If I could give 0 stars I probably would because for starters the customer service was great! They got me approved for a Ford Fiesta everything was good on Dec 26 2020 fast forward July 13 2021 my car started stalling, wouldn’t crank up, and transmission & check engine light came on so I tried to make appointment with Ford they gave me the run around until my car just shut off on me. I wish they would have told me the car would have so many transmission issues smh I’ve reached out to the office an was told it was the battery heck no! So now my car is in the shop they have no loaner or rental cars available spending hundreds of dollars on ubers the guy at Ford told me to drive my broke down car runs an drives but boom a week later same freaking issues, I’m paying car payments! A freaking shame I’ve reached out to Dre. An let him know at this place an he left me on read. SOLD ME A LEMON

Great car buying experience thanks to Dondre Howell, he assisted me in finding my perfect vehicle. We found a Ford fusion, exactly what I was asking for, White with leather interior, even got my sunroof and more bells and whistles than I had imagined.I am grateful for their customer satisfaction guarantee because within 48 hours I was not happy with the Ford fusion. Due to my 200 plus pound, 6 ft frame I had become a giant in my vehicle paradise, banging my knees, bumping my head, I needed more room.I was not only looking for a personal vehicle but a vehicle to Uber with. The service was great, was able to get a year old car at a great price. For a rental vehicle with more than 35k miles, it looked great inside and out and appears to be well-maintained. The process went very smoothly. After I selected the car I wanted, I scheduled an appointment to come back as I was obtaining my own financing. When I came back, it took less than one hour to get everything done and I was out the door with my new vehicle. I would certainly recommend Enterprise Car Sales if youre looking to buy a used car thats 1-3 years old and want a great price!

Like the most recent review, my wife bought a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales on Glenwood from Michael S. (sales) & Chris (manager.) She had great things to say about her experience (no pressure, just genuinely wanting to help her find the right vehicle), so I myself needing a new vehicle (something relatively cheap just to get back and forth to work) decided to use the same team less than a week later to purchase my new car. The experience was fabulous (I cant stress this enough) and while the purchase price isnt negotiable (which I prefer), they did agree at my request without any haggling to have the car ozone treated by a professional 3rd party, which came out awesome. I cant say enough about our experiences here, not to mention the quality & condition of the vehicles for the price. The vehicles also come with a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, which I actually considered using (basically just because I had the option) but decided the vehicle for the price & condition couldnt be beat. A month ago, I purchased my second of two cars within less than a year. Its hard to match its price-newness combination. I saved over $10k by purchasing a similar car -- albeit one year newer and with $35k miles on it -- from Enterprise. Yes, purchasing a rental car is scary, but the additional warranty comforted me. Plus, the associates Ive dealt with at Enterprise Car Sales have been very helpful.

Overall my experiences were great at Enterprise. They had a decent selection of cars to choose from, and I loved their packaged. They seemed to live up to the worry free guarantee for the most part. I had 7 days exchange period, and a free year of AAA. When I got the car inspected, there were a few tiny issues found, which Enterprise happily offered to front the bill. Unfortunately their service station, Firestone, seemed to have caused some damage post repairs (which I believe to be no fault of their own).. But the entire interaction was pleasant. The manager, Jeff, was extremely professional. He answered all of my questions calmly, and made it an easy buying experience. My only other suggestion for room for improvement would be the wait. I probably spent about, 85% of my time there waiting. The salesman could have sold me better on a car, but overall thanks Enterprise. I would certainly recommended you to a friend, and consider going there again in the future.

These people changed my life! I dont have NOT ONE compliant against them. Everyone was so helpful, encouraging, and caring. This was my very first car and they helped me pick something that I could afford. I came on to the lot fresh off of the bus. I expected to be treated like a sucker because I was a female by myself with no car buying experience. However, they made my reality just the opposite. Great price for a one year old Toyota RA4, but detailing was not very good. Be sure you look very carefully at all dents seat tears etc. And don’t sign anything until they fix it all to your satisfaction.

The salespersons and the manager were very accommodating during this process. We looked at vehicles over a two month period. Finally, what we want arrived at the Raleigh location. I walked into Enterprise Car Sales with the expectation of service of other big time dealerships, which is less than stellar. The experience that I had was something from a different realm!! After viewing several cars online, visiting lots and taking test drives.. it was too much pressure to buy something that I has no interest in. I continued my journey and landed at Enterprise on November 16th, we were immediately recognized. Our salesman, Devin, asked what I wanted most in a car, after sharing my wants with him, not only did he show me what was available on his lot, we reviewed other vehicles he had access to. I requested a vehicle to be brought over to the lot, test drove it the following day. Devin was not forceful or overbearinf about making a sell, he encouraged me to take my time and look over everything, and made himself available to answer all of my questions. Loved my no-haggle Enterprise Car Sales experience! Major car repairs forced me to explore new car options. My car salesman, James Williams, provided me with an Enterprise car rental so that I could easily get to and from the sales lot. James made what is normally a stressful car buying process completely easy. I loved the non-pressure, relaxed ease of discussing my car needs and being presented with options that met those needs. I soon decided on a compact car and made my purchase. Ben was great. We spoke on the phone and he asked what I was looking for and when I showed up at my appointment, he had multiple choices sitting and waiting for me to look at them. I purchased a $1400 upgrade and the salesperson has forgot I’m alive...I told her that I wanted to be kept informed, but I’ve heard nothing...I called her and got a song and dance...Still no word....

