If you purchase a car from here 1) get a warranty and 2) take it to a trusted mechanic immediately after. I was in the hurry to buy a car in January and purchased a Jetta from here with only 102k miles. Car drove good for about a month and a half and then began to show problems. Took it too a mechanic and turns out it needed about $2500 of work. 7 months later I’ve added about 8k miles and it continuously has shown problems and cost me money. Make sure you do your research before buying a car from here.
Called 3 times. Got 3 different prices. The last guy I spoke with today was probably the worst phone experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership.
We have nothing but high praise for this business! This is a wonderful small family run car lot with a great selection and prices for every budget. They even gave us a printed Carfax report on the vehicle we were interested in. The car we purchased (stock #5006800A) was everything they said it would be and had everything we were looking for; the salesman Hector was up front, honest, and very well informed on all his vehicles. He answered all our questions and if there was one he wasnt sure of, he verified it with the owner. We drove the car 150 miles home and it ran 100%. Hector advised us if we had any problems to let him know and he would help, but it is a very solid vehicle in great condition and runs perfectly. It needed a bath, which is to be expected. Just normal stuff anyone would do after purchasing a used vehicle. Nyozie and her sister Emily work in the office and they were very helpful and very polite. They completed the paperwork quickly, and helped close the deal in a very smooth, timely, and painless manner. They even gave us money for gas! That was an unexpected surprise! Not the greatest experience here to say the least. There is very little customer parking and the lot is tiny. I could barely get my car out of the exit. The vehicle I was interested in was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been washed in years. The tires were in bad condition and the tire light was on. The man at the front desk was pushy and rude. He had no prior information about the vehicle other than a Carfax report. When I asked if any recent service had been done to the vehicle I was told none had been done. I’d rather not play a gambling game with my money. I would advise to look elsewhere!
Just purchased my first car here and I am SO glad I waited and did my research and ended up here. The #1 highlight was that everyone on the lot wore masks and exercised COVID safety (a first out of the 5 dealerships I visited)! The guys were SO helpful and nice, gave me ample information, and took into consideration a busted fog light cover and discounted the price of repair from the total. They hooked me up with a GREAT deal and so far, the car is looking excellent. Will be recommending to everyone--they had a great selection of cars across many price ranges.Edit: just got back from getting the car checked out and it has an EXCELLENT bill of health! needed nothing but an oil change and they said they’ll see me in 5-10k miles for a standard tune up.

I thought I made a good choice going to Glorious Motor sports. Since purchase of my vehicle I have experienced continual issues along with receiving my tags by mail late & of all things found out that the so called perminate tags were only for 3 months. REALLY?? Never have I ever purchased a car from a dealership & got 3 month tags from DMV. Be cautious and read ALL PAPERWORK INCLUDING FINE PRINT BECAUSE I WAS LIED TO. I was told the tags would be good for a year like any other established car dealership would provide. That was a lie

The guy who answers the phone is rather rude! I called months ago on a car that I really want and he said the price isn’t negotiable. So this morning I called and spoke with the same dry unfriendly voice and the car is still available and I see they upped the price and he’s still not willing to take any less and the car has been there for some months now. Oh well! Now after reading the horrible reviews on here he’s doing me a huge favor so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Most unprofessional experience of my life. They had the specific vehicle I have been searching for, so even after the owner of the dealership hung up on me when I called to ask if the price was negotiable, I decided to go see it in person anyways.The young man selling car was all over the place during the negotiations, and he was going to give me the car with less than a quarter tank of gas(just at E) though minor, was less than desirable. I still liked the car, which checked out, not a scratch on it, however while I was finishing paperwork and they were getting my car pulled around, I hear a loud crunch coming from outside the office. When I went out to see what happened the young man selling me the car Had whipped around the corner and side swiped another car on the lot. I said that he hit something and he said “no I didn’t.” I told him to get out and look, there was a soft ball sized dent and scratch, plus one of the back up sensors fell inside the bumper. He didn’t apologize, or offer to rectify the situation other than He said that he could fix it on the lot and I said no it needs to be professionally done, obviously not trusting the in-house crew now. I was not going to buy a car with A non accurate vehicle report and now worth less money. He wrote me off and basically parked it. I then made him go back inside and shred all the documents I have signed. I got with my friend and left. I don’t recommend this business to anyone they clearly can’t drive cars.
I will say that this is a great dealership, and I would absolutely buy from them again. They have a great selection of QUALITY used cars and their prices are very reasonable. Don’t be discouraged because they’re not a huge dealership. I found their inventory excellent and their prices much better.

It’s horrible I bought a 2006 Honda Accord V6 from them. The car has started trembling, shaking, and the steering wheel pump has been replaced. I paid $252 on Friday. I bought the car Wednesday afternoon. I called and requested a full refund under the NC LEMON LAW. I was told that there is no such thing and I bought the car AS IS. So I have purchased car fax based on the serial number on the motor. Vin number on the car and the serial number do not match. Based off the information I paid $19.99 for online. The manager denied all the information regarding the car. So I have reached out to the consumer protection agency, NC ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, and I am writing an email to 5 on your side to see if I can get this resolved. I hope that if your in the market for a car you will definitely pass by this dealership. The sold me a salvaged, flood car, with a bad transmission, illegal motor.

