I will never have my vehicle serviced at this dealership again . Let’s start at the beginning booking service great very clear on what I want . Getting there I’m sitting in my car pull in no one greets me just staring ! I have to exit my vehicle with my toddler in tow and say hey I’m here for my 10 am apt them take 30-40 mins to get my car to the service I asked prior for luxury lift service since I couldn’t be provided with a loaner prior to my show up time . They then ask are you going to wait in lounge, no o was told it wasn’t an option when I scheduled to plead order car and make it comparable . I get the nastiest lift ever dusty and old like come on is this not a luxury brand . Same to get my car back . Then my car is not clean for the complimentary wash they literally told me just the front would be vacuumed ummm what no back as well left a whole pile of trash I’m the back in site oh I got my car back at 330 for a 10 am drop offHere for my 1p

It being a Holiday weekend Linda in service did all she could to get us an appointment on Friday before Labor Day. Upon arrival Marc Nicholas was waiting for me and and efficiently got me in for my service which was done within the hour. While waiting, I did shopping in the company store and they had Pebble Beach golf shirts on sale and I purchased several for my wife at a tremendous discount. Your hourly service rates are high but your service has been exceptional.
Communication, level of service, knowledgeable staff, cleanliness, and ease of making appointments, drop off and pick up from start to finish is customer focused. Kassandra kept me updated with videos, texts, and calls with everything going on with my car. The personalized videos with walk through of my car of what’s good and what needed to be fixed with the tech is next level. Highly recommend.
The pre-owned GLC 350 I purchased exceeded my expectations. Although a defect was discovered during test drive which was the result of normal wear the dealership never hesitated and promptly scheduled a replacement. Kathie Loyd and his manager Steven demonstrated their excellent customer service skills which is probably why this Leith dealership maintains its 5-star reputation for so many years now. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended !!!
I just moved to the area from New Mexico and needed work done on my 2014 C250. Brian Battle provided exemplary customer service every time I brought my car in. One day I was waiting for the shuttle to transport me to Enterprise for a rental car. Brian had a few minutes and drove me there himself! He also called me every step of the process before proceeding with any additional work. When I told him my budget, he suggested the most important work first and helped me stay within my price range. In the past it has been difficult to trust dealerships, but Brian has restored my faith by continuously keeping my best interest at hand. I hope the other employees are as notable as him. If you need quality work done on your Mercedes-Benz this is the place to go. Now my car is running better than it has in the last 3 years! I was in town from Washington DC for a few days when my check engine light came on in my E63, and I had to bring her in for unplanned service. Kyle was quite knowledgeable of my vehicle and very exceptional in his service. Since I wasnt able to obtain a loaner (?) he seamlessly arranged for a rental while they worked on my vehicle. Kyle thoroughly explained the issue with me and the resolution required. He helped get me and my vehicle back on the road with the issue resolved, and the peace of mind of warrantied service.

We visited several dealerships in the area and decided on the way home to stop at the Mercedes dealership in Raleigh. Ray came out immediately to greet us. My husband was having a great time speaking with him. After asking him some questions, I decided to leave. He was so nice and friendly and the most important thing he did not hassle or tried to get us to change our mind. I sat in the car and thought about what he said about the car and the dealership, that I changed my mind. Immediately Ray was there to open the door. The best MB dealership in the triangle area!My specialist, Jenine Parham was the politest and kindest person I’ve talked to among all the car dealerships I visited. She never put any pressure on me and never made me feel like she was gonna decided what get. Instead, she was patient and always listening. She was also very knowledgeable and provided all the assistance I needed.The general sale manager, Ed Sigmon was a really kind and knowledgeable gentleman. He made all the sales information transparent and clear and answered all of my questions regarding the pricing. He was extremely easy going and I felt very comfortable talking to him.These two people made my overall experience excellent and helped me to find my favorite car in great price.Since I went to the Durham dealership prior, I have to mention that the people in Raleigh put the folks over Durham to shame. It was very hard to talk to the people from Hendrick, and they made me feel like they didn’t want to sell car to me.
Jenine is the best auto sales person we have ever had and we have owned over 25 new cars. From start to finish she was extremely knowledgeable about the product and not pushy on any certain model. Chris even attach a cable to my batter so I can safely and easily attach a trickle charger while the car is in storage. I’m from Connecticut and the Hartford dealership gives an opposite experience. They could learn a lot from the Raleigh team.

