I wasn’t planning on leaving with a car that day but, she helped me find the perfect match that worked with my budget and I couldn’t pass it up. Decent selection of vehicles. Just know that the down payment youre approved for, more than likely, wont be the down payment needed for the vehicle youre looking at. Seems like they throw a low down payment approval option to get you in the door.

I have never had the experience I had at a car dealership like I had at this one. Amber was truly the BEST! She made sure that we drove out of there in something we wanted! If i could have given her 10 stars best believe I would!!!

We will never buy another car from these people. We bought a one owner 2019 with 40,000 miles on it. You would think it would be a great deal for $24,000. What a lemon We got. Already had to be worked on 3 times. No recourse what so ever. Salesman told us the extended warranty would cover certain things that it would not cover. My opinion and recommendation would be dont go anywhere near this dealership for a car. Lets see if they post this.

She explained every step in detail and was extremely professional. I was blessed with the vehicle I so desired and a very comfortable monthly payment. Also the package came with an awesome warranty. Drive time is All of that and then some. They are the Bomb.com.

The salesperson was helpful and patient with me. The car looked great, test drive was smooth. Had the car less than two months, took it in for an oil change, the battery was tested I was adviced to get a new one. The air and cabin filter was dirty. Wow, please take advantage of the 30day warranty. Have your vehicle checked out throughly. I thought it would come with new filters, battery, etc...lesson learned.

Janica was super friendly and very thorough. We went over the best options for me and i came out with a car! 10/10 I would definitely ask for her if you’re interested in getting a car!

I finally was able to come in today and worked with Janica. She was the absolute best. The hard work was done from the virtual application since I had no means to get to the dealership but I was able to test drive a few cars available, picked the car of my choice and was able to roll off the lot today. Now I can get back on the road in peace. Thank you so much!

My current situation:Purchased car on 4/9/21. 5/4/21 i had to put in shop for new TRANSMISSON. On 8/23/21 i had to put back in the shop for new ENGINE. I still do not have my car back, today is 10/14/21. Hopefully it will be done by the end of this week. Warranty covers up to $300, which is maybe 5 days with most rentals. I have been without my car since 8/23. I have had to uber everywhere and beg for rides, so humiliating. I have missed so many days from work, as my commute is about 50 mins one way, that Im uncomfortable. This jas caused alot of stress in my life. I have called a few times, have never gotten a chance to speak to a manager due to phone continuing to ring without being answered. I was so proud driving the car off the lot, as i THOUGHT it was the best car Ive ever had, turned out to be the worst!! Hoping when i finally get it back i can have it for at least the next 6 months without another major problem smh. I sincerely regret choosing drive time.

At a most stressful point in life - I did not believe I would be able to (at the least) drive off a car lot with a piece of a vehicle. Bought a car and a month after it broke down, the engine broke down and I’ve been waiting three weeks for this car to get fix. Is been a hassle not having a car to get to work every time I call they said I have to wait for the transmission to arrive. Do not bother going to this dealer, bad experience.

So I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from drive time on capital blvd in Raleigh NC. Ive had nothing but problems with the car since I bought it. 2 mos after I bought it the brakes go out and Im stuck paying 250.00 out of pocket as silver rock refused to help calling it normal wear and tear. Next the drive axle falls out of the car... now at 5 mos. Another 100.00 out of pocket. Now the transmission is going out and of course I have to take it into another shop and be without a car for another 2 weeks....and pay another deductible for repairs to transmission... and of course make my payments doesntmatter i dont have a car to drive.....LONG STORY SHORT.... DONT BUY A CAR FROM DRIVE TIME.

I was lied to by this dealership, be careful about how they run your credit their light hit are heavy and three year to clean off your credit. I have called about it and was given the run around til no resolve. I have proof to all whom want to see, protect yourself ask of them to let you know first if and when to run it, the fella never asked and although I mention the results he was more intrested in getting the sell then the client and again I have paper work and recorded line.

I got a car from there, the very next day the car broke down . Took it for an inspection and come to find out the car had a gas leak, the wires of the car were chewed and destroyed and on top of that the car had an animal in it . They lied about there inspection reports. And when I decided to return the car, the manager and all the other employees had nasty attitudes.They were rude and ignorant and disrespectful. They lied and cheated me out of my money . THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF TIME .
