If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, no pressure auto dealer then this is it. They are all great to deal with. I went there to look at a Ford Focus for my daughter so I wanted a car that was in good shape and dependable. I purchased the Ford Focus and after a few days we had seen some oil spots in the driveway (very little). I called A R G and they didnt hesitate to let me know to bring it back up there and they will get it taken care of and they did without any hassle. I have purchased a lot of cars in my time and I do have to say that the entire A R G Auto team is wonderful and they stand behind what they sell. I can honestly recommend A R G Auto if you are looking for a good car for a good price. I will definitely be buying my next car from A R G!Mike S
I bought a Lexus from ARG this month. Ali and Matt were great to work with - the car is as promised and I got a good deal. Very good experience. I recommend ARG and would do business with them again.
The owner / sales person (same person), was very nice, Not pushy at all. He give us as much time as you want to test-drive, to look around, to think about it. But the best part we walk out feel, we got a hell of a deal. Next time, I need a car, I will be look here first.
The deal with this guy is he buys from auction and tries to sell as is without repairing or making it presentable, if I have to buy a car in that condition Ill buy from an owner not a dealer. Another thing which is standard is dealer having full coverage for test drive. However, he makes you sign a paper which says if anything happens to the vehicle then either your insurance company pays or you which is like completely opposite to what I found with all the other dealers I went to. And biggest thing his word means nothing and when I say this I mean it. I feel you can find better deals, therere plenty of dealers on capital boulevard.
I bought a 2001 Avalon off the lot from this place on October 14th, 2015. I did my due diligence on inspections and preparation (had a pre-purchase report from 2 different mechanics, carFax, etc) and it all came up fine. I asked them if theyd perform an oil change after it was verified to be muddy and they instead offered to credit me $20. I went and changed the oil filters and the oil for $79.00 the day I bought it.2 weeks later, the car wont start at all. When I contacted them about fixing it, or covering cost for towing, or any sort of assistance really, they declined. The exact words I asked were Are you going to do the RIGHT thing, even though you are not legally obligated to do so, or am I on my own?, to which they responded Well, were really busy right now and its not our legal responsibility anymore...Will not recommend, ever. Very friendly service from the get-go, but what kind of place doesnt even offer MILD assistance within 2 weeks of a purchase?!?
Very good and honest experience. Thanks
