Great experience. Im an enthusiast / collector. Worked with RDU on a deal for a high-end car. I had very specific asks - needed to start the car cold - and they were happy to accommodate. The sales team was willing to own all of the issues that were in the car. Offered a fair price for a generally solid car with a few things that needed sorting out. Worked with me throughout the deal to make sure things were squared away before and after the deal. Id also note, communication is top-notch. Email responses are quick and articulate, and they answered all of my specific questions, which is NOT the typical experience. Personally, these guys were excellent to work with and I came away with a fundamentally solid, very nice example of the car I bought. Highly recommended from someone who has bought nearly 30 cars over the last 20 years.

Wow. Buying a truck here was easily one of the most relaxing experiences with any car dealer. They werent pushy, answered all my questions, and were very professional. I bought my Mercedes here almost a year ago and every time I need my car serviced, Phil and his team have been extraordinary! Offered me below the lowest tier/worst condition KBB value for my vehicle. The car runs great, has low mileage for its model year and no mechanical issues or major body damage. Had I been offered even fair value I probably would have driven out of there with a new vehicle but I just found that entire thing sketchy. This place seems like a smaller mom and pop type dealership so I definitely get that they probably need more discretion when accepting trades but yeah.. Also they have like $700-800 worth of undisclosed (On their web adverts) dealership fees so just be aware of that as well when youre looking at prices online.

We found exactly what we were looking for and had no issues with being able to take it into our mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. What a bag of retards. Just pulled into this used car/truck junk lot, because it had a well past new Bentley on display at the front of the lot. Attempted to enter the office to show interest in what it seamed they were selling and was informed that because this item was of such great value I would have to had gotten bank pre approval to be shown the car. This retard did not see the Porsche I drove up in that has a higher resale than the car I had interest in.All this guy looked at was my skin color. What a bag of losers.

Drove up and knew I was going to have a good experience. Never had someone standing over my shoulder trying to pressure me into anything as I walked the lot for 10 minutes. Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and handshake. And asked if I could test drive a car they had on the lot. Got me a key, registration, plate and was told to take my time (no ride alongs or anything). Car felt amazing and knew as soon as I pulled of I wanted the vehicle. When I return they asked if I had any concerns with the vehicle. I told them no, but was curious to if any repairs had been made. They were very transparent in the repairs that were made and stated that they like to be upfront on everything and price the vehicle at the lowest they will take so there is not pressure or haggling (like CARMAX). Asked if we could get started and was done in under 10 minutes will all the paperwork. Was by far the best experience I have ever had and will be spreading the word. Omar and Eduardo and the ISH! Thank you RDU for making me feel like family.

The salesman did not seem interested in helping me make the sale. I was turned off by his attitude and decided not to give this dealership my business. Where to begin on an ordinary Friday...? The very first thing that I noticed roaming the lot at first visit is that they let you be the customer. I didnt have anyone hounding me or standing over my shoulder as I got a feel for what cars I caught a vibe from. It really allowed me to take my time without the salesman noise. I was able to shop! When I was ready, they sensed it and met me at the door. At first notice, Flavios smile is very inviting and he is very friendly. Although everyone there is eager to speak and assist, Omar is the the one I had the pleasure of consulting with. Mind you, I was less than 10% sure about buying a car yet at that point. I checked out the car that gave me the most interest on their lot. Beforehand, if I were to buy anything, I thought it would be a BMW from somewhere. However, I got a good vibe from the Mercedes C250 that I found on their lot. I left there and visited 5 more dealers trying to find any excuse to counter my first contact with them. I simply couldnt. The guys at RDU just had the perfect attitude. I went back and test drove the car. Again, they gave me no pressure. I told them I would need to take the car to a Mercedes mechanic for inspection. The gave me no hesitation. I left there with a mission in mind. The following Monday I picked up the car. And even though they only allow a couple of hours to hold the car, I told them I was taking it to the dealership on Capital Blvd which is about 30 minutes away from them. They said not to worry about it and let me hold the car from 9:30am-1pm. There were only a few minor issues with the 2012 vehicle with 80k on it. Wipers needed replacing, the sway bar end links had cracking boots (typical for age) and the boost pressure triggered a code (not an engine check code). Since they have a shop of certified mechanics right next to them, they took care of it all and guaranteed their work. I bought a 4 year warranty of course. when I came back to get the vehicle, Omar gave me and my family company T-shirts, 4 $15 gift cards to Sheetz and even put a bow on the car so that we could take a picture! They were simply amazing. I am going to buy my girlfriend a car soon and will only buy from them!!! My gratitude to the whole RDU Trucks staff!!
