Word to the wise: They lied to me about my vehicle passing inspection before they sold it to me. (Which is illegal in the state of North Carolina) The horn, lights, and brakes were NOT checked by the dealership before purchase. Had to shell out hundreds of my own money instead, on a car they told me was in “great condition.”

He made sure I left a 5 start review and good comment after leaving with my “ new “ car. 1 week after buying the check engine light comes on. I was told i could bring it back Up to the dealership so “ his guy “ could come take a look. When i called to let him know I’m coming They all off a sudden could do nothing for me or the car. Just 2 days ago the car broke down while i was on the freeway. When i pulled over on the side of the road the whole entire belt line of the car was touching the the floor. SMH. This place is a scam, I DO NOT recommend it to anyone looking for a used car. Go some where else !

They Supreme Raleigh are more like a lemon lot than a car lot. They sold me a vehicle that I didnt drive any longer than a month and A 1/2 before it completely shut down on me. They Supreme Raleigh took no responsibility for their role in selling me the Lemon. Just know that its so bad that nobody will even attempt to repair the Lemon. To be continued...

Awesome experience. I bought a Honda Pilot for a reasonable price. No hassle necessary. My paperwork was already done when I walked in. All I had to do was sign. This place I seen nothing but good things from.

Al sold us a POS car. A red mustang and I know he remembers me because he asked me tocome on and give him a 5 star rating!!!! SMH. Wires connected to the battery where an amp/subs was in the car- wires were melting and caught on fire. we knew NOTHING ABOUT IT! We took it somewhere to be fixed and they told us the car was in horrible condition, the brake calliber was completely gone- had to be replaced. The car was RUSTY underneath, nothing but rust from salt on roads from up north. the AC doesn’t work. We were lied to about this car and spent our hard earned money on a POS. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Called them about looking at a specific car and was told it was there and to come on out. I drove 30 minutes to get there only to find out the car was not there, but it was at the repair shop down the road. Friendly folks, but the experience was very frustrating.

INCREDIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! Not only did they respond right away to our inquiry, they assigned me Sean who was beyond fun and helpful! He took the time to answer all our texts right away with personality and took extra pics for us. We were traveling from out of state and got in very bad traffic so he started the process remotely and kept sending dont worry messages as we were super stressed on them closing. AMAZING! Then... the whole office worked together to get us a great deal and get it done so fast with literally 1 minute left before closing for the weekend! Bad Customer service its hard to get someone on the phone when you are calling They open at 9 but no one is there till 9.15 r later I took my car there for body and repair work got it back with my check engine light on and air bag light on and they not trying to fix it I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I just bought my sons dream car-a 1990 Mazda Miata, Sean helped us with the transaction, he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Im glad we found an NA model in such good condition at Imports City!

I called and set up a test drive for a 2010 white Mazda3 that appeared to be very clean on Autotrader. Once Im at the dealership they show me the car and the pictures neglected to show the peeling clear coat on the trunk. There was also standing water in the spare tire wheel well that they never took care of. Decided to drive it anyway since I was already there and immediately the check engine light was on after being assured that this car was super clean at least 10 times by the sales guy. I told the guy about these problems and he just said that they only had the car for a week as if thats a valid excuse to intentionally rip people off. Whatever you do dont trust these guys.

I went and sat with Al who helped me get into a 2005 Rav4 Toyota. It rides smooth and with his hard work I picked it up today. It only took him 3 days cause of holiday but Al called and I got it. If you are looking for a vehicle go to Import City in Raleigh and ask for Al. He will hook you up.

I was so close to going to purchase a vehicle from this place but Im so glad that I read the reviews first. The review that stuck out to me was the one where the car broke down less than a month after purchase and the dealership didnt help with repairs at all. Most dealerships would help but the fact they are making it there duty to basically reply and say AS IS is disgusting. This is very bad for business! Silence is golden. Sometimes not responding is the best route to take! I cant believe this place responds to its customers in this fashion. I cant go spend my money with these type of people! Im so glad the internet exposes fraud companies like this. If I was the owner, I would stop replying to reviews and better my relationship with my customers by making the problem RIGHT and keeping them happy!

Ask for Sean! He is amazing! He was very patient in answering all of my questions and wasnt pushy like the usual car salesman. Also, the front office has two super cute dogs that greet you. I dont think a car dealership gets any better than that.

