didnt sugar coat anything and was upfront about the whole process. We definitely didnt feel like she was trying to pressure us in any way and that she truly wanted to help us purchase this vehicle that fits the needs of our family right now.We did have to take the vehicle back to get looked at because of a slight jerking sensation. Brionna got us in contact with Peter. Peter accessed what we were experiencing and immediately took action. He was able to get the vehicle to the Honda dealership, the day before Thanksgiving, and provided us with a car until ours was ready (which was ready the same day).The customer service is amazing here. Its hard to trust a car dealer but these guys did a pretty good job. I was impressed that the salesman was also the one that processed the whole deal. Paperwork, title, notary, the works. I intensely dislike the assembly line process at the big dealers where you move from person to person in the dealership until they all have had a chance to squeeze money out of you. I thought the whole transaction was very refreshing as these things go.

I received extremely poor service from a mechanic that had 2 months of mechanical experience. Asked to speak to the Service Manager. That wasnt done. I ended up paying $270.73 basically for an oil change. Mechanic did not catch a hose leaking and my car overheated leaving me stranded going home after 5 so I couldnt even get help. Called the Service Manager at 8 am. She was in a meeting so message was left for her to call me back. 11:30 I called again to no avail. Finally she called me. Mechanic was at lunch and she was supposed to call me back. That was Wed. Today it is 6PM and you guessed it right, I have not heard word one back. They dont need my business.

Took my car in due to a recall. I asked for a loaner so I could drop it off and return to work for the day. They said no to the loaner because the repair would only take 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked again because I needed to get back to work, they again said no. Over an hour and half later, still here and still no offer of a loaner. I recently leased a car from Weaver Volvo of Raleigh.Bri Burke was my sales rep and told me that we would get a welcoming call from Volvo to welcome us and set up payment. I checked in twice a few weeks after we leased the car since I never received a call. I even chatted with Andy Weaver on the phone and was told hed follow up in a few hours. I never heard back.I called Volvo Financial services and turns out they send a welcome packet in the mail and do not make welcome calls. We never received the welcome packet because Bri and Andy requested we use an address we were moving from since we did not have any current bills in our name for the bank to approve us financially using the new address.I tried letting Bri and Andy Weaver know of this change and neither responded. Disappointed in the customer service that could have impacted my money with late fees and credit score with late payments if I had not followed up myself.Other issues:- we wanted a specific car so they had to order it from the Volvo warehouse. When it arrived, it didnt have all the packages we wanted to we had to pick it up 3 days late after waiting two weeks.- when picking the car up, Bri booked several other appointments at the same time so we waited more than a hour to get the keys and sign paperwork.Pros:- the car is great and we love it. Id try a different dealer that is helpful, knows how the leasing process is done, and follows up when the customer has questions.

We reside in North Myrtle Beach SC, so a visit to the dealership to look at the vehicle we found online was not convenient. I had the best car buying experience at Weaver Brothers Volvo. There was a car that I was interested in online. I tested drove the car and fell in love with it. My bank already approved my loan but some how when the info was sent over, my bank told me i was approved for another amount that was a lot lower. I was so disappointed, but Ron Brown (the sales rep) informed me that things happened and that I can try one of their banks. I wasnt trying to go home without that car! After waiting, I got approved and drove off with my new car!! No pressure or haggling, just an overall great experience! :)

I highly recommend Peter Garrett the sales manager at Weaver Brothers Volvo on Capitol Blvd. He is honest and genuine in his effort to satisfy his customers. I felt I was dealing with a man if integrity. I just love my Volvo XC60.Give this man a try. Even if you dont buy a car from him you will be blessed just to have made his acquaintance.

I have mixed emotions about Weaver Brothers. I went there today in the middle of a pandemic. They did a fine job working on my car.However, for a company that takes safety seriously, I was surprised to see no employees wear masks or practice social distancing. I did get the chance to overhear a salesperson talk to whom I assume was an angry customer on this topic, so I guess it isnt just me.While it is true that most employees are working in offices, I was certainly in hands reach with personnel from the service department. Ironically, as I was leaving there was police operating next to the dealership, so a bunch of employees just stood shoulder to shoulder watching the police.As a dealership or service facility, no issues. I just have higher expectations when it comes to safety from Volvo.

Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. The level of service, professionalism, honesty, and transparency throughout the whole process was parallel to none.This is the kind of place you can send a 16 year old alone with a checkbook and you dont have to worry about predatory sales practices. There was no pressure to buy and my husband and I noted the difference in atmosphere several times compared to the high-stress dealership we had just come from.We fell in love with a V60 and were very happy with the trade-in process. They offered us a LOT more for our vehicle than the other dealerships (which low-balled us by several thousand dollars), and everything went smoothly.I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. They made this a stress free experience for us.

The buying process was extremely long because of their Internet & fax machine not being in good working order. Purchased my vehicle on Friday, & on Saturday I was in Raleigh & got caught in a heavy down pour, just to learn that my wipers were no good( white knuckles the entire drive home) which should have been replaced during an inspection of the car. Only one of my key fobs were working ( only needed a battery) I emailed my sales rep to see if he would have this taken care of, but never got a response from him!!! I truly believe in good customer service, even after a sell. There hasnt been not 1 follow up call..

I had a great experience working with Ron. He was very honest and tried his best to get the best deal for me. The service department staff was very friendly and helpful. When Ron couldnt answer a question, the other people in the front office he brought in were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to Weaver Brothers if youre looking for a new Volvo.
