Oh my, another bad review from me due to poor service!! I waited for two hours while the service department tried to figure out where the loud squeal was coming from near my seat. When they finally came to get me, they informed me that they had to order a part and would call me. Nearly two weeks later, I havent received a call, so I called them and was told that the part was there. Then when I asked for a Saturday appointment to get it fixed, I was told that it had to be during the week.

I was looking for a KIA and Im really happy with the car I chose BUT I had tons of issues about a week or so after the final purchase; Im self employed and they swear I didnt mention that so because of this I ended up signing paperwork 4 or 5 different times! I really dont like to be rude nor impatient but the last 2 times I was there when I was told everything was ready and was going to be ready in 20 minutes it actually took over 2 hrs!! The new finance manager is not that friendly and could feel I wasnt welcomed anymore... so the car is great but whenever I plan to get my next car is def not going to be here. The service department is great tho and now Im just hoping and praying they actually honor the guarantee promised.

Went to Fred Anderson Toyota for my 80,000 mile check up with oil change and tire rotation and found the visit to be very personal and professional from the time I pulled up thru the doors till I pulled out with all the work needed to be done in a very timely manner ! First standard service since Covid-19 changed regular protocols. Did drop-off service at 9:30, requesting pick up by noon. Socially distanced checkin. All completed and retrieved as requested. Disposable plastic steering wheel and seat cover used as well as standard paper floor mats. All removed prior to pick up and exterior. Paper work required signature with full understanding of work completed and tire/brake staus for future reference. Masks worn by all hand sanitizer available on counters. Thank you!

Bought a new Tacoma in Oct. Our sales rep was completely honest and open about everything near as we could tell. They dont bargain much on the price but none of the dealerships we visited would budge wed on price. I have to say that I just had my first 5000 mile checkup and they were very efficient and did a great job. Even gave it a bath. So far Im very pleased with the service.

They are just amazing! I hit a pot hole yesterday and blew a tire.i called this morning and got an appointment to see if I can get my tire fixed. After getting there I found that I had a warranty on my tire, so they fixed it free of charge. They even informed me of a recall on my car that they replaced since I was there. They are really so helpful every time I come in.

The car wash ripped my antenna off my car. I showed up at the dealership with no call or appointment. Robert was amazing. Stopped to listen to my story (which was heated to say the least) and worked me in to fix my problem right away. This trip wasnt in my plans, but I was able to still make the rest of my appointments for the day. Additionally, Robert gave me an estimate and advise on protecting the car from further damage. We took the car there for yet another recall. While there I asked them about a prior recall repair that, when done, wasnt done properly. When we brought it to their attention at the time of service they said they couldnt feel the click in the steering wheel that were felt. Do now they want to charge $150 to diagnose the issue that they know is wrong and $280 to repair it because they said its outside the warranty for replacement. The part is $1.80 and apparently defective but Kia continues to produce it and charge their patrons for their lack of durability. It is a steering coupler and requires three whole steering wheel to bre removed and is made of hard plastic/ rubber and it shreds in the inner column. If there was a recall to fix the issue, there is no reason to be back in two years for the same issue if it was fixed right the first time. The service staff didnt try to do anything but charge me even though this is a recurring issue with not just my vehicle. Needless to say, they have lost my business and any potential business I could have sent their way. I was also told by Robert Tomes II that they didnt have information to the owner. So I will be telling this truth on every public site possible so that no one else gets duped by Fred Andersen Kia of Raleigh.

Purchased my Kia here and have always received prompt and professional service. Oil changes are free for the life of the vehicle. While they prompt you for scheduled maintenance the company could do a better job detailing exactly what is required to reduce sticker shock when an oil change and tire rotation morphs into a $250 bill.

I came in for tire after telling them the day before that I needed a tire because my tire could not be fixed. Was on time for my appointment 1.5 hours later Service Advisor came to notify me that they didn’t have the tire in stock. Then all of a sudden the service advisor came back 10 minutes later and told me they did have the tire. Here I sit 2hrs 15 minutes later still waiting for a freaking tire to be installed. What’s the point in making appointments if you can’t stick to them? Very frustrating. If you come here planning on sitting and waiting for service to be done to your car plan on being here 3-4 hours. This is my second service here and last time I waited a good 2 hours for oil service on a 2018 car. Unfortunately because of my service plan I will have to come back. :(

All I needed to do was come in to co-sign for a friend, should have taken 10 minutes at the most. I waited for an hour before finding someone to speak with me, then another 10 minutes for them to figure out what was going on. They may be fine as a dealership, but it gets annoying when you go into one and can never leave in a reasonable time.

