This group excels at all efficiently. The paperwork was nice and quick so that once the financing was confirmed with the bank, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes the following day.We noticed a minor headlight issue resulting from a shoddy repair made by the previous owner and these guys replaced the entire assembly in less than an hour once the part came in. RDU Auto was under no obligation to fix it, because we bought the truck as-is, but they offered exceptional customer service. We sincerely appreciate the care the entire team invested in us.I highly recommend this place and wouldnt hesitate to come back when its time to replace the next vehicle.

I bought a car about a month ago (a Subaru WRX) from here. Despite offering a majority of cash as a down-payment, they did not play with the no-haggle policy. I am still more than satisfied with their professionalism. The car was priced at market value (despite all the parts and labor of after-market parts). Car was perfectly clean, well taken care off. Omar and his colleagues were extremely helpful walking me through every step, not feeling pressured at all. They answered in details all questions I had. Excellent no pressure sales process and even better service after the sale of a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD pick up (they have several really nice trucks and sports cars if thats what youre looking for). There were a few issues requiring resolution after the sale and they were VERY responsive with NO hassle. After speaking with Eduardo I took the truck in. Adam diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and fixed it the same day (thanks for letting set up my office while waiting). Hats off to Eduardo, Omar and Adam and the rest of the RDU Auto team.

Great experience with our purchase. It only took about 30 min to get everything signed. We bought a 2017 Honda Accord and it has been great so far. They clean and prep the vehicle for you on the date of purchase as well. They also take care of all the footwork with getting a license plate and registration.

Dishonest. Went there to checkout a celica gts. online it was stated that the vehicle was in great condition. i drove down from up north to look at the car and it was not as they advertised. 1. the radio was missing 2. whatever body kit that was installed is hanging off at some points, accident maybe? 3. there was rust on the vehicle. 4. the gts logo was falling off 5. seats torn up as well as steering wheel. 6. scratches on the side

Spotted a 2017 Porsche Cayenne Turbo on cars.com, traded a few emails with Omar and Omar, then took an 18 hour round trip the following day to pick it up. While the car wasnt 100% perfect cosmetically, it was the best price in the country (at the time) and Im very happy with the purchase overall.These guys are the real deal, very straightforward, professional gents! This is a real review from a real customer who owns his own real company here in NC. I have bought many cars over the years and played “the game” with many different dealerships. The truth is most salesman do not make very much off of selling you a vehicle. The sales managers make commission off of securing loans and as such charge you more to line their pockets. This DOES NOT exist at RDU Auto. Their prices are completely fair and their staff is incredibly professional. I’ve never had a more straight forward car buying experience before in my life and will hands down be going back to these folks in the future. THIS is how you want to shop for a vehicle. Terrible customer service and owner was very rude

$3,000 in repairs for issues that existed before I bought the car...This review isnt written out of anger, but its only fair that future potential customers know what they could be in for.Initially I had a decent buying experience here. It was probably the fastest purchase Ive ever made but now Im starting to question why that was. Shortly after buying an Audi S5 the engine light came on. I went to have the codes checked and they are pretty common on that model. The engine light was going on and off randomly for a while before I could take it to an Audi Dealer for a check up. They quoted me around $2,200 to fix the issue and after doing a full inspection on the car they also said pretty much every filter that could be changed needed to be changed which came to a sum of about $800.After hearing this I called RDU Auto back to see if theres anything they will do for these issues as this is clearly something that was an issue before I purchased the car and the response is that there is no warranty given by the dealer and was referred to a local (non-dealer) mechanic that might be a slightly cheaper option. I definitely understand the business of selling used cars has its risks and as a buyer you assume those risks as well. I cant fault the dealer for not automatically giving warranties but there is still an expectation of ethics involved in doing business and Im feeling very much like this was a misleading sale. The engine codes seem to have been zeroed out since they come on and off randomly, giving the car about a weeks time before the check engine light would come back on, at which point its out of their hands.After reading a previous employees review and his personal buying experience it is pretty much exactly like mine so I dont think Im too far off on this.Anyway, had a great buying experience at first but now after paying $3,000 out of pocket to fix a vehicle that was already sold at a premium I wouldnt recommend going here unless you fancy yourself a gambling man/woman. I will gladly provide purchase dates/mileage and dates/mileage at time of issue if anyone thinks Im just being catty.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Omar,Thanks for your response. Youre right, I purchased the car on 27JUL2019 with just over 40k miles. I was in SERE-C School from 5-23AUG2019 which I can verify. Then I already had an engine light checked at Autozone by 11SEP2019 showing codes P2006 and P2007. This means that I was only able to drive the car for a total of 28 days by the time I already knew there was an issue. I cant prove the exact mileage at the time I got it checked at Autozone, the 45k was clearly self reported and inflated but I dont think thats the point anyway.Ive been deployed for the last 10 months or so and now was forced to take it to get fixed because it cannot pass inspection with an engine light on and the you can see the charges for my second visit to the dealer specifically referencing these same engine codes P2006 and P2007. This is their discounted price because I already paid to have some valves changed which did not fix the issue.Ron

I have been truck shopping for a while now. This dealer does have a great selection of vehicles with low miles. HOWEVER, please check KBB and NADA book values before shopping. The truck I was wanting to inquire on was several thousand above book value. The high price was outside of the wiggle room for haggling. To be specific the truck was advertised at 29k and the nada value was 24k. So basically if you fronted the approximately 20% difference you could finance the truck for what it was actually worth and not have any equity in the vehicle.TL:DR - good selection but double check the prices.

