I had a great experience working with Tim! He was very personable and didn’t pressure me into doing anything. This was our third visit to Auction Direct and each time we went each salesman was kind, not pushy and did not engage in fast talking unlike many other lots we visited. I am ecstatic with my vehicle purchase and would most definitely recommend buying from here. If you get the chance to work with Tim, definitely do it! I feel like we became family.

They were very nice, but I spoke with one of the managers regarding a long deep scratch on the vehicle where some of the paint is beginning to come off. He replied back to me saying there is not much that we can do and then he turned around and said I can give you a reasonable price to bring it here. I said I just bought the vehicle so why should I have to pay for it. He immediately said since you purchase the vehicle four weeks ago. I said back to him, I just purchased that vehicle last Friday not four weeks ago!!! That told me a lot right then and there. I will not mention his name. I even took a photo of the scratch to him and he has not even bothered to call me back like he said he would. Its okay because now I know what I am dealing with a company that sells you a vehicle and then just tries to brush you off after they get a sale from you. I have more issues to write about dealing with them but I will keep it to myself. I hope that the car that was sold to me its not a lemon!!! which I bought from them on September 24, 2021. A word of advice for these people, CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK. If people take the time to purchase a vehicle from you treat them right just dont brush them off after you get a sale from them!!! God is always watching!!!

Judah was the one who helped me when I came in to look for a new car. Not only was he super nice and just the most respectful person I met, he was very helpful as well. I had a pleasant fast experience with Auction Direct, having iffy credit, I honestly didnt think I would be approved, but I received a phone call later the same day and was asked when could I come in, I made it plan and clear that I didnt want to come and sit all day to be turned down, the salesman Tim Cooper and his manager assured me, they dont operate like that, I went, they even took my vehicle as a trade ( which I didnt think they would do) I test drove a few vehicles and ended up leaving with a 2020 vehicle, I can honestly say, that this has been the best car buying experience I have had . This was our 3rd car purchases from Auction Direct. All purchases have been uneventful and painless. Our experience this last time was with Joe Peoples. Such a nice and knowledgeable young man. No pressure at all and answered every question without hesitation. He truly made our experience first class.

I purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 from them several years back, and I still recall the sale being a pleasant experience. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who was particularly helpful, but I cannot. I told them exactly what I was in the market for, what my price range was, etc. With that information they showed me a few potential options. Pretty much the second I sat inside the Mercedes my mind was made up. They did not try to gouge me on the price (or I would have gone elsewhere). In fact, the price was quite reasonable for the car. I absolutely love the car, for what it’s worth. Overall the whole process took maybe 2 and a half hours. Not too shabby. I would recommend this establishment. In addition, I recently asked them to appraise the value of my (same) Mercedes, now with many more miles on it. They were happy to oblige, even though I made it clear that I wouldn’t be able to afford to purchase a new vehicle yet. As stated, would recommend!

My situation was intimidating as I was facing negative equity. It was a huge monster in my eyes, but it was nothing for Tim. I was liking my experience with auction direct until I actually found a car I wanted to purchase. They told me they had to replace one of the doors due to scratches, but I could drive it while they waited for the door to come in, so I waited a few days for the car to be ready. Then I was told the door had come in early and they could go ahead and install it, so I waited two more weeks. Then, after several inquiries to if the car was ready, I was told it was so I went to pick it up. Then, I was told there were a few more things they had to do and that it wasn’t actually ready. At least they delivered the car later that day. However. when I had actually bought the car and was able to remove the plastic they had placed on the floor, I realized that the car had not been cleaned. Apparently two weeks time was not enough for them to remove the blankets of dog hair. They also failed to fill the tank before delivering the car and put the mats the vehicle was supposed to come with back in.

Louie and Moussa got me in the car I wanted and the experience was great. I had been to a few other dealers and was not impressed with their hospitality. At auction direct I was treated with respect and they worked with me to make it happen and I left with a car I love. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a solid used vehicle at a good price.