I bought my truck new here in 2016. Tim Williams was a great dealer and has continued to reach out after purchase to check in with me. If you do buy here, go see Tim. Once my truck was out the door I had nothing but terrible experiences here. All oil changes take 3+ hours. I once caught a tech or runner driving my truck like his personal drag car. I needed a mirror replaced, paid around $400 for the service and they didn’t hook my electrical system back up correctly. I drove around for over a week with 1 back window down before they could get it in. I was livid. Most recently I went in for service and I went to the parts department to discuss my mat on the passenger side that is sliding around and tearing my carpet up. The guy at the counter insisted they clip in - which it does not! He basically told me it must just be my truck that is like that then and that I should go talk to the techs to install my mats correctly. If you work in the part department KNOW YOUR TRUCKS!!! These are the same mats they ordered incorrectly 3 times, leaving me with PAPER mats in snowing conditions the first 2 weeks I owned my brand new, from the factory truck. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. That’s how I would sum up the service here. Unacceptable.

Today I have had enough of Kia of Raleigh. My next car will still be a Kia, but I will NOT buy it from here. The family plan is a joke. Free oil changes are not free. You have to purchase a tire rotation for 21.95 and then they charge you another 5.03 for shop charge (aka hand wipes). Ridiculous. Im going to take my car elsewhere for better service that wont clean out the checking account.

They cancelled my family plan with out notice because a length of time between services at their dealership. We had the car serviced at AAA, because this dealership wanted to charge for a tire rotation which was more than the $20 oil change which included and tire rotation at AAA. The family plan is nothing but a catfish scam to keep you coming back so they can over charge you for services such as $40 tire rotations. I have tried to get calls and emails back for nothing. When Google asked me for a review of my visit, the memory of the dumfounded looks when I ask about the warranty they voided silently and the I dont know anything about that responses I received today came flooding back to infuriate me even more over the lack of response I am getting regarding these issues, so here I vent.On a positive note do buy a Kia My wife and I love our Rio and Sorrento. Just avoid Fred Anderson and his family scam.

I love the check-in area, the friendly service, the waiting room, and the pricing is reasonable. They have a shuttle that can get you to work, if youre somewhat flexible on time. The waiting room has Starbucks coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They also have sweets to snack on. Theres a room for kids and a couple of TVs for adults. They usually have one of the TVs tuned in to HGTV which I personally like. In my experience, they get my car serviced pretty quickly so I tend to wait and use the free Wi-Fi to get work done.

Most outstanding car buying experience I have ever had. The car is beautiful and the staff was amazing. I had a horrible experience with DriveTime on the night before. I visited Fred Anderson website and with 30 minutes I received a call from Lorriel Jones.I described what kind of vehicle I wanted and when I arrived she had a black Toyota Corolla sitting waiting for a test drive. I was sold when she raised the hood.She talked to me not at me. They gave me options but I was already sold.Cudos to the staff and especially Lorriel Jones. I like Fred Anderson the dealership....but Im lukewarm with the service area. I had a problem with my new car. It was just 2 months old and the interior was already falling apart. You would think that the dealer and service area would go the extra mile to appease a new customer to make them a customer for life......youd be wrong. I had to jump thru hoops to even make an appointment to get it fixed and once I showed up they treated me like I was inconveniencing THEM.This wasnt a fix that could be done in a single day. Did I get offered a ride to & from the dealer? Nope. Did I get an apology? Nope.Kind of makes me rethink choosing Fred Anderson to be honest.It got fixed in 3 days and I picked it up after having to have a friend change their schedule so they could drop me off.

This place has helped ruin my credit which I had good credit before Toyota finance company and the gap insurance sold to me here after a wreck Toyota finance would not work with me at all waiting on gap insurance to pay up and had me as not paying my car payments for like 4 months reporting to credit agency after all my bills been paid andToyota finance ruin my credit and the gap insurance they sold me wouldnt pay up until after 6 months which ruin my credit and now Im trying to purchase another car and they said that they had a silver one being worked on cleaning up getting out there and they were supposed to call me as soon as they had it out there but they have not called me and its been over a week and its sitting out there now and I looked at it at 1:18 in the morning and its out there so theyre not trying to sell me a car so its just ironic that I cant purchase a car out there when they sold me cars before but their own Toyota finance company and GAP policy they sold me ruin my credit to make it where I cant purchase another car out there without a co signer..where as wells Fargo has stopped collecting any money from me on my loan now for four months voluntarily giving me and gap time to pay off a car loan.wells Fargo isnt about ruining someones credit or badgering payments while gap claim going on.had great credit until Toyota finance services turned me in as 30,60,90,and 120 days late on payments as gap they sold me wasnt paying up but eventually did after ruining my credit but I have to say Jeremy day mgr. Out there and Roland mountain service attendant are great people and do there best to help me.toyota tho has helped ruin my credit report in my opinion and not stand behind me after purchasing last four cars there..they are not all cause of credit issue.car mostly paid off isnt showing in credit report but with letter stating it is.still cant get financed. Just disappointed...how Toyota finance services handles Toyotas client me as if Im a daralick...this hurts jobs and insurance etc having been reported as a non payer after my major accidents they couldnt get there on gap policy they sold me to pay in timely manner.now Im called non payer in report.