Genuinely nice people working here. They were very patient with us and wanted us to be completely satisfied in our buying experience. We did buy a vehicle. We had financing lined up prior to shopping so once we decided to buy it was about a 30 minute process. Clean place too.

We test drove a truck today. Not realizing they did not offer financing, we received a bill of sale today. We said we’d be returning on Monday with our check. They sold the truck right from under us with no warning! If they had told us someone else was interested we would have made deposit. It just common curtesy to do so. They close at 5:00pm on Saturdays & we left there a little after 3:00pm. They didn’t even tell us they sold it until after 6:00pm! I feel that was EXTREMELY RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We live near Greensboro, North Carolina, but are so glad we came to Raleigh for our car purchase. After looking on Autotrader and online at the type of car that we were looking for, we found exactly what we wanted at RDU auto sales for much less than the average at the dealerships! We loved the details and price of the extended warranty that we got. Basically, we feel like we got a new car for a great deal!Omar was awesome to work with, answered my questions with so much knowledge and was so polite and helpful. What impressed me the most was the fact that the sales team at RDU auto works together, not against each other like most dealerships. They were communicative with us through our trip to Raleigh, and told me the things that I could do to expedite the process once we got there. I drove nearly 5 hours to purchase a car from these guys. When I arrived the car looked better in person then it did in the pictures. The price was unbelievably reasonable for what I purchased. I drove the car all the way back home with no problems (other then a button on the radio sticking). I was really impressed with the whole process. When I arrived they handed me the key and let me take my time inspecting the car then when I was ready they put a tag on it and off I went for a test drive. I feel in love with the car and decided 100% while on the test drive that I was buying it. Once I got back we sat down and signed the paperwork handed them the check and was gone within a half hour. My daughters car was totaled in an accident (not her fault). She wanted a blue Honda Civic. After weeks of looking on line and at local dealerships I found just what she wanted at RDU Auto. I did not have an appointment. I just walked in. The car was very clean and nicely detailed. The buying process was super easy. After test driving and looking it over the car the transaction took less than 30 minutes. Omar was super nice and there was no pressure or sitting around waiting. The dealership delivered the car to my home a few hours later at no charge with a big red bow. My daughter was so surprised she cried. The only thing I didnt like is they dont negotiate prices on cars, but otherwise this company is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and I really love that hands off approach. I went for a test drive alone and they left me to look at the car myself. Really took the pressure of things and made me more comfortable. Personally, I feel like I got a really good deal. We ran into one issue with a window that wasn’t working and they had it taken in and fixed by their mechanic in under 30 minutes before the purchase was final. Nice trucks and cars but you have to be pre-approved just to test drive a truck or car. I can go to a gmc or chevy dealer and test drive a 2021 without being pre-approved

He didn’t have the car I wanted at the time but told me what to look for in my purchase and where the best places to find them would be. Amazing expertise and understanding of all types of cars! This was the best car experience Ive ever had. I went in on Friday, June 21st and test drove the beautiful black Genesis, fell in love! I came back Monday the 27th, after sleeping on it, and got it. Big shout out to ED, he was so nice and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable, not pressured. He is very knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the best rate and payments that I was looking to pay. They accepted my trade-in (first time doing a trade-in), which was a 2012 Toyota Camry, and I was able to pay less per month for the Genesis and they switch my license plate over to my Genesis, which was awesome because I dont have to haggle with getting tags and paying extra money until they expire March of next year.... awesome!!Two draw backs, the Tire Pressure Monitor System light is on, hopefully that just need to be reset and the passenger side mirror doesnt fold in. Other than those two things the car is wonderful!! I would highly recommend RDU Auto Sales!Additional Review: After posting my review ED called me two days later and informed me that they already ordered me a replacement mirror and I can go to their mechanic to have it put on. No pressure car buying. I made an appointment to view the car I would like, was handed the keys by Omar and told if I have any questions to let him know. He let me go check out the car on my own and test drive it without pressuring me to buy. Very quick paperwork process, took me less than 20 minutes from start to finish! Its been a month and Im still the driving the SUV without any problems. RDU offers good to excellent condition vehicles at a very fair to low price. I love their no pressure sales so I took my time.
