Bought a car from here and have had nothing but issues. Within the first week, 2 oil leaks, heat stopped working, needs new brakes, back latch broke. Car is a lemon, and now I’m stuck with it until my loan is up. Hopefully the car lasts till then.🤷🏻‍♂️(Update) heat was not a simple fix btw. Car still leaked oil after your friend “fixed” it. Had to replace heater core. Also… engine went bad in June and I rebuilt it myself with my friend who is a mechanic and got it running good. But wait, there’s more! Sunglasses holder was cracked, several front suspension components are bent and, after further investigation, my mechanic told me that my car had been wrecked and repaired improperly which is not stars fault. But, it is there fault that when I bought the car I asked for a car fax report and instead they gave me another type of car report that reported no accidents. I am a car salesman and have access to car fax for free and I looked up my car and sure enough it has been wrecked.

Great dealership the owner Sami is a great man I bought an f150 off him and it died 5 hours after I bought it he went above and beyond to get that truck running came out to the Walmart where it died at personally twice 30 miles away and had a locksmith come out because we thought it was the key but turned out to be the wiring harness was loose connected to the interior fuss box 🤦‍♂️ check him out he’s got plenty of amazing vehicles and really amazing guy you can trust

About two weeks ago I purchased a 2010 Nissan sentra and i have to say this dealer was an amazing experience. The service was great and the process was quick and easy. I sadly cannot remember the name of the gentleman who I was dealing with but everyone working there was great, I HIGHLY recommend!

I was looking for a replacement vehicle for one that I had. I was looking for one of 2 specific vehicles (either a pickup or a small van). I looked at several places and found 1 of each vehicle that I like but they were at different dealerships. Both dealerships had friendly staff but Abraham at Stars was a step above. Very friendly and very helpful. He made the biggest impression on me. I bought a Chevy Astro from Stars and am totally happy with it. The vehicle runs well and is exactly what I was looking for. I have been to the beach in it a couple of times and havent worried at all about the reliability of the van. I would recommend Stars to anyone I know that is looking for a reliable used car!

I was looking for a used car for my college-student daughter and found a reasonably priced one at Stars Auto. The owner was cordial and willing to let us test drive and have inspected any number of cars. My overall experience here was very positive. We had the car inspected at Duty Tire and Service Center on Tryon Rd about a mile away. If you’re shopping for a car under $10K, the smaller independent dealers like this one are your best bet, but always go to a place where they’re willing to let you get a pre-purchase inspection.