Van we purchased had no check engine light on until it was driven 15-20miles. i came back to get it fixed, stated they put new CO2 sensor in (false they only cleaned it and reset codes for temporary fix). i drove the van home and check engine light appeared again. told them i wanted my money back, it was untill then they really changes the CO2 sensor and works fine. had to apply pressure to get car i just bought right. make sure you are cautious when purchasing from here they tend to not tell the truth and blame issues to previous owners, like if they dont check the cars they sell.Its the law, you can return a vehicle within 15 days of purchase if faulty or cannot pass inspection.

THIS IS A TRAP. Spoke to someone for weeks regarding me traveling down for a car and when I finally got there no one knew who I was or that I was coming. And THE CAR WAS NOT THERE. Turns out they were RENTING THE CAR TO A BODY SHOP. The person who who i was talking to for weeks doesnt even work in the office! These people have no idea what they are doing, avoid at all costs!

I bought a car from them May 4, 2020. They posted the car was a 1 owner vehicle. It turned out it was a 3 owner vehicle. The owner and Ray told me they would fix a couple issues I had with the car to include ordering a part for me to fix a broken arm rest. After almost two weeks, I called to find out where the part is. Ray told me it was on order, that it would be in the next day, he doesnt know what happened, he will check on it and they will call me. I was told those things many times. Nobody ever called. Ray ended up giving me the owners phone number and Ive left two voicemails with the man. He has ever called me. The car is in decent shape but they were deceptive with the listing and they have lied multiple times in regards to the part. I do NOT recommend this car lot at all.**UPDATE**The part has been fixed. Jen was very pleasant and helpful. In the end, she made it right. Everything I said above happened the way I wrote it. I back off of completely saying I do NOT recommend this car lot, but as for me and my family, we will NOT return.

Looks like Their “mechanic” stripped wires trying to fix issues and only created more. They probably just don’t know any better. I would advise staying away from this used car lot.You’ll pay more than 1k in hidden fees.

UPDATE!!!Rating it on 3 things customers service, price, and the vehicle it self.Customer service was very good, very helpful, answered any questions i needed to know about the vehicle, 5/5The price was listed at 5,995 on car guru, but when i got there, they said it was listed for 6,999. They told me they will sell for price listed on car guru, so in total They wanted 6,595,Their was couple issues that were not listed on the site, issue with the seat, where there adjustments are for the seat, plastic was almost off, the leather on the seat was also very worn, on the car fax showed no accident, but when check the front of the car you can clearly see where it something and the plastic bumper is loose, when we finished the test drive, i told him about the issues and some with the breaks, but he insisted he was already giving me a deal, because of what it originally listed for. 3/5Vehicle. Overall the vehicle was in decent shape,We drove from South Carolina to look at the vehicle, on the test drive every seemed pretty good but on the way back the driver heated seat didnt work and 30 minutes before we could reach home the back taillight went out! Dealership sells vehicle as is, so once u leave is not there problem. Overall 3.5Update less than 24 hours brake light warning came on!!UPDATE!! We have had so many problems that are old car that had problems working better than the new!!! The car wont even turn on, now we have to buy a new starter!!! So many problems within the first month, changing the overall to 1, plus they didnt even register the title. So when we went to the DMV and they told us thats not a title! Never was registered. So we had to wait for that too.

A dealer that I dont recommend buying. in car there they sold it to me with the sterium and bad navigation so that they bought it they offered me to fix it later and until today I called him and they made me go there. because I live three. hours out there for nothing. because they did not want to fix me nor did they want to fix the other details that the car has if someone plans to buy a car there, check it well and if they have something, do not buy it because they do not fix it for me, the case that happened to me I paid the price of the car because according to it was in good condition and today they did not want to respond. for how damaged it was in that one. At the moment I do not recommend it very bad dealer

I arrived on 08/08/2018 to test drive a 2012 Honda Odyssey based on the pictures and description on the website looked like it was in great shape. The salesman was extremely thoughtful and we ended up spending around 3 hours together. He assured me that the car had been inspected and was ready to be sold. I took the vehicle to a mechanic down the road with the salesmen and here is the list of issues with the car:Front right tire needs replacingNew spark plugsNew batteryOil changeAir filterTire rotationPower steering flushBreak fluid flushValve cover gasketReplace brakesReplace rotorsReplace alternatorProvide a factory Honda Odyssey key set (only a valet key was included)The owner of the dealership I did not speak with but I told the salesman I was willing to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price if they would agree to take care of these issues. The car was shaking during my test drive due to the fact oil was leaking and the spark plugs needed to be replaced as well as valve covers. The car barely started due to an alternator that needed to be replaced which had killed the battery. The salesman followed up the next day and told me that they would offer a $200 discount and provide the keys but everything else I would have to take care of as they are regular maintenance items.I was willing to purchase the vehicle if these items were taken care of but they were not willing to make the necessary repairs. The car is not in a drivable condition. I would suggest staying away from this dealership if you are serious about purchasing a car knowing that if you take it to a mechanic you will be faced with $1000-$1500 of up front repairs. If you are willing to spend that additional money on top of the car purchase than I highly recommend buying from Magdy as he is one of the nicest salesmen I have come across. Sadly this did not work out. Buyers beware!