What a wonderful car buying experience. There is a saying bad things happen to good people and that is sure my case and im in the process of rebuilding my credit. So the car buying experience can be less than pleasant when you have some credit issues. Funny I rode past enterprise sales to some competitors down the road only to return back later that afternoon. Not only did I leave with the exact car make and model I wanted but it was hassle free, no nonsense, and painless . I was so happy wonderful car buying experience great deals for new model cars you cant beat it . I highly recommend them.

Car was great until the transmission started failing -- apparently a known issue at Nissan. I was not informed of this and Im just outside the mileage for the powertrain warranty now. I bought it in May. Also Brad and the sales manager promised replacement hubcaps and despite several calls I still have not seen them. I wouldnt take my chances buying here again. Im looking at several thousand dollars in repairs.

Terrible customer service! Went on a Sunday couldnt get much done with the banks which I understood since it was Sunday. But could barely get an answer all day Monday when the sales manager said he would take care of it first thing in the morning. So I decided to drive all the way to Raleigh again Tuesday just to be lied to right in my face about what the manager said Sunday. The manager lied to my face & made me waste my time when he could of just been straight up over the phone instead.

Daniel A. at the Raleigh location was wonderful. James was so helpful and welcoming. I doubted Enterprise could work with me yet I was proven wrong. I recommend anyone who wants to experience true customer service without the car salesman attitude to please visit them! Thank you from a satisfied family!

This is the second car my family has bought from them (the other one back in 2004), and they still exceeded my expectations! Unlike other car buying experiences, my salesperson was focused on meeting my needs and desires while staying in my budget. He didnt try to up sale me or try to tell me what I needed (I hate when salesmen do that). Rather, I got a fun new (to me, but used) car with an unparalleled package for used cars. I am definitely a lifer. :)

My experience was positive. The sales team was very nice, respectful, and did not talk down to me or treating me like I wasnt intelligent. There was no haggling and no pressure. I was in and out in less than an hour when I decided to purchase. Since that time I had one issue with the 2016 Kia Rio related to the emissions system and it was fixed at no charge to me. It is running fine and a great car so far.

My car totaled in accident, I needed a car fast. The driver transporting me to the rental office told me about the enterprise sales center, then the rental arranger contacted a sales person, and gave me the sales centers address. I was contacted quickly by sales lady Sarah who was super friendly, knowledgeable and even asked, before we looked at the cars, the manager to lower the price on cars I was looking at because it was due but had not been done yet, Patient and was as helpful as possible especially considering that I ended up coming to my appointment several hours early after changing the appointment time several times, as I was having to deal with other aspects of the accident. I love the no haggle policy.I can not say everything that was done because there is simply not enough room to write.

I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Optima through Enterprise in Raleigh, NC working with Mr. James Williams. Mr. Williams made the process a whole lot easier that I had anticipated. I did not know what to expect purchasing a car through a rental company, but I must say the experience was much better than I hoped for. It was convenient, smooth and fast. Mr. Williams was very accommodating with my schedule and time constraints. The level of customer service I got from Enterprise, particularly Mr. Williams was awesome!

At first everything was fine. The actual car buying experience was great. The car selection was great, the prices were fair and there was no pressure.Then things took a turn. About a week later we were called to say we had to re-sign paperwork because they had made an error on our trade in. Fine, mistakes happen and I rolled with it.This last Monday our temporary tags expired. I hadnt received the tags or had been called in to pick them up. So I went in on Monday to see whats up. I find out that the inspection hadnt been done right on the vehicle and the state was refusing to issue the tags. Enterprise knew about this for 30 days and never told me. So I got a business car and was told to take the car to AAA for an inspection, the plates would be over-night shipped and I would have them Tuesday. My wife takes the car, watches the guy at AAA call Enterprise to confirm the billing and results.Tuesday comes and go. On Wednesday I go in again to the sales office and they act surprised. They say they have been waiting for my wife to call with the inspection results. I inform them that no, it was done on Monday per our conversation. The manager disappears for about ten minutes and comes back to say that the inspection is in fact in the system, and the plates are being over-night shipped and I should have them Thursday.Thursday night I call in looking for my plates. I get told they are in the managers office and the manager is on a conference call. The lady that answered the phone said shed call back in five minutes. 50 minutes later I call back and get put on hold for 15 minutes. The manager gets on the phone and says that his title lady didnt process the tags until Thursday afternoon and then didnt send them over-night. He says he MIGHT have my tags on Sat.So today is Friday, 35 days after I purchased the car. My wife is driving around with expired temp tags and I have no idea when our tags will come in.I had planned on leaving a 5 star review and only doing business with Enterprise for my car purchases. Now I cannot recommend them at all.UPDATE: Ive been thinking on this review for sometime. While I still have not received the owners manual that was ordered for us, I realized that most of my issues were because of the states slow processing times.

Arica and the staff at Enterprise Car Sales were very friendly and they wanted to make sure we were very satisfied with the purchase of a vehicle. I wish more car dealers were as friendly and professional as the staff here!

Bad service

They do not harass you or bother you while you look around but are there to answer your questions quickly. Even if you have no credit or low credit, they will still work with you. I had a slight problem after I purchased that I was too busy to get back until much later, and it was still dealt with, thank you Chris. Ill be getting my next vehicle from here as well.