We are very pleased with our service at Raleigh Mercedes Benz and Kassandra’s help throughout. Our family was on a road trip back to South Jersey from South Carolina and suddenly had emergency displays show on the dashboard when going through Kenly, NC. Thankfully we had roadside assistance and were advised to not drive. Mercedes sent a tow truck to take our vehicle to Raleigh, over forty miles away. They unfortunately could not get us a ride to Raleigh that night but we got a ride to a nearby hotel. Mercedes then arranged an Uber ride to Raleigh the next day and we waited for our car. Kassandra was in charge of our claim and said that she often deals with those who are stranded out of town and wanted to expedite the service as best as she could. We could tell. She helped us look at options in case we needed to rent a car as well, depending how serious the situation was. Later we heard that our car had a tire sensor that went out and it would be ready by the end of the day. We all were very pleased to get back on the road and appreciate Kassandra’s counsel and thorough communication despite such a stressful situation.
Jenine Parham and the staff were very professional and responsive. All communications were responded to immediately. We knew exactly what we wanted, and she executed the fastest sell in the history of my car buying. When we arrived, she had everything ready and we were in and out in an hour.
I took my car to the Mercedes-Benz dealership on capital blvd and had new pulleys and belts out on my car.They told me my battery was dead and need replacing so I ask them can it be charged and they told me no it was dead.They said if I wanted it charged they could for $250 but it will not hold a charge.So I thought it was weird since it was working find before I took it in.So I pick my car up and took it elsewhere and they checked it and said that my battery was ok. I m driving it now to this day and have no problem with my battery.So be careful with them and question what they tell you and use your common sense!

If youre in the market for a new Benz, dont look any further!Edit 2: Reaffirming my 5-star review, story below.After buying my brand new 2020 GLC, a factory defect while on a roadtrip DESTROYED my engine at 502.5 miles on the odometer. A Mercedes-Benz mechanic when describing the damage told me Ive been working as a mechanic at MB for 20 years, and I have never seen this happen to any our engines. What happened to my car was a statistical anomaly, but it didnt change the fact that I wasnt happy. I wasnt happy that my car was stuck on the side of the road until help arrived, and I wasnt happy that my brand new car had a major engine malfunction before I even owned it for 2 weeks.The reason why Im sharing this story with you all isnt to elicit sympathy, but to encourage anyone considering a purchase through MB of Raleigh that theyre making the right choice. There are a number of dealers out there that only care about customers so much as theyre able to make a sale. If anything happens to you afterwards, theyll be the first to tell you that your issue is with the manufacturer and not the dealership. MB of Raleigh is one of the rare breeds who finds this way of approaching business as wholly unacceptable. Once they found out what had happened, they arranged transportation for me back to Raleigh, told me I wouldnt have to drive that car again if I didnt feel safe, AND PUT ME IN A BRAND NEW 2021 GLC!When I bought my 2020 GLC, George told me that hell be around to sell me at least 4 more cars; and at the time, I couldnt have been more skeptical. But after seeing the extent to which MB of Raleigh fought for me to maintain my confidence in the brand and make things right, I know that Ill return to buy 4 more and then some! The 3rd picture attached to this review shows George and I in front of the 2nd Benz Ive taken home, but this is just the 2nd of many more to come.Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh for all your help! You all embody the brand and everything someone should expect behind the Mercedes-Benz star.

They do not even deserve this one star, The worst place to service your car, Service website doesnt work, cannot schedule the service online, called 2 times no body called me back, After several trial, finally scheduled it, the service technician was careless, very bad in communication and never returned my text or calls asking for an update, Took 7 hours to diagnose and after all this time they called saying we do not have a quote yet. Very disappointed, I am selling my Benz because of the bad service.

The Sprinter repair shop was exceptional, best shop on the east coast! Mercedes was very accommodating considering my RV was on the Sprinter. Mark (Service department) was transparent about the status of my vehicle and Shaun (Sprinter mechanic) was able to complete the job ahead of any reasonable timeline because he knew how important it was to me, the costumer, to get back on the road. My dog got more dog treats than he could eat, and if he could buy a car, it would be a Mercedes. The dealership felt like a family atmosphere, and I have nothing but praise for them.

The Leith team arranged for me to get next day service on my Mercedes Sprinter van (RV) that had a faulty wheel sensor and causing warning messages on the stability control system, the antiskid braking system, and the cruise control. The had someone take me home after dropping it off. The service happened to be covered by warranty so it spat me nothing. Great people.

Service was excellent. I had a component failure on Saturday on the highway and called up and was immediately worked in to have the problem fixed in 2 hours. The Service Rep, Linda Grande was right on top of everything and provided excellent support and checked to ensure all repairs and parts were covered by warranty. From the person who took my initial phone call to the person who cleaned my car up after repairs I could not have been more satisfied. I will be back.