Walked around this lot, the cars are priced reasonably but they are not clean and left me worried what I was getting into 🤔 so I left pretty quick. One car online looked good but had a big whammy on the door at the lot, not good. Beware!!

P.S ( not just a couple of hundred) but anyway my car did have a couple of factory recalls which was no problem to get fixed, and every since it has been great !!!!

Absolutely terrible. The cars they have here are basically accident cases that havent been reported (so clean carfax!). This place just cleans them up so they look good and can at least drive out of the lot.You can tell by the common theme in all their low reviews - sold lemons. After you take the car theyll just say they sold it AS-IS and wont accept any responsibility. I guess if you want to spend over $10k and are okay with having a car that may or may not work in a month, this is your place.

Unprofessional ran place. The owner, Ray, was very rude. Almost talking to me like I was a stranger on the street that did him wrong. The cars are priced cheap because they are exactly that. On one of the is350 by Lexus it showed the tires very bald.On top of that, they took forever to get me pictures. It took much communication to get what I need. I would steer clear of this place. Especially with the trend of selling lemon cars from other reviewers.

There were three things that stood out from the dealer that are worth highlighting to future customers: high service quality, honesty, and reliability.First, Ray, one of the sales guys, is a no pressure customer oriented salesman. During my visit, Ray had the car ready for my test drive and provided me with all of the vehicle documentation; since I wanted the car but did not have the cash ready at that moment, he held the car for me for 72 hours and kept his word. They were even willing to send my new tags and registration through overnight mail when a last minute, out of state trip, came along. Its good when you can go into a car dealership and not feel like youve been fleeced, and thats how Imports City made me feel. I went in, found the car I was interested in, took it for a drive, felt no pressure whatsoever, and made a decision. It took a few days to get payment for them, and they were very easy to work with in terms of working with me, and my schedule. Very pleased with my experience with them.

If I could give this place a 0 I would I did an app online got a phone call Megan pulled my report said o yea I can get it done said my payments would be about a certain amount! I called first thing that morning to confirm the details and the guy that answered the phone informed me megan was not a morning person she does not get there before mid day even though she had said to be there at 10 am I did not want to drive 2 hours if this was not a done deal but I went against my gut and drove it got there the vehicle smelled like cigarettes but over all was pretty accurate description. Get back Im ready to sign papers I have to sit down and talk with the bank to not be approved AFTER SHE SAID THEY COULD! Spent over 2 hours there so total of 6 hrs wasted on a salesperson lying to me!! I have the recorded phone call of her saying I was approved ready to go.

I bought a 2006 Honda Accord sedan V6 manual from Imports City. Service was great, the car had a broken part on the overhead console and tint that was a bit too dark. They fixed both after the sale. I would definitely buy another car from them.

The sales people at the location were very attentive and not pushy like at most dealerships. The owner also attended me personally and gave me a great deal on a 2012 GMC SUV. The owner and all of his sales personnel were really nice people and were all courteous and very respectful. If you are looking for a new vehicle this is where you need to go they will take care of you and help you find a affordable vehicle that will also let you ride in style. I will shop here again for another vehicle.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this car lot to anyone. I bought a Chevy Camaro like a month or less ago and the transmission blowed. I called and called and told them what happened & they keep making excuses and not wanting to pay for a new transmission or not even trying to help out with it.

This is the second time we have used this car company and it has been a repeat of the perfect purchase. They take care if everything on site, no DMV lines. Yippy...

I was looking for a BMW 335i. but one of the sales man Ray recommended me one if the new arrivals. At imports city And I checked it out, took it to my mechanic. Mechanic gave me the green light. Then went back next day to the dealer ship and left with a BMW 328i 09 1 owner car, very clean. Had it now for 7 months and its going great so far only changed the oil. Event the tires still good on em. 👍 Highly recommendable place to buy a car. Nice place super friendly ppl. And they work witchu✌️