Horrible place! Me and my wife took video and pictures. As we walked up a employee yes a employee was standing there looking at a gray vehicle with another employee with a pistol on his hip. Yes on his hip like it’s a phone clip. In this day and age that we are living in, this is not what we need in our life’s. They will get reported to the better business bureau. This is sad. Drove all they way from South Carolina with a cashiers check for our daughters car. Looks like we are going someplace else.
I want to warn anyone who is thinking of buying a car here- DON’T!!! If you’re lucky enough to get a good car here then you might be fine but if you’re not then you’re going to be out of a lot of money!! A friend bought a car here and the car facts checked out- that same day he went to get it inspected and it had Thousands of dollars worth of problems! They said he could have 10 days to come back with any problems but that was not true. Also, they quickly became unresponsive when he reached out. My best advice is to not shop here but to also get an off the lot inspection. I truly wish there was a way to give 0 stars- very unprofessional all around.

Called several times an no answer. Had I car I was interested in buying but the tag said call this number an then nobody answers an the guy that was there said he doesnt know when the owner coming back or wanted to seemingly be bothered at all.

Double check any vehicle you purchase. Particularly the batteries and tires. Purchased a vehicle was promised a battery and I ended up paying for the battery. It was discounted because they used their discount with Interstate but they should have purchased it. If he sends his worker with you be ready to pay out your pocket. Tires were not inspection passable but some how it was inspected two months prior. They must have a hook up. Lastly do a thorough check of suspension parts. Had the car only a week and ball joint breaks and snaps axle in the process. So the $1500 car turned into a $ 2500 car with the purchase of used tires and axle and ball joint repairs.The car runs like a champ is the reason I gave them three stars. Things break I understand that but tires and battery should be a standard when purchasing a vehicle at a used car lot.

Not worth the time or hassle to buy a car here. the car we went to look at was not in as nearly good of shape as advertised (bald tires,codes that were attempted to be cleared, and patches/scratches around the car). The base price of the car was over $200 more than advertised, along with extra fees bringing the car almost a thousand dollars more. after talking on the phone and the dealership giving an out the door price that was reasonable, we go back to the dealership and the salesman wouldnt even do the price they gave us. A total waste of time to shop at this dealership. (An add on to this, we did use a Bluetooth Obd2 scanner on the first visit, pending P0410 EGR system malfunction code and brought a handheld obd2 scanner the second time, same result.)

My experience has been horrible. May 6, 2020 I went online looking for a Honda Accord V6 for my son. I was charged $3410.00 and I only agreed to $3,000. When, I first sat in the car it sounded okay. I drove it to the Atm in the rain and it ran good. I thought I had gotten a deal with a vehicle with only 134+ miles. On May 8, 2002 I demanded my money back. The people in the store basically, yelled and cursed me out telling me I bought the car as is. I knew under the LEMON LAW. By law I had 30 days to take the vehicle back. They never offered to repair anything or make it right. They have refused to give me the title. Javier Palma took $410 additional from my Cash App Account and another $200. I closed My Suntrust bank account in fear that Glorious Motor Sports would attempt to swindle me out of more money. Today is May 26, 2020. I still do not have a title or registration to the 2006 Honda Accord V6. I had to go to Raleigh to New Bern Ave, to the DMV Headquaters to find out what was going on.Glorious Motor Sports refused to meet me at the DMV headquaters. Basically, the dealership was holding the title and registration for the purposes of not having to comply with the Lemon Law. This car actually has 287+ miles on it. The dealership did a through inspection that I paid $186 for and did extensive CarFax search records. Basically, I was sold a car that had been involved in a few collisions, transmission issues, flood damage there is mold all in the car and they sold me a car with a faulty check engine light. I am still requesting and demanding my hard earned money back ASAP. I wouldnt have purchased this car if the salesman wasnt so high pressure either. I felt overwhelmed that day.My Advice is not to ever purchase a vehicle from Glorious Motor Sports, never deal with Javier Palma, Ysuif or anyone that is affiliated with these people. My prayers are that I get my money back and the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles Inspector will go to that car lot fine them for every junk, flood, and car they have turned the check engine light off on.I have an attorney and going all the way

I called to ask about a vehicle and asked if they would negotiate a final price to then only be spoken to in a very rude manner and then hung up on me. I called back and the owner stated I had offended him with my ridiculous offer and went on to say “How am I supposed to make money off of this s**t with your ridiculous offer. Your offending me.” My advice to everyone is to stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional and impolite.

I brought my car in March and in April, I started having issues with it. Car doesnt want to start because theres a problem in the dash that activates the anti theft system and it overheats. I knew the brakes were bad when I brought it so asked him to lower the cost bc of it and his attitude was so bad, I almost walked away. I wish I wouldve . Come to find out they rigged a bolt where the lug shouldve gone and now Im having a hard time finding someone that can get the tire off. Im a mom of 4 and a teacher and when I tell you this was the worse purchase of my life, Im not kidding. These ppl are money hungry and will do anything for a sale

Avoid like the plague!!!! Car I bought had serious mechanical issues. Bought my PT Cruiser on June 11th and by July 29th I had replaced the radiator and horn, the timing belt broke, and the spark plug wires were saturated with oil indicating other issues. Spend nearly $1000 on repairs and it would have cost me an additional $2100 with no promise the car would start, all for a car I paid $2600 for. The dealers response, things happen to older cars.