Paschell was very friendly. I knew what I wanted to test drive before going into the store. The only issue that I found odd was them not filling up the gas tank. This is the 3rd car I’ve gotten from Auction Direct and this is the first time this has happened. Someone was also supposed to show me the navigation feature on the vehicle but that didn’t happen either.Overall, it was a good experience though 😊

From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. The person working late the night before worked really hard to get me the best price and payment. Communication was excellent all the way through. The rep I met with on the day of my visit. Joe was his name and he communicated everything at every step and explained everything extremely well. They really went above and beyond for me and I drove away with the vehicle I was expecting.

Very positive experience. Joe, the walking encyclopedia of cars was a great resource and made the used car buying experience very pleasant. The process is clearly spelled out, negotiations are only needed for anything beyond the actual sales price such as warranty and Gap insurance. Good inventory and our salesman was up front about everything.I would prefer that a warranty and GAP are not automatically added to the price before it was agreed upon, but I understand the reason behind it.Highly recommend checking them out for anyone in the used vehicle market.

I love my 2016 Nissan Max. I did have a problem at the dealership I was already pre-approved, but I was tricked into filling out a credit application which made a hard inquiry on my credit report. The manager was pretty upset because I wanted to go with my lender that I was pre-approved for. My salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. After having my car for 1 day I noticed that there was no memory, Ive been waiting for about 3 days and still no call from the dealership.😒

Poor experience at Auction Direct in Raleigh, NC. The company advertised a vehicle on line, we test drove the car and secured a down payment on the car as it had to be touched up and state inspected. The vehicle did not pass the state inspection, so they will not sell the vehicle. While this is unfortunate, the problem is poor communication by the dealer, we had to follow up with the dealer to be informed of the situation. We were bounced around 4 - 5 times until they came up with the story about not passing the inspection. Now, we must deal with the refund of the down payment. I am expecting this not to be a pleasant experience. Very dissapointing experience, dont waste your time with this dealer.

I have a long review so get ready. Lol.First off, in my life I have purchased several new cars and 2 used cars. This experience by far was the easiest, least pressured and quickest car purchase I have ever had.From the first phone call with Chandler where I gave him the numbers to the cars I saw online, to Eric who had those cars lined up the next day for me to get in and drive. (I gave them my license and insurance info and I was driving the cars I picked out) Then on to Sierra who did all the paperwork.As I waited to finalize this deal I looked around, plenty of people to handle any business that needed done but the vibe was different it wasnt a bunch of sales people hovering and trying to hawk you. It was the most low pressure environment for car sales I have ever seen.All total including driving the cars I wanted I was out of there within 3 hours.As for the selection and price of the cars availableThat was pretty amazing too, we had been all over several nearby cities looking until we ran across Auction direct online. They had 30-50 pictures of each vehicle and even better an actual video of the cars. We found several very low mileage that we liked at prices we were shocked at. Shocked that they were well within our price range!Long story short, we got a Jeep Compass with 22,000 miles for $18,000 out the door.This thing looks practically brand new.As long as we live near this place I dont see us going anywhere else to look for a vehicle when we need one.

What a great experience from beginning to end!I found an amazing deal online for a 2018 Jeep Gran Cherokee through Auction Direct. The price didn’t even come close to other models with the same (very low) mileage. I spoke to Jamar, who was very polite and helpful in answering my questions, on Sunday telling him I’d be by to check it out and take a test drive. I unfortunately did not make it and he called me back to make sure I was still coming. I thought it was very cool that he followed up to check in and make sure everything was okay. The next day I got my insurance and loan in order, pretty much planning on buying the vehicle if all went well with the test drive. When I arrived the car was ready for me, pristine inside and out! I explained my thoughts and told him I was anxious to drive it. While I took the vehicle out, Jamar got my info and started up the paperwork and also gave me a very fair estimate on trading in my older Jeep Liberty. By the time I got back I was ready to buy but in a bit of a rush because of my shift for work approaching. Jamar then introduced me to Tony, his sales manager who congratulated me on getting a great loan with a great rate then very respectfully asked if he could try to beat it. He did! I was now getting a great car I was set on with a better loan (interest rate) than I had walked in with! After deciding on the loan I had to leave to go work my shift. When I got off and returned the car paperwork were fully ready for me and I was out the door with all of my questions answered in 30 minutes.Sorry for the long review but in short....YES I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Auction Direct and if you can make sure you talk to Jamar and Tony for one of the best customer service/car buying experiences ever!

Just bought a car here last week and this place EXCEEDED my expectations. I bought a car here a fee years back and my experience was horrible. SIERRA AND MOUSA are the most phenomenal people there and will make you feel like family. My experience, my car and the staff was absolutely amazing. If I could give Sierra 10 stars I would. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT! Bring your whole family here if you need a car, you will not be disappointed!

So this place acts like a Carmax-wanna-be. Same basic setup. The QR codes on the window stickers are helpful, the tires on cars (even the ones that have an 80k miles on three-year old vehicles) are in great shape (obviously replaced), but thats the only positive thing I can say about them. Of the two vehicles we looked at which were allegedly clean and no accidents according to both the sales rep and the Carfax, both had misaligned bumpers and front body panels, which would indicate some type of collision. We left as soon as we saw this pattern developing.

I left a comment over a month ago which was never addressed by management. However in the previous post I recall my bad experience with the 2020 Altima I purchased from there. I mentioned how I had a driver seat, some tires, and breaks replaced after they failed to have these things squared away prior to me purchasing. They replaced these things after a lot of hassle and after having these issues inspected by the local Nissan dealership (because I am having issues with the seat and brakes still) and they have showed me where the seat was not installed properly. Screws where visibly not fully tightened and the seat eventually began slack after the replacement so that makes sense now. This was my 1st time independently buying a car and it quickly went from very smooth to an acute headache. I feel like I have been riding in an unsafe situation this whole time and Auction Direct USA Raleigh has shown a lack of concern. I am disappointed and sincerely hope you serve your future customers better.

Great first time experience! Joe and Moussa were super knowledgeable and friendly and walked me through all of the steps and paperwork when it came to purchasing my very first car! They really treat you like family here and work their hardest to get what you need in terms of budget. Even helped me find and switch to a lower insurance provider!

Worked with Joe and he was great! Had the car I wanted to see already pulled up for a test drive when I arrived. It was a very busy Saturday, but he didn’t rush me or push me to make any decisions. I put the car on hold, left for lunch to think about it, then went back to give him my decision. We finalized the sale on Monday when it was less busy and the whole process took less than an hour. He knows his business and was super friendly! I’ll definitely go back in the future.

Sammy was extremely helpful. After talking to a dozen salesman at various dealerships who just wanted to sell me a car on their lot, he educated me on the vehicles and helped me to narrow my choice. I have already told my neighbor to go see him at Auction Direct.

I am satisfied with the car, but I am disappointed by the car buying experience. The salesman lacked technical knowledge of even the popular models such as Honda-CRV and Toyota Rav4. The registration process was also filled with confusion and delay. May be I just got unlucky, but I had high expectations based on the overall rating of the dealership.

Purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima from here on April 1st, 2021. The vehicle had a screw in the front passenger tire at the time of purchase, two plugs in the front driver tire, a driver seat with internal slider failure, rear brake pads needed to be replaced, and rear rotors needed to be replaced. I live several states away and thus getting back and forth to their location is challenging, but I tried to accommodate as best as possible, though I experienced a lot of excuses and lack of accountability on behalf of the service department and a lack of motivation to pressure the service department to fix the issues on behalf of the sales team. They eventually fixed the aforementioned issues, but overall very disappointed with my experience and to make matters worse the noise which originally brought my attention to the brakes and rotors has returned. To have only had this vehicle for 3 months and experience so many inconveniences I must advise you to seek out other dealerships.

Bought my car here from dealer Karriem Thompson. He was very helpful and personable throughout the process and Im happy with the car I got.
